Banana Republic at Century City Mall offers a chic shopping experience with coastal-inspired decor, curated fashion, and in-house tailoring. Its elegant ambiance and modern styles make it a must-visit for premium shopping, although they could have more things on sale.

Google
had a very disappointing experience at this location Banana Republic due to unprofessional and unacceptable customer service from a manager. From the moment I walked in to return some items, his attitude was rude and dismissive. Before even checking anything, he told me, “We are not allowed to take home items.” Then, he suddenly changed his excuse and claimed they were final sale. However, this was not true. When I purchased them, they were not marked as final sale, and I was within the extended return period. I had already struggled to return these items because Banana Republic’s website was down, their phone number was disconnected, and I couldn’t reach customer service. When I finally got through to their general customer service line, they explicitly told me to take the items to any store for a return. Even after explaining all of this, the manager still refused to process it. After some back and forth, he claimed he would check with someone else, but instead of actually helping, he kept making excuses. Then, he went even further and insulted my items, calling them “dirty” while physically pushing them away in disgust as if they were something repulsive. This was completely false—the items were brand new, barely even touched. His reaction was not just unprofessional; it was offensive. He seemed more focused on making me feel uncomfortable than providing any real service. The way he handled the situation made it clear that he was looking for any excuse to refuse the return. To make matters worse, he is bordering on street-level conduct. His eyes and his attitude reflected nothing but disrespect and cheapness. His actions and demeanor were completely inappropriate for someone in a managerial role. Then, when I tried to return a completely different, recently purchased item, he insisted I needed the original card. This is completely false. I went to another Banana Republic location right after, and they processed the return without requiring the same card. He was clearly making up rules to block my return. To make matters worse, when I asked for his name, he refused to provide it. I asked him, “Why?” and he simply said, “I don’t want to give it to you.” That response was completely childish and unprofessional. If he was confident in his actions, why hide his name? Clearly, he knew he was in the wrong. I have been a loyal customer for a long time, purchasing many items from Banana Republic for work, special occasions, and home. But after this experience, I am 100% done supporting this store and their shameful customer service. They have lost a valuable customer for good. Shame on him. Shame on Banana Republic.

Google
Wonderful place to shop thank you so much. The staff was amazing. And very hopeful.

Google
Melissa was an excellent staff member. She was really helpful and accommodating and ensured I got a great experience, even while only being at the store for no more than 10 minutes.

Google
Banana Republic seems to be trying to come across like a more elevated brand but its customer service is really lacking. A manager was unnecessarily rude at check out regarding return I tried to make — calling an item from 2 months ago “VERY old” (in a condescending tone) twice. Was not even trying to argue about it so I’m not sure why her attitude was necessary! Will not be shopping here again

Google
Clean, organized, stylish store with friendly staff. Fashion forward and chic clothing made of quality materials. If they don't have an item your size or preferred color, they'll check with other branches and order it for you. I loved their sales selection too!

Victor J Garza

Google
I rarely shop here, but when I do its because there is a 40% sale going on. And thank goodness for the sales, because when I have shopped at BR I have been very satisfied with the fit and quality of their clothing. My experience with customer service at this store in particular has never been a negative one.

David Williams

Google
I’ve shopped at BR for many years and will continue, however not in Century City. I’ve also had a BR credit card for years. I was told by the sales associate it had been closed. I easily opened another card and completed my purchase, only to discover a couple months later I now had 2 cards. The associate, even according to BR customer service, did not follow protocol opening the card and just wanted credit for opening another account. This practice makes me skeptical of this particular store’s ethics.

