Banana Republic

Today my wife and I spent the day walking around midtown enjoying the day and stopping at lots of shops for my wife to shop. Store was not too busy today Saturday.Fortunately this Banana Republic has nice soft seating for non shopping spouses to sit while waiting. Credit to management!

I had a great shopping experience at this Banana Republic location! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making the whole visit enjoyable. The store layout is well-organized, and I especially appreciated the large men’s department with a great selection of styles. Whether you’re looking for casual or business wear, this location has plenty of options.

Extraordinarily friendly & helpful staff. Store is laid out clearly and we got just what we needed. The lady at the front door made us feel so welcome. The man who helped my friend find a jacket was friendly and knew exactly what to do to help us. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you!

The service is amazing. I was just in 5 minutes before closing time but the person attending to me was very patient and got me what i wanted. I would recommend this particular store for sure.. Leather duffle bag was a perfect choice.

I had a wonderful experience today at the Banana Republic store at Rockefeller Center around 3 PM. The associate who welcomed me was knowledgeable and provided great advice, even guiding me to the first floor for more options. In the dressing room, the team was attentive despite being busy. I mentioned that my new shoes were causing a blister, and one of the ladies immediately stepped out and returned with Band-Aids—a true lifesaver! Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and made my shopping experience truly special. Thank you to the amazing team for making it a wonderful day!

Love the special pieces here. And you receive wonderful service kudos to Letizia and Natalie who took care of us so very nicely and had attention to detail. I am not a fan of buying clothes because of our advocacy of the 12 Rs for the environment but the clothes here can last for years and of good quality 💖

Our experience today at this Banana Republic was OUTSTANDING!!!! We were assisted by Ronell and Widmaer and they were both incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond and helped my boyfriend pick out the perfect outfit for a very important interview! We will be returning and cannot wait to work with Ronell and Widmaer again!!!!

This is by far the best Banana I’ve been to, which it should be since it’s a flagship location. I was just looking but I overheard some exceptional customer service, which I’ve never really experienced at a Canadian location. Oh, and it probably had, I don’t know, 10x the styles as in Canada… maybe more!
