The store is well organized, with a wide range of men’s and women’s apparel, from casual wear to professional outfits. Staff are friendly and helpful, making shopping easy and enjoyable. Being right on 5th Avenue, it’s convenient and a perfect stop for both locals and visitors looking for quality fashion with good deals.

Right on 5th Avenue I visited Banana Republic to pick up something for my wife but couldn't find anything right. Loved the whole aesthetic of the store. The associates were very welcoming. Not a lot of offers live in the store hence the prices seemed ridiculously expensive. I will be revisiting soon.

Love the special pieces here. And you receive wonderful service kudos to Letizia and Natalie who took care of us so very nicely and had attention to detail. I am not a fan of buying clothes because of our advocacy of the 12 Rs for the environment but the clothes here can last for years and of good quality 💖

Stopped by this Banana to pick up a last minute dress and Berlin was the sweetest, she helped me pick out some options and ran to grab me another size when requested! Everyone was really nice and happy to help. Will definitely be back 😊

This is by far the best Banana I’ve been to, which it should be since it’s a flagship location. I was just looking but I overheard some exceptional customer service, which I’ve never really experienced at a Canadian location. Oh, and it probably had, I don’t know, 10x the styles as in Canada… maybe more!

My friend & I came here to help her find an outfit for a job interview. Everyone there was sweet and helpful. Jennifer especially was awesome. This is a great location to shop.

I needed a shirt so bad, had an urgency and Jose helped me to dress a wonderful shirt for the casualty. Excellent service; he helped me to steam the shirt!!!