Yelp
I came in with my brother at around noon after spending some time checking out the store's stock online. I'm not one to look around aimlessly so I came in and zeroed in on the type of dress pants I was looking for. I picked up two pairs to then be met with a young possibly Latina woman with glasses who asked me if I needed a room. I confirmed and she promptly pulled the clothes out of my hands and led me to a room. I try them both on and one is close but too small around the waist. I get out to see that the same woman is standing behind my brother who was sat on the couch waiting for me. I tell her neither really work for me and was met with a seemingly interrogative tone as she was trying to find out why they didn't. I told her I needed a larger size (a 33). She says she'll go find me one. My brother then tells me that she'd been hovering over him while I was trying the clothes on. Presumably to see as to whether or not he would alert me to her being outside. He decided he'd just wait outside. So I just went to look around again and the young woman came back with 3 pairs, only one of which would be a cropped black pant as I'd been looking for. I thanked her and attempted to grab the pant to head back to the fitting room I'd just used. (Slow time for the store so no reason to believe the room would have been taken up). The young woman quickly pulled the pants away from my reach and led me back to the room to hang them up. I am now working up the nerve to say something if this goes any further and begin working on getting the pants on. I spent less time in the fitting room than the first and within the first 2 minutes was asked how everything was working out. I asked her if she was trying to monitor me. She said she didn't understand, I told her something to the effect of not knowing if this was some loss prevention tactic or not but I'm not interested in being looked over so closely. She said she had to ask but would back off. The pants fit perfectly but there was no way in hell I'd spend my money there after any of that. So I left and was not bothered on my way out Your Pasadena location had a 34 in stock and I figured that would still be fine either way so I opted to pick it up. I don't think these details should matter but considering the fact that I'm 29 year old Latino male walking in with $1,200 Saint Laurent boots, $800 designer glasses, with a career in luxury fashion and with that, a general look that I don't think gives off "potential thief", I can't help but feel like I was profiled and viewed as a threat to your stores shrinkage. And again, I work in luxury fashion. I don't think the experience I was given was anything like the attempt at a luxury experience as one would imagine this would be passed off as. To then have that be done by a Latina was disheartening and reflective to the state our culture is in. Because I can't help but feel that she saw me as a fellow Latino and decided that was enough to view me as a risk to mitigate. Before placing my order for this Pasadena location, I went over to Bloomingdale's to try on some more pants and was surprised at how little shit I was given trying on John Varvatos and Canali pants. That's the kind of experience I think most people expect to receive. I'm sure that store may deal with some kind of a theft issue but that should be why you invest in whatever necessary to monitor that without having to profile someone as I'd been.

Yelp
I believe I just had the singular worst retail experience of my life at @BananaRepublic Century City. I was told tailoring would take 7 days--but they meant per item. It took over two weeks to get the full suit, and when I got it the buttons on the jacket sleeves were sewn so close to the edge that they literally hung off sleeve. Can I say bad words on here? I would. One sleeve was also longer than the other. Then the assistant manager was hostile when I raised issues about the timeline and service. Customer service offered a $30 credit. Yet to receive that. Now I am spending $160 out of pocket fixing their mistake.

Yelp
The Banana Republic at Westfield Century City Mall might have recently did a nice remodel to meet the new aesthetic of the brand's image, but that doesn't cover up from the horrendous service that they continue to offer at this location. On my most recent visit, I went in on a Saturday afternoon to browse and saw that they were offering 30% off of one full price item if you have the Banana Republic Card. Of course, I understand this is a ploy to get more credit card sign ups, but already having the card as a valued BR shopper, I took advantage of the discount. Unfortunately, that's where it started to go off the rails. I was in the store for about 15 minutes before anyone staff approached me and asked if they could be of service and that's because I actually approached them. While trying on the clothing options, I can hear a female staffer give a lot of serious attitude to one of the customers when they were asking about the cost of the item. Is that really the BR way of service these days? Then, when I went to the register to pay, not only did the gentlemen helping give me attitude when I asked if I can use my Rewards, he then proceeded to not add the 30% discount onto my purchase. I mean, why be a member with the BR Card if the service is that horrendous. In fact, this location is so terrible and staffed with people who are obviously only there for the discounts, it really should just close down. I had to get the discount applied to my card from a separate Banana Republic location. Talk about great experience. It doesn't matter how nice one tries to put lipstick on a pig, it's still a pig.

Yelp
I love the stunning remodel at Banana Republic, especially the new dedicated room for Banana Republic Home. The store looks great, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement. Added a couple of pics to show off the remodel!

Yelp
Went into this store this weekend (8/3) to pickup something. I was told they were closed for remodeling and would be open on 8/7. I called this morning (8/7) to verify they were open and was told they would be open at 12Noon. I showed up at 12:30PM, and was told they were having an "exclusive, private event" and that I could not come into the store. They suggested that I should come back in 35minutes if I want to pickup my order. As if. Clearly, they do not know they are in a mall. And a bad location in that mall. I will never shop this location again. Fortunately, the online customer service is fabulous. They were able to fix everything for me.

