B&B Hanoi Hotel & Travel

We booked our hotel last minute— while we were already in the airport. So we were just looking for anything near and affordable. This hotel exceeded our expectations.||||The hotel is very affordable and yet it is located in the heart of Old Quarter! We were walking distance to the lake, the attractions, the cafes, and the 24-hour pharmacy (which came in handy). We were never a few steps away from good food and wonderful spots to sit and just relax.||||Rooms may need renovation, but it is still very good for travellers. The hotel is clean. It has elevator, in-house breakfast, clean sheets, and strong internet. It also has hot water and good water pressure all the time so warm showers after a day of touring the town is no problem.||||Private airport transportation and tours were also very fast and convenient! We booked their Halong Bay tour for a day and the tour and cruise they chartered for us were great! Our tour guide was very reliable and fun.||||Hotel breakfast was also good! They had the freshest fruits!!||||What puts this hotel on top are the people. Lily, Anna and all other staff were the best! They were so helpful and accommodating that we had no problems whatsoever. They also made the best recommendations for food places and reservations for tours for you. They made our stay lovely and memorable. Will totally recommend!

Very good stay! Highly recommend this hotel. Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 12 nights and we are over expecting very happy. Service from the staff is really excellent, the breakfast is very good and very clean rooms and good wi-fi and there is room service in the hotel so that you can order food and drinks for the room. The hotel is very well located in Hanoi. The hotel can arrange everything, yes I really mean everything from visas to your next destination or travel within Vietnam.||||// Johan, Sweden & Bee, Thailand.

Good location, friendly staff. The breakfast is simple but good. Checking in, we waited for about 30-40 mins while the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. They warned that it would be noisy due to the traffic. If u can't take noise (traffic is 24/7, gets lesser after midnight/1am but goes into full swing by dawn) best ask for a room farthest from the street. The room is a bit old but it's clean. Bed is surprisingly comfy.

Lovely staff, Comfy beds, clean WC, Breakfast is OK except for the coffee which is undrinkable. No parking for our bikes which was our own error as we didn't read it on the web site. We struggled to find anywhere that we could park but the manager found a business just up the road that we paid 40k until the hotel brought them in at night. All in All a nice way to end our trip in Vietnam. But seriously you need better coffee in the breakfast area. :)

Room is big and clean enough. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is ok in comparison with room price, you won't be hungry though. Just sometimes we went out for sightseeing and still left the air-conditioning on because it's really hot outside, but every time we came back, somebody already came into our room to turn off the air-conditioning ( room key not key card). Still highly recommend for a fairly good affordable hotel.

I really like their services. Thank you for all that you have given us your services we're ultimate. They served us with great smiles and treated us really polite. Their breakfast were so delicious and their room was so clean and comfortable although the room was small. They cleaned our room everyday. Furthermore, Thank you for the tour recommendation, we really enjoyed our holidays in Vietnam. The most unforgettable memory was the trip at halong bay. Thank you so much!!!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of people are incredibly helpful and generous with their smiles, advices. The best service give us amazing experiences trip to Halong bay. We are suppose to be lucky for setting a forth a correct hotel on vacation.<br/>If back again, sure for first choice. Thanks all

We were pretty happy with this hotel. The staff were very friendly (one should really expect at most one at a time speaks more than a few phrases of english). The breakfast was very good (except the coffee, but that was true of most places in Vietnam). This hotel, like nearly every other hotel we stayed in SE Asia, said they had a crib, and did not. This meant we did not sleep very well. There was also a noticeable amount of bass beating into our room until about 10pm. We were happy with the location.
