B&B HOTEL Madrid Centro Fuencarral 52

My stay at this hotel in Madrid was absolutely perfect. I couldn’t have chosen a better location... it was the most amazing area to stay in. Everything was close by, and with just a short walk we were able to visit many of the city’s main attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always in a good mood, ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our experience. Right below the hotel, there were countless shops, restaurants, and places to go out, making it ideal for walks, dining, and entertainment. The mattress was perfect and extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. We also loved the 24-hour complimentary coffee available on the hotel’s rooftop, which was accompanied by fresh fruits and biscuits..such a wonderful extra touch. Every morning, they kindly left a small paper bag with croissants and bottled water for us..another thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice, both in terms of the hotel itself and the area. I would definitely stay here again!

First of all, the reception team was always smiling, helpful, and very hospitable. This made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Having free access 24/7 to coffee, tea, filtered water, fruit, and snacks was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is located on a lively street, everything was right at our doorstep, and we were able to reach everywhere on foot. However, the most important point we would like to share is that my husband forgot his wedding ring at the hotel, and Jaime from the reception team found it and made every possible effort with great care to ensure it was returned to us. We would like to sincerely thank him for all the kindness, understanding, and help he showed us.

The hotel is located at the end of the shopping and pedestrian street Calle Fuencarral in the center of Madrid. It's easy to reach from the airport via the metro - Tribunal station is 10 minutes away. The hotel is centrally located - 10 minutes to Plaza de Chueca, 10 minutes to Gran Via and the large shopping street, 15 minutes to Plaza de Sol and 25 minutes to Palacio Real. There are numerous restaurants, cafés, shops and a large supermarket in the area.|The inside of the hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The rooms are very spacious and are equipped with a safe, refrigerator, WiFi, air conditioning and some have a desk. The French breakfast (croissants and water) is hung on the doorknob in a small paper bag. There is a small self-service café on the top floor. Tea, coffee, fruit and muffins are free. There is also a snack machine. The balcony of the lounge offers a beautiful view over Madrid.|The staff is friendly, helpful and there around the clock. The towels - and there are plenty of them here - are changed daily. The bed is changed approximately every 2 to 3 days. Overall the cleaning staff does a great job.|However, Madrid is a party city. At night the pedestrian zone in front of the hotel is very busy. You should keep the windows closed. :-)

When we arrived at the hotel we couldn’t find the entrance since there is another building that says B&B on the front of it (very much our fault but wanted to warn others). Once we found the hotel, it was super easy to check in and our room was ready right away. I will say, the rooms are very small but I did enjoy the closet area and the outlets built into the beds. Bathroom was nice and clean but the shower didn’t drain well so that was a big annoying. Great location in the heart of the shopping district. We didn’t have our flight home until much later that night and they were willing to hold our bags for us while we went out for the day.

This is your basic B&B, in a good location for where we needed to visit. The room is very compact, clean and light, the rain shower was great. Jamie on the front desk was very helpful. The sad thing though is there is a TERRIBLE SMELL of cat pee as you enter and it never went away. It’s a shame it’s not been addressed sooner.

We had a very good stay overall. The hotel is extremely central, with everything within walking distance, which made getting around very easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The only downside was the shower drain, which was clogged. Each time we showered, the water overflowed into the room. We reported this twice while we were out, hoping it would be fixed, but unfortunately the issue remained unresolved. Aside from this, we enjoyed our stay and would still recommend the hotel for its location, cleanliness, and excellent staff.

It 3 star and basic. But, if all you need is a bed and a shower it's perfect. The staff are lovely.

We love staying at this place. It's in a great location. It's very clean and the staff has always been the best! I'd like to selfishly not tell the world about this great hotel, but they work hard so they deserve to be as successful as possible.