Yelp
This is a really nice Banana Republic location!  I came to buy some new skirts for Fall.  A very friendly staffer greeted me immediately, and directed me to the correct department.  First let's talk about the service - I never expected such spot-on customer, attentive service when I walked in.  When I got there, I asked the salesgirl (I'm embarrassed to say I don't remember her name) where I might find some skirts.  She asked me my size, and then went to find some skirts in my size to show me.  This salesgirl was incredibly helpful .  She found and brought half a dozen skirts in my size!  I also selected a number of other things to try on while I was waiting.  The salesgirl then took me to a dressing room, and proceeded to help me for almost an hour - taking things out I had already tried, and bringing me other items I wanted.  She even told me about some of the exceptional deals the store was currently running! I was very impressed by how well stocked this store is, and how helpful and friendly all the salespeople are :-) After almost 90 minutes of shopping here, I went away with three really lovely skirts that came in at just under $200 out-the-door.  I had a very pleasant, productive visit, and I'll be sure to come back to this location the next time I'm in in the area.

Yelp
Great experience at BR over the weekend!! They completely remodeled the store and it is beautiful!! I love that they sell home accessories and furniture now. All the sales personnel were very helpful. I'll be back soon.

Yelp
Easily the best experience I've had at a clothing store. I walked in and was politely yet calmly greeted by every employee I passed by. The MVP here is Laura. I told her what I was looking for and the outfit I had in mind and it's as if she suddenly became my own personal stylist. She gave me a ton of tips on what works and doesn't work with the look I was going for. She mixed and matched different apparel they had to really visualize what I wanted. She didn't try to upsell me or push me into buying something I already said I didn't need. I got real honest suggestions from her, and it's made me that much more confident in visiting this Banana Republic.

Yelp
I went in yesterday (century city banana republic) to return an item and omg, the manager attacked us verbally and made a ton of assumptions and accusations. Total bully. Refused to take the item. Tags attached, receipt and this guy, general manager, Antonio, was just awful. He was too busy attacking and making false accusations, basically story telling. I was a bit shocked, I did not think a return would turn into a hostile and violent situation. I called corporate and I'm still waiting on a response on how they plan on handling this. Customers have 30 days. Unworn items, original receipt. All provided, but apparently if the employees feel otherwise, meaning, if they feel that the customer did wear the item, it must be true. Insane to think that we could buy something, never wear it, and be turned down, simply because of an employees "gut" feeling. Pretty impressive. I honestly can't imagine how Antonio treats other customers, and I'm sure he mistreats his colleagues, based on his arrogant attitude. Very dismissive. Shit customer service. I will never shop at any banana republic or sister company ever again.

Julius M.

Yelp
overall the experience was goo, but there was an interesting interaction with the sales lady with an accent. Her body language and facial expressions were less than welcoming, and her her response was less than enthusiastic. She was more rude than attentive and actually stepped away from me as if I were offensive to her. I continued on with my inquiry and felt dismissed, so I foun another employee who was more professional. He is Black as am I and I appreciated his customer service. The lady should learn how to mask her prejudices while being employed for someone else's business.

Yelp
One star for store cleanliness. I went in there tonight (1/5/23) after 7pm with another. There was a short dark haired person at the counter. They looked right at the people in my party and didn't say one word. They just walked around respelling things. They didn't bother to say hello or anything else when we entered and exited. Pre-pandemic Banana Republic employees were nice, helpful and said Hello when you entered the store or passed the counter. Skip this one unless you like to be ignored.

Yelp
Banana Republic is Banana Republic pretty much anywhere you go. This one is pretty big and has a large selection of clothes. What makes this store stand out however is Laura, one of the greatest sales associates I've ever met. She was so kind and helpful in helping me pick out a suit that I needed ASAP and pointing out every thing I needed to know about sizing and alterations. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Yelp
I had an odd experience here. I brought my 14-year old daughter in to buy an outfit for church since she was going to be serving at our parish's Easter Vigil. We were greeted by a young dark haired sales associate, who quite frankly gave me the vibe that I wasn't welcome to find anything for for my daughter. This was probably my 2nd experience getting profiled in 46 years of life; I didn't like it, and now that it happened to me I know what it feels like. It reminded me of that scene in Pretty Woman. Not to be discouraged, because I knew I would find something because I am not as dumb as that young lady, I penetrated further into the store and was met by Sandra, who helped me find my kid the perfect pair of pants, multiple top options , and a zollion coats that I wasn't gonna buy, but that my daughter could try on to find her look. Sandra was great and understood what it was like for a dad to take his young teenage girl shopping. We learned what looked good on my kid, and we walked out with an outfit my daughter rocked at church. Sandra was great.

