We were generally satisfied with our stay at B&B Hotel Graz Hauptbahnhof. The hotel met the expectations for its category. We can recommend using the large parking garage just across the street – parking was easy, and although the garage is operated separately, we were able to pay for it directly at the hotel for a lower rate than the garage itself charges. The rooms have windows facing a busy street, but thanks to the air conditioning, it was comfortable to keep the windows closed and still sleep well even in summer. Beds are a matter of personal preference, but for us, they were fine. We particularly liked the simple and (at least in our case) reliable system of entering the room with a code instead of a key or card. Overall, I would rate the stay 8 out of 10.

The room was clean, quiet, and had excellent blackout blinds which made for a good night’s sleep. The location is also very convenient. However, the amenities were quite basic — no coffee, body lotion, or similar items provided. The air conditioning had an unpleasant smell when turned on, suggesting the filter needs cleaning. While the stay was fine overall, the price of over €200 per night felt steep given the no-frills setup, though it was a popular weekend. Ideal if you’re after something simple and clean, but not luxury.

Great location, right next to the train station and also only 10/15 minutes to the river and old town activities you'll want to do. Rooms a bit dated but actually really big! Easy check in and check out and you get a code for the room and also to enter after 10pm which makes it feel safe.

I missed nothing. The coffee machine is a perfect start into the day. Only the TV high up under the ceiling is a bit uncomfortable.

Everything was great about the hotel, apart from room service on the second day, we were given only one bath towel and two smaller towels for the two of us. The reception was closed and we couldn't get another bath towel

One of the cheapest hotels in Graz, and close to central railway station and central city attractions. The trams [just outside] are free in this central zone. The street and all of the city centre is quiet and peaceful due to traffic control, only the hum of trams passing. The hotel reminds me of a better UK Travel Lodge in quality. However, our room was enormous by city standards. It had everything you needed, though no kettle to make coffee. It was very clean with a powerful shower, plenty of storage space, a good range of TV channels, strong accessible lighting and sockets by the bed. You can open the windows for fresh air! Check-in/out were very professional and friendly. In the public area there isn't really much space to sit, though the breakfast restaurant would serve as a great working space. We didn't have breakfast there as there's lots of cheaper options all around, though the price seemed good value. There are also dispensing machines for snacks and drinks. Best thing of all was the checkout time = noon. Booking.com had informed 11.30; also incorrectly that Reception closed at 7.30pm when it was still open at 10pm. Recommend.

I stayed in B&B before and as I remember they are always very clean, and the breakfast is nice. |This was just ad I remember it. Rooms are very clean and the smell nice. Breakfast is great. You have variety of meals. Staff is very polite and helpful. Internet connection is stable and hotel is on a great location.

The stay was pleasant. The room was very spacious and clean, check in was easy and they stored our baggage for us until the room was ready. The tram line was close to the hotel, as was the railway station, so it was very convenient.
