First off, the location went through renovations at some point and it looks beautiful! I have been coming for years, but the layout they have now is really the best it has ever looked. The staff was also super nice when I came by. I only planned on purchasing a few belts, but the selections they have in-store right now just couldn't be ignored. Additionally, the employee, Maritza, was incredibly helpful. She had a great personality and really helped to find things that fit my body style and outfit preferences. I can;t recommend it enough.

My experience at this location from the time I walked in was excellent from a simple no hassle on line purchase exchange, to going back and making additional purchases the staff Susan, Theresa & Fatima were very helpful and attentive to my needs. excellent quality clothes for men and women and Accessories are also available. The store is very well organized and clean. Make sure to look around I purchased a $80 men shirt for $18. I will definitely recommend this location and i will be revisiting.

Very nice clothes for him and her. Large international fashion clothing storr chain, good prices, decent quality items and always fashionable. This store is located at the main plaza at Pembroke Gardens Mall on the NW corner, right across from Cheesecake factory.

Went to the store in Pembroke Gardens this morning, and it’s beautiful, the employees are knowledgeable and go out of their way to serve you! All the staff was amazing!

I've been wearing Banana Republic since I was 14 years old & I am known for my sense of fashion. Banana Republic delivers on classy, times less fashion forward styling at a reasonable price. You can get the same style you would from Gucci or Versace for a fraction of the price & added comfort. I definitely reccommend Banana to anyone wanting to look their best. The staff here is very helpful & work smoothly.

Sold me a defective item and refused to give even a discount for a new one since they don't have the collection anymore. Why should I care if I have a defective item and I am simply told, “nothing we can do”? I thought it was your responsibility to sell quality items. Very bad customer service

Very nice Banana Republic store. I saw some nice blazers that looked really good for not too much money. The employees here were very eager to help the shoppers inside the store and I saw them providing assistance to everyone who had a question. I believe in good effective customer service....when someone walks into a store, there's nothing better than to be greeted and acknowledged... This store was very good.

Just left this Pembroke Pines location (11/7/2023 at 2:57 pm). Terrible experience in this location by an associate named Teresa (I believe that is her name as I had to ask the only other associate who acknowledged me - sad...). Teresa refused to acknowledged to me although she spoke to everyone else that looked like her in skin color/race. . I walked by her in the dressing room and she attempted to not even look at me, I guess she attempted to look over me lol. I stated "well hello" and she ignored me and began to slam things around once she turned the corner. As I was walking away from the dressing room area, she was speaking nicely to someone else again that was not black.. I do not expect to be treated this way anywhere but especially not as a card member. Terrible service!!!! Shame on you BR for the types of staff members you have representing your brand and values! Beyond disappointing! There was one gentleman associate that spoke to me and was helpful. The 1 star remains for the disrespectful behavior of the person that appeared to be the lead who had a fit that I spoke to her since she refused to speak to me.

Although I'm a banana republic shopper from way back, I haven't been in one of their regular stores in sometime. We were in the area for an event, and I saw there was a BR nearby. I've had a card for this chain so long that my old card doesn't even have a chip in it. But I still get their mailings and had seen a sale for cardholders of 40 percent off (which expired today). So, I wanted to go check this store out and see if there was anything I didn't have -- or something I have that needs replacing -- and use my discount, I wandered around the store. Everything is very neat and spacious. Obviously others before me had been here for their sale and taken many of the things I was interested in. I wear mainly black and all the possibles were not in my size. Until I found one perfect shirt. Score. I didn't even need to try it on. So happy camper am I. I am not usually in Pembroke Pines , but I'd certainly come back here when next in the area.

Shops of Pembroke Gardens location. Excellent customer serv. I have worked with Victoria Cedeno in the recent purchases and she has a lot of knowledge about the inventory. She volunteers to order from the web if my size is not available instock. I love their merchandise!

This location of Banana Republic is my all time favorite. The staff are always helpful and usually will go out of their way to make sure I get the size or color that I'm looking for. I buy basic items here for my son and often a blouse or two for me. The quality is excellent. Much of the clothing from Banana Republic transcends time. Located in Pembroke Gardens, this store is close to restaurants like Brio and Havana 1957. I enjoy stopping in here before meeting friends for lunch on the weekends. The dressing rooms are always impeccable. The cashiers work quickly so that customers don't have to wait too long. Parking is difficult to find if you are looking to park right in front of the store. If you park in the back parking lot, there is usually plenty of spaces available.

I came to this store to browse. I thought they have a fair selection of fall clothing. I expected more variety & more color. A lot of the colors are veryuted and dull. I was looking for assistance and could not find an employee for quite a while. When I did, they were helping another customer. I patiently waited for a few minutes but was never acknowledged by this employee. I figured that I would just check the website to see if my size was on there. The layout of the store is nice but I won't be going out of my way to come to the store.

My girlfriend and I came in today to check out some shorts and jeans just to browse because we haven't been into a banana republic in years. We were instantly greeted with a warm welcome by Tom. He took the time to show us the locations of all the women's shorts and was always available to ensure we were finding everything and promptly provided the fitting room for us. While my girlfriend was trying on shorts, I decided to check out some of the men's jeans as I realized I have never tried a pair before! Let me tell you, I've been missing out. Their jeans are some of the most comfortable I've ever worn. I mentioned this to Tom who showed me the 'travelers' collection and recommended them. The store itself was very clean and organized, better than other locations I have previously visited. Everyone was friendly and helpful. However, I want to highlight Tom in particular. He is what other businesses lack. He adds so much to the shopping experience in such a small and effortless way by just being kind, friendly, and helpful. Something that many shops and businesses lack nowadays. Certain employees really need a to be noticed and he deserves it.

I was there the past week and all I can say is that the staff was amazing ... But there was one person that was THE BES Her name is FATIMA.. wow her smile and her kinds words was so amazing. She is very special. I hope Banana Republic really give her a promotion or something because she really cares. It was not about the sale was more about helping me. She is the best. I wish I can found more people like her.

Contrary to the one review here, I always find everything I want and more than I need which sometimes tends to be a problem. Staff is always helpful and Banana just never disappoints me. This particular one is right across from cheesecake factory at the shops of pines. Its well organized, well laid out and my visits have never been less than pleasant.

I am a fan of the Sloan pant and this location didn't disappoint. They had most of the current colors with several on the sale rack. What made them special was the service. It was excellent! This is not one of the largest stores I have been in but service makes all the difference. If I am in Pembroke Pines again, I will stop here.

Possibly the worst Banana Republic that ever has and ever will exist. When compared to other BR this one has a very limited selection and is not very well stocked. I can never find what I am looking for here.
