Beautiful young couple taking care about every small detail In their's very comfy and welcoming hotel . Such a tasty breakfasts, peaceful morning atmosphere but close to the centar of Rovinj and the beach side boardwalk. I give 5☆ recommendations and we will go back for sure . Amazing place. Really great place in Rovinj, at perfect location with free parking and very close to city center (5 min walk). Prices are incredibly cheap for Rovinj throughout the year. Rooms are very clean and tidy, with mini fridge. We also had nice balcony. Stayed for 3 nights with breakfast which was more than OK.

Very nice stay! Highlight was a spectacular breakfast, and a beautiful deck for us and our adult children and their spouses to eat together! In the evenings there was a top deck where we could relax to share a bottle of wine and discuss the day. The rooms were a little spartan but very functional and had a full bath attached and hair dryer in room. The location was good, a little outside of city center so therefore quiet. Short walk into town for restaurants and sightseeing Rovinj.

This is a nice place to stay in Rovinj. The rooms are really clean and the breakfast service is very good. Best of all, (for the serious swimmers among us) it’s situated very close to an outstanding seaside 50 meter swimming pool! The location is outside of the beautiful old town, but only about a 12 minute walk to the best sights. E-mail communication can be a little spotty with the staff and they only take cash, but they turned out to be very reliable.

Me & my boyfriend stayed her for a week & explored the local area. The location in excellent, a 5 min walk to the harbour, 10 mins to the old town, the there are an abundance of restaurants. We ate out every night & never had a bad meal. The return walk is up a small steep hill to be aware. The hotel is basic & traditional & has everything you need. We found the balcony was definitely worthwhile to sit in the early evening sun. The room was large enough for the two of us though the en-suite was slightly small. The breakfast was plentiful including cereals, yoghurt, cheese/meats, eggs (scrambled/omelette/boiled/fried - changed daily), croissants etc so we often didn't need lunch. There's coffee/tea available throughout the day if required. The staff are very friendly & helpful. We had to leave early on the last morning to get our flight & the staff kindly made us a packed breakfast. We managed to find free parking each day on the hotel street without a problem. We couldn't really fault this hotel & was exactly what we wanted. We had an excellent holiday here.

A nice hotel, in a good location and in a quiet place, a few meters from the sea and the city center! The rooms are not big, but clean and tidy. The breakfasts are varied and very tasty. The hotel staff is professional and very pleasant! I recommend visiting this hotel in the beautiful city of Rovinj. Thank you for a pleasant stay!

Several times and I return to this guest house. Always maximum satisfaction. Rooms clean, beds quality, quiet street. The owner of the guest house has completed parking and cars can be parked directly in front of the pension in the newly built parking spaces. The problem is to get to these places for lower cars - high curb, it would be necessary to adjust the ramp to the new parking lot. Delicious breakfast with excellent coffee. Extremely nice staff, who always very well advise. I recommend :-)

Location was perfect. Easily walk to the old town area, without having to deal with the tight old town quarters. The villa also had a few parking spots, which made it super easy.||Room was very clean and comfortable. New windows and shutters, made the room quiet and dark for sleeping, but light fir daytime.||The rooftop patio was wonderful! Numerous chairs and a couple dining tables. Beautiful view of the old city. Quiet and relaxing.||Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Allowed us to borrow a wine opener and glasses. Offered suggestions on places in town and the best walking path.||Breakfast was good and plentiful. Each day, a different hot egg dish was offered, along with fruit, pastries, and yogurt. In nice weather, the patio was lovely for breakfast.||Would highly recommend for comfort and convenience.
