Went in after 4 hours on a bicycle ride exploring the city and we had such a big appetite. The portions were generous and we left stuffed. Everything in my pictures is Vegan and it was delicious.

Ramona was an excellent and professional server who ensured that our experience was enjoyable. The food was incredible (and has been good every time that I have been in the past) and the peach tea here will always be my go to drink as it is sweet and refreshing. The atmosphere is always great as are the decorations and artwork; the seats can get a tad bit cramped when the restaurant is more full though.

I was craving Asian cuisine yesterday and decided to try for the first time. Unfortunately, the meal was a letdown. The Som Tum (Papaya Salad) didn't quite hit the mark for my taste. More notably, the salad noodles were tough, which really impacted the texture. For the Ramen, the side toppings included were disappointingly cold. It's truly a shame that this dining experience didn't satisfy an Asian food enthusiast. Service and decoration of the restaurant were wonderful, maybe will try another menu next time.

This has to be up there in the top 10 of places I’ve eaten, food is absolutely amazing !!! Visited on a weekday evening around 6pm for our evening meal as staying in MK on business trip, I went onto their website to pre-book a table around 20 mins before our visit .. so glad I did as by the time we were leaving every table was full !, friendly service and quiet so easy to talk, also 2-4-1 on cocktails just like most of the other restaurants in this immediate area, we found the cocktails here to be very good !

Happy now everything on the menu is Halal. Singapore Laksa with prawns and extra egg, very filling. Decent portions. Didn't need to book a table, we arrived for late lunch on a Saturday, staff were attentive.

I am not a fan of chain restaurants, but Banana Tree never disappoints. If you're interested in Pan-Asian cuisine and want more than just Thai or Vietnamese options, this is the place for you. While I wouldn't claim it has the best pad Thai, it's comparable to some of the best Pan-Asian restaurants in the UK (outside central London). Of course, you can't really compare the food available in Asia and Australia. I will definitely return to Banana Tree with friends and family when I'm in the UK and in the mood for Asian food.

We reserved a table for 8 for my sisters birthday. Our server was Ramona, she was extremely hospitable and attentive. We came for dinner and ordered several dishes. Our appetisers were Mekong Prawns, Calamari, Gyoza and Korean wings. All tasted amazing. For mains we went for Teriyaki Steak Soba, Katsu Curry, The Legendary Beef Rendang, and Chicken Singaporean noodles. We’ve been to Banana Tree MK a few times before and the food and service never disappoint. Highly recommended.

I almost never write restaurant reviews, but our waiter, Josh was so amazing that he deserves to be recognised publicly. He was prompt, friendly and he made my husband’s birthday special with his enthusiasm, kindness and attention to detail. He even brought him a surprise dessert—a gesture we truly appreciated. We can't wait to come back!
