The stuff was very polite, the buffet was full of everything with fruits, yogurt, croissants, toast, omelete, you could event make your own waffles. The bed was very big, very clean toillete also. The view from our room was breathtaking! Things that could make even better this place is like putting some electrical appliances. On winter most of the restaurants are closed. There is a bus station and train station, the Obertraun Dachsteinhöhlen, for anyone who wants to visit the place. We will definitely come back again!

What a shitty experience. My family stayed here and had this lady that yell at us. There is no elevator so if you stay on the 2nd flr you need to carry your bags up by stairs. There isnt even a kettle or anything in the room. The lady thought I was taking away coffee during breakfast and wanted me to pay until I showed her its only hot water. They will charge you for everything. Went over to the Domio resort nearby and that was tons better. If that was a 10 this is a 0.5.

It was a pleasant stay, franz was really kind, while checking in and in general for suggestions and help. Yes, it is not a luxury hotel, but that is why it costs 1/4th pf the hotels around, with a similar view. One disappointment was that there is no vending machine, restaurant, or even a kettle in the room, which makes it difficult to find something to eat, in the case of hunger in an unusual timing.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!! You‘ll see a mean and miserable old man who only wants your money and offers nothing in return. He’s so forgetful that he won’t even bother sending you your booking information, leaving you stranded at the front door, waiting endlessly for a “self-check-in code” . When you try to resolve it, he’ll yell at you in the most disgusting, raspy voice, rambling nonsense. The entire experience is infuriating. Do yourself a favor and never step foot near this disaster of a hotel! :)

Great location to stay at while voting the area. I would definitely book a room with a view, worth everything. This place offers check-in and tasty breakfast for an extra charge. You can eat breakfast outside with a stunning view. It was very beautiful and I'd love to come back there.

Shameless! Robbers, They robbed me of my money. Check other 1-star reviews, here are many victims! Think twice before booking with them! I booked accommodation for September 14, but during that week, Austria was hit by extreme floods and torrential rains. The government issued an official warning, advising all travelers to cancel non-essential trips due to the dangerous conditions. Two days before my scheduled arrival, I contacted the accommodation to cancel my reservation. However, they refused and coldly told me, “We don’t do social service.” Despite the government’s warning and the obvious travel risks, they insisted on keeping my reservation and charged me the full amount. It has now been over a month, and I have reached out multiple times, but they either ignored my inquiries or gave ridiculous excuses. Their final response was absurd: they claimed that although the trains were shut down, there were replacement buses available—completely dismissing the severity of the situation. This is not just an issue of bad service. They ignored official government safety warnings, prioritized profit over safety, and have still not refunded my money! Their actions show a blatant lack of integrity and concern for travelers. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I want to warn others: Think twice before booking with them!

This hotel is absolute garbage. The owner is a racist, extremely mean, and rude. They forced us to pay some additional fees, threatening to call the police if we refused. They also made racist remarks. Even after we paid, they threatened to take legal action to ensure I would never set foot in Europe again. Please, do not stay at this hotel. I’m not the first person to experience this kind of treatment.

Personel is so rude. İn the rooms you can just find a bad and shower and toilet. There is no shampoo or tootpaste or anythink. You can not find even glass. You should drink water from toilet. İn the morning if you enter the restaourant for coffe someone may scold you like a child . I never recommend it
