Pros - Remodeled apartment - Nice and decisive staff - Center of Madrid Cons - The room was not ready for four people; we had to convert the sofa into a bed and make the bed ourselves. - The elevator was out of order on the day we checked out, so we had to carry all our suitcases down the stairs. - Noisy street. Every night, people were screaming in the street between 1 - 5 am

The hotel is very well located, close to 2 metro stations. The standard studio was very good size, comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The bathroom can use some upkeep but that's our only complain.

B&B Hotels went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend staying here. It’s central, clean, comfy and provided waters and fruit! I’ll consider a B&B hotel first when looking for a place to stay on my next vacation.

Everything was great! We couldn’t have found a better place to stay in our short trip to Madrid. We’ll definitely return. Big thanks to the staff for the apartment upgrade and the late check out 🙏🏼😊

The location is great, right in the middle of the Fuencarral pedestrian shopping street. The apartment was large and convenient and in a pristine condition. Especially impressive was the fully equipped kitchen with an electrical stove, oven, dishwasher, mini-blender and even a washing machine / drier. The only fault is that the apartment is quite noisy, even late at night (apparently the hotel knows it since ear plugs await you on the bed...). The price we paid was a great bargain for this location, for us it was perfect.

Terrible customer service. BE CAREFUL. I searched for fully refundable rooms. Within an hour I tried to change my dates and was told I couldn't cancel or make ANY changes. Since this property came up in the search results for fully refundable, I didn't think I had to go through additional steps to make it refundable. This property agreed to let me change my dates after hotels.com called them, but now they're declining to do it.

Nice place that is going every year worse and needs to be arrange, also is a noise place, Its sad that the place that years ago was perfect, now is not. The location its great, and it's clean

We stayed in one of the two rooftop apartments. Maybe suitable for a long stay, the price is a little higher than what you get, the location is excellent. The apartment requires some maintenance, there is room to improve the balcony and especially to create some shade during the day. The water flow was weak, maintenance is required, the faucet in the sink was loose, the floor in the shower was sticky and there were places of mold on the walls. We understand that the check-in times are from 15:00, but we wrote to the hotel in advance and it seems that they just didn't do anything about it. Strangely, the room was ready exactly at 3:00 PM. It seems that it was possible to coordinate with the cleaning team to prioritize the apartment, maybe it was even ready before but they just didn't bother to check - we expected more understanding on this issue. The apartment requires some maintenance and renovation. The balcony was disappointing, large but less functional and intimate than it appears in the photos. A solution for shade during the day was also missing.