Yelp
Rude customer service! Rude manager! Very disappointing. Not met Banana Republic standard!

Yelp
This location definitely gives off discriminatory vibes. Walked in to purchase a suit today and was completely ignored by the floor staff. But they greeted and helped everyone else in the store.

Yelp
Banana Republic, not to be confused with " a small nation, esp. in Central America, dependent on one crop or the influx of foreign capital"*, "is an [upscale] American clothing and accessories retailer owned by American, [parent] multinational Gap Inc."** along with sibling stores: the moderately priced Gap and budget friendly Old Navy. Banana Republic's Century City, Westfield Shopping Towne location houses both men's and women's classic fashion upticked to set trends yet mindful of its roots and at affordable price points due to in-house promotions and sales. Staff is attentive, approachable while being respectful of a shopper's right to browse. After hubby splurging on me at Tiffany & Co., I dragged him back to at least take another look at the on-sale, cashmere/silk blend, v-neck sweater he gravitated to earlier but said he didn't need. "Sweetie, I didn't need more bling either, so there. Try the dang thing on already!" "Okay!" "Aw, blue is your color. My treat. How about another in black and one more in red?" "No, it's nice but no other colors, no more sweaters, just this one." "No? You can buy me stuff and I can't buy stuff for you?" Icy glare. Sometimes you just gotta back off. One and done. No waiting at the cash wrap where I think the gal processing my purchase caught his vibe therefore informed us of Banana Republic's generous/fair return policy. P.S. He kept the sweater and I do believe he's sorry about leaving the red and black ones behind... Can't speak to mall parking where valet service is available (enter eastbound on Santa Monica Boulevard), as we find pay station spots on either north or south on that boulevard then walk over to accrue more Fitbit® steps. * New American Oxford Dictionary ** https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Banana_Republic

Yelp
Banana Republic is the petite woman's favorite store for trendy and dressy fashion for the workplace. If you're short like me (or at least not "average"), you appreciate the petite section because clothing fits better than the regular section. You'll find tops that are proportional to your arm length and smaller frame, or even pants that you will not have to alter! How great is that? I like getting my jeans here because the quality of denim and the parts are proportional... I don't have pants that have extra baggy thighs, ones I need to wear with tall shoes, or even fold in order to avoid getting them wet during the rain. . Occasionally they'll have retail store coupons for 30-40% off your purchase, which helps because your items can add up pretty fast. Aside from the retail Banana Republic stores, I'm also a fan of the outlet stores too! Take in mind that they have different merchandise though!

Karen T.

Yelp
I normally online shop at Banana Republic, but today I had to stop by the Century City mall, so I decided to drop by Banana Republic. And I'm so happy that I did, because I had the best shopping experience! Everyone was so pleasant but there were three people who really made my day. My salesperson Melika who went out of her way to make sure that I found the perfect gift, the cashier Jose, and another gentleman whose name I didn't get, but he appeared to be the Manager. I was in and out in about 30 minutes, my kind of customer service and my kind of store PERFECTION!

Yelp
While this location does not have the best selection (Short Hills, NJ does just for the record), I have rarely met better salespeople. I was a walk-in after just having my hair colored drastically red (from dark brown) and needed some new stuff that complimented my hair. I asked if there was ANY chance they had a personal shopper available, and in fact, they did (it can be very difficult to get without an appointment). Joaquin brought me what felt like 40 pieces to try, told me honestly what worked and what didn't and I came out of that store looking like a million bucks. Truly, I felt like he really took a good look at my selections and said, "Hmmm... I don't like that color on you." Or "I think a slimmer waistline will really accentuate your body." Most experiences I have, they tell me everything looks great and I end up purchasing too much or things I never wear again. Ephrain and Julissa, the other salespeople who helped me out (they were closing as I came in and spent no less than 45 minutes there, all the while with extremely attentive staff) were so sweet. Yes, they made a pretty penny off of me last night, but I don't think I've ever had someone say as I am checking out "It was a pleasure! I am SO glad you came in tonight." I left BR with a smile on my face and some knock-out dresses that I never would have looked at twice without Ephrain and Joaquin's expert eye. Thanks guys!!!!

Sam M.

Yelp
Simple high quality clothes. The people that work here are kind and will help you get what you need.

Yelp
Terrific service, the staff at this BR was very helpful with bringing me options, and making sure I had everything I needed. Ask for Tania, she was great with everything!

