This place is awesome with some pretty nice gachapons, but overall, it was very busy and very disorganized. Even the staff were annoyed, and it really showed on their faces. The gachapons constantly broke down and needed staff to come over to open and fix the issue. It's not bad if you are a fan of gacha and just trying to get a small souvenir. It costs $2 per token, and it can range from 2-5 tokens needed for each gacha.

How to get to this store: Find Daiso on second floor, go inside the Daiso and keep walking straight until you see the store. Updated: March 18 - It’s so dead empty with few people coming in the afternoon as soon as Japan Village open during weekdays. Almost half of the gashapon machines are out of stock which I found it hilarious. Might as well reuse the tokens for other gachapons in Edgewater or American Dream. 2nd day after opening: This store is not bad! We did find gundam early release model kits which is cool! Some One Piece cards, figures (more on pricy range $30+), tamagotchi ($25 for functional ones), various of English titles and few Japanese Gachapons, and small area for gaming center. Gashapons and gaming area require coins which you can purchase at the machines. $20 for 10 tokens is eh. The staff is there to help so please ask them! This place could be better if they have libre knight kits in stock but they only have the accessory for holy knight which is… dumb. It was at 11am and well, that’s just how it is. If you’re the gachapon kind of person, American Dream is probably your best bet if you want to see more of Japan capsule toys that you don’t often see.

A lot of cool models and action figures. They also have those machines that you can win a random Japanese toys for around 2$. Overall, fun, cool place to visit it you are into these things.

The first day was literally chaotic hahaha. Saw a long line towards the store ppl waiting outside building when I arrived Japan village but found that line is for one piece TCG(trading cards) so I and my friend skipped the line and got in the store to shop stuffs, the store already was packed with ppl however we got what we want and enjoyed shopping, marvelous👍 wish this store goes huge success and I hope they will carry more tokusatsu related products in the future 💖💖💖🙏

The Bandai Namco Cross store offers a decent amount of gashapon machines, but the variety is limited. Along with a few arcade game machines and tables for playing One Piece card games, they also sell some collectibles. However, the prices are on the higher side for what’s offered. Overall, it’s an okay spot, but not as exciting or diverse as I had hoped, and it could use more variety and better value for the cost.

Interesting space, nice staff, but sold out of a lot of non-gasha items. Any big name gasha had not great prices for being an official bandai store. Could be hard to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Small arcade in the back!

I feel bad for the One piece people that were there, but this place is pretty awesome for gundam fans, considering it just opened and all. Even though waiting for check out is long, it is expected for a new launch considering the size of the store and the amount of people.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. If there is a zero star I would choose. Black Friday sale even better than this. Card game player spend at least 5 hours in line and still can’t get the product they need.
