Perfect location. Stayed for a week. Was a great location for seeing Pisa and visiting Lucca, Florence, coast and Tuscany. Train station 15 minutes away. Staff were amazing and staying here really made our visit special. Room was great size for 3 with big ensuite. Would go again and recommend.

Full of Tuscan family charm, this is a wonderful B&B in a quiet area yet just a short walk from restaurants, the river, leaning tower and cathedral and can even walk from the station where you exit after the shirt rail shuttle in from the airport. Received info how to enter the buiding(s) by WhatsApp the day prior and there was also someone there upon arrival anyway. Delightful staff all of them and so classy the decorations for the festive period. Comfy bed and huge bathroom, we had the Michelangelo room which also had a little balcony, so cute! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for traditional accommodation with wonderful hospitality and a good extensive breakfast offering. Everything in Pisa is walking distance.

A very pleasant small B&B in a quiet area of Pisa. Easy walk to restaurants and all of the sites. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and the entire facility was tastefully decorated. Outstanding breakfast buffet, with numerous options for all dietary requirements.

This is a great small boutique hotel, situated on a very quiet location, it has a lovely outdoor garden with tables & chairs you can use any time of the day. The buffet breakfast is excellent, they also keep out cake & pastries to eat all day long. You can also help yourself to tea, coffee, cold & sparkling water all day. The rooms are a decent size, ours has a small balcony overlooking the garden. The hosts are excellent, they all speak very good English.

We loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.

Great location and a very pretty courtyard with a generous breakfast. Staff were very helpful. Rooms I would describe as basic / no frills at best and could have been cleaner. We appreciated the ease of check-in given our flight landed almost 3 hours late

Unfortunately despite having emailed and phoned, was told someone would be there on arrival.|Arrived no code for main door, not what is needed after a long day of travel, lovely lady at florist let us in, then couldn't get into building, again lovely guest helped us get in, then had to hunt for room, which was ok but dark and extremely noisy in the morning when breakfast being set up........ not relaxing.|Owner apologised about arrival said he was at supermarket!!! Not sure why email with instructions wasn't sent.|Coffee and left over breakfast cakes out but no milk.|Very early check out.|I think if arrival procedures had been sent would have been different experience as building nice with cosy areas to sit and an attractive outside space.

Stayed for 4 nights as our base for Pisa and local area. We took up 3 of the rooms. Beautiful building, decor and very clean. Pretty courtyard. All staff friendly. Breakfast set up was lovely and loads to choose from. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of going to Pisa and close to the Central area. Nicer in real life than the pics