Yelp
This place has helpful, friendly service, and is usually well-stocked. First off, I'm a little uneasy reviewing a Banana Republic. Banana has become so successful, and so ubiquitous, that it's something of a standard go-to for young mens' workwear. I work in Century City, and I can't tell you how often I see other guys wearing the same Banana dress shirt I have on, or the same "No Iron" dress pants. It's way too common, and if you want to be unique, look to other stores. Alright, rant over. Products: Banana has a variety of shirt, pant and suit cuts to fit every body type. Being slim and somewhat athletic, I opt for their "tailored slim" collection of dress shirts and dress pants. The best part is, both the dress pants and dress shirt come made in a "No Iron" fabric, which means less wrinkling and very little, if any, ironing. They clothes also don't need to be dry cleaned, and can go into the washing machine on a gentle cycle instead. Prices: A general rule of thumb for Banana is never, EVER pay full price for anything (apart from their Heritage line). Banana has sales all the time, and you should wait for one of their 40% off sales to buy up everything you need. Once you factor in the 40% off, Banana becomes a very good value for work clothes. Its clothes may be bland, conservative, and non-daring, but maybe that's what you (like me) need for work. Service: This particular Banana has very good customer service. There's this soft-spoken Asian guy with glasses who works there who is excellent at what he does. He is polite, has excellent product knowledge, and is quick in getting you products in your size. I've dealt with him several times, and the guy is prime for management. Everyone else who works there is polite, and non-pushy as well. The only drawback is the damn register on the men's side never seems to be open - you always have to go to the women's side to make your purchase. Anyway, go here for your work clothes if you're a yuppie like me.

Yelp
I came here to get a suit and was generally pretty pleased with the store. They did not have a jacket in my size for one of the suits I wanted to look at, but I was able to find a suit that I ended up really liking. I got help from a sales woman that was great. She gave good suggestions for what to look at and was generally very accommodating and friendly. The parking at Century City is free up to three hours (I personally can't spend more time than that at a mall), which is great.

Yelp
An honesty alert! Went in to grab a short sleeve Polo. I left my $200 sunglasses in the dressing room. Justin found me, in the store, and returned them. Nicely done Justin. Plus Ryan helped me find a very comfortable inexpensive vintage style short sleeve polo...on sale. You guys where honest, sharp and knowledgeable. Thank you

Yelp
Now, what has happened to the service in Banana Republic? I visited this Banana Republic last Saturday evening and walked, slowly, past an associate and she didn't speak. I thought maybe she was engrossed in some issue behind the counter but as I walked by a second time she just looked up and then looked away. We all have bad days, but with this economy, shouldn't you try to at least greet your customers or perhaps offer assistance? I hate to name names, lucky for the lady that was behind the men's counter around 6:30pm on 3/14/09, but that was just rude! I frequent this store quite often and this is my first time seeing you work here. So, please change your work ethics and attitude if you want to continue working here, because more people may start to complain. I've experienced better service here in the past, so I'm hoping the service will improve again.

Yelp
The first thing that I noticed about this store is that the service SUCKS. All of the Banana Republic stores that I have ever been to have had excellent service. The sales associates usually are very polite and ask me if I need anything. Not here. They just look at you. The woman running the fitting room took out her cell phone and had a conversation with her friend about her dinner plans. Sort of unprofessional, no? Okay, on to the clothes. I only go to Banana Republic when I feel like getting something a little more professional. The selection here is really limited. But it seems like this Banana Republic has a better selection of petite clothes than other BR's, which I extremely appreciate. However, the petite clothing is placed by the clearance stuff, which is a COMPLETE MESS. It's so hard to look through the clearance section just because clothes are on the ground, dangling from the hangers, etc. I'm sure that there are many good finds in there, but it's too much of a hassle to look through all of that. I like Banana Republic, but not this one!

C W.

Yelp
The dressing room attendant was outwardly rude to me. Acknowledged the person behind me and placed her in a room first. Even the customer was shocked and tried to get me to go ahead of her. I appreciated her thoughtfulness, but I was so annoyed by being treated so rudely I left. Don't like to pull the race card, but in this case it was obvious. They lost my business for sure. Oh and speaking with the manager who offered me a 10% discount on future purchases...when the current special was 40%....yeah...no thanks.

