Banana Republic

Good selection of jeans. A bit disorganized (sweaters for example were mixed in all over the place), and much smaller than, say, Macy's (to compare the same level of quality, not like the H&M junk). No poofy jackets. Prices a bit higher than at Macy's.

I was visiting San Francisco for a conference, and happened to wander into Westfield Mall. When I saw this store, I fell immediately head over heels in love! The ambiance is perfect, the sales associates were so friendly/helpful, and the way the jewelry was laid out was beautiful. I love Banana Republic, but rarely buy jewelry from them because its hard to see in the tiny glass cases or chaotic mass of plastic bags. This store had the jewelry laid out so you could try it on and made it much more appealing. I also loved that there were some pieces that were exclusive to Edition and unavailable at normal BR stores. I wish I lived in SF so I could go back regularly! Please open more of these stores!

Back in my college days, we were sporting the Banana Republic t-shirts, you remember ,the one with the rinhos or sea turtles on them. The store no longer carries printed t's, but they continue to carry trendy, high quality clothes. I hove that you can buy a dressy outfit or ever day casual business wear. The staff is friendly without giving the impression they're following your every move. This store is always busy, but not overly crowded.

I went in to return my jacket but their return system were down at this store. One staff told me to go to other location on Grant and try to return it but the other staff was able to help me by calling the other store so I didn't have to waste my time walking over. Great service!

I really love this store. Whenever I walk in, I always find a piece of jewelery I must have! In addition to the stylish pieces, they're all affordable, each piece is less than $100. I love how most jewelery is silver or silver dipped in gold. There is one thing I stay clear from, plastic jewels. The best part is that they have limited edition pieces, pieces where you can't find anywhere else. That's right, not even at another Banana Republic store and definitely not online. All the ladies and gent are very knowledgeable about the pieces and theyre all very helpful. Overall, 5 stars!

I am not sure whether its this store or the customer service, but they are both brilliant. I have to especially be grateful to this woman - Xena or Zena, I am not sure, but thanks to her - I could pick my wife something amazing and the exact fit. Thank you Xena... you rock!

I don't understand why people shop at a banana republic let alone believe in one. The weirdest marketing name ever. I can find nice clothes for half the price elsewhere.

Love this special edition Banana Republic store! There's a small but good collection of shoes, scarves, jewelry, and accessories and the sales people are really helpful.
