B&B HOTEL Madrid Centro Fuencarral 52

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Very clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. The location is great. And yes, it's surprisingly quiet given its location. There's a full, free coffee bar along with juice and cookies. Also a nice rooftop deck. I highly recommend it.

We love staying at this place. It's in a great location. It's very clean and the staff has always been the best! I'd like to selfishly not tell the world about this great hotel, but they work hard so they deserve to be as successful as possible.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel evrything was great. The front desk was very helpful and nice. The room clean and comfortable. They have a nice little coffee set up in the top floor with a outdoor patio and every morning you wake up with a bag of baked goodies in your door. The location is excellent. Definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

The hotel is situated in a great area, I went everywhere on foot. The room is spacious, bed is super comfy, great light and good noise canceling from the busy street outside. Shower is comfortable and great water pressure. They have Dove products in the shower and by the sink, great quality. Had a problem with the toilet and they fixed it within the hour, great service and hospitality. One weird thing I find in hotels and here as well - no trash can in the bathroom and no bag in the trash can in the room. But overall, I recommend the hotel. This is my second time in the B&B chain, it's worth the money.

Location was AMAZING! The room was clean and nice but quite small. My partner is over 6 feet tall so the room being as small as it was, plus bathroom were fairly difficult to navigate. The air conditioner wasn't appearing to work well either and the windows kept self closing so it became very stuffy in there very easily. They left little delicious treats on your door handle every morning which was incredible!!

This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooftop patio was a nice place to have coffee in the morning. The location is in a very active part of town. Lots of people walking around. Lots of restaurants and shops. It's easy to walk pretty much anywhere you would want to go if you are sightseeing in Madrid.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in – everything was terrible except for the staff. I spent a nightmare of a night in a filthy, suffocating room that reeked entirely of sewage — not just the water, the whole room smelled like a sewer. It was unbearable. The white sheets can’t cover up how dirty and neglected the place actually is. I paid €111 for one night in a 10 m² room that made me feel sick. I woke up the next morning with a throat infection, most likely caused by the foul air and disgusting smell (miasma). Reception is understaffed, with only one person working — which is ridiculous in a busy tourist city like Madrid. I had to wait 20 minutes just to check out, and the entrance is extremely narrow and overcrowded. It honestly felt like hell. The only good thing was the staff — they were kind and helpful, but clearly overworked and stuck in a poorly run, aggressive hotel operation. I absolutely hated B&B Hotel. I feel scammed and I got sick because of this place. I’m still angry that I paid €111 for a room that smelled like actual sewage. I hope this hotel shuts down or changes hands.

Stayed for one night, average hotel. Bath towels looked old. Great location, but otherwise will not stay here. Price does not match what they offer.