Yelp
Banana Republic in its gorgeous building is one of the best stores in Santa Monica with great products and awesome customer service

Yelp
Horrible. I am a luxe card member and have NEVER walked into a Banana Republic where I was NOT asked if I needed help or finding "everything ok". I am not an avid yelper, but I felt inclined to write this review and how horrible their customer service was the second I left the store. I told the cashier how no one asked or tried to help me when she asked if someone helped me on the floor. She did not have the wit or correct way of answering me (not apologizing). I will not shop at this particular store again and I hope corporate reads this. I will take my business to El Segundo and Cerritos where they have exceptional customer service.

Rick C.

Yelp
Sam and Abby were great. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable and spent a lot of his time when I needed but gave me space as well. Overall great experience.

Yelp
2.5 stars. This Banana Republic is small with very limited selection. It has been in at least two locations at the Century City Mall. And its newest location was not an improvement in size. You can find much better selection in nearby Banana Republic stores at The Grove or 3rd Street Promenade. I actually prefer the shirts at this mall's Brooks Brothers, which are more comfortable, more durable and with greater selection of sizes.

john l.

Yelp
Walked into the store and was amazed that not a single salesperson was in the front of the store. I was not greeted nor attacked as other stores do. I could have grabbed a heap of sweaters and bolted. Just kidding. This location seemed to be in SALE mode. Noticed a couple of new items for men in the front of the store but the store was desperately trying to get rid of the designers scary and silky mistakes. Silky tops and purple coats, yes they have them in bulk. LOADS of sale merchandise was to be found. They only had one cashier station open on the women's side and had to wait in line for quite a bit. It was a bit annoying. This location along with the Grove and the Beverly Hills store are supposed to be the Premiere stores in the area (So a salesperson once told me a long time ago). No one wanted to help anyone. They were more intent on hanging up more fuchsia asymmetrical silk dresses on sale for $49.99 or scurrying to the fitting rooms in the back of the store. Go to another location if you want better service. Though they may have the large selection, they kind of rest on that and let the customer imagine that they are in an overpriced Kohl's, JC Penneys or Sears.

Phuong N.

Yelp
I love Banana Republic but the reason I give this place 1 star because the lady in the front so mean and not polite with client at all. She couldn't say hi, or just how are you, no thank you even the client bring the business for Banana Republic. I won't be back here again.

Yelp
And to add to this for the sale you get an extra 25 off when you spend 75 and use your card. Their lovely cashier when I first asked about this deal said no that wasn't the case. I called another store to confirm. And said the deal is true. After returning to the store I received 109 back that I never should of been charged!!

Yelp
More like 3.5 stars. I often shop there during my lunch break and always have a good experience with the sales people. They are friendly and helpful. However, I am not a fan of the selection of the clothes. Limited. A few sales associates suggested that I would be better off visiting the Santa Monica location or the Beverly Center (I think) location for my size (which is P2). The regular size section is descent, though.

Yelp
I bought a suit for presentation the next day as I forgot to pack one. The security tag went off after purchase. I took back, the sales person assured me there was no tag and sensor's been going off randomly. When I unpacked suit around midnight, found sensor in plain sight in back of suit making it unwearable. Poor service like this is the reason in-store sales are dying.

Yelp
After buying a pair of shoes as a gift, I came back to the store to exchange them for a bigger size. I was helped by a not-so-friendly sales woman who said "we don't have it, the grove does" and continues about her day. I asked her whether i could have the pair shipped to me instead because the grove is not convenient. She told me I would have to pay an $8 shipping fee. After I agreed, she then called up someone at the grove, told them what i wanted, handed me the phone and walked off. I was left to tell the lady on the phone all my information so she could place the order. Later on during the day, I was browsing the Banana Republic website and see "FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50" on the top of the screen....... So I decide to add the same pair of shoes to my cart and checkout to see how much it would cost. Behold, there was no shipping fee and the total came out to $15 less than what I had just paid in store. I called the store and told them about my experience and how I thought that the sales woman should have informed me that if I had just ordered them myself, I would save $15. Of course, the woman on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I will never go back to Banana Republic. You have lost a once loyal customer.

Yelp
I saw the other reviews and just had to say something. I'm not sure if the other Yelpers have been to this location lately. I love this location because it has a larger selection of business attire than most other stores. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and ALWAYS helpful. Occasionally they have special events at night, in which they offer wines and hors d'oeuvres while shopping. And they usually offer a discount (around 25-30%) during these events. I absolutely LOVE this store!
