Wow! We had a great two night stay. Excellent customer service at the front desk. Our room was a great size. Comfortable bed. We loved the coffee corner station to fill up on espresso. Waking up every morning to pastries/treats on our door was lovely. Absolutely prime location within walking distance of many things. Loved having a balcony as well. 10/10 would stay here again!

Beautiful Hotel at the centre of Madrid, just outside Plaza Mayor. The staff is very welcoming and polite . The gift bag every morning is at the door knob is amazing. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only drawback is the rooms at the ground floor which are a little claustrophobic due to the lack of open windows. The rooms at the upper floors are perfect. Thank you for making our stay in Madrid pleasant and memorable.

We only spent a night in the hotel, but everything was perfect! The staff was very kind and helpful, and made the process of check-in and checkout really easy and swift. The bed was really comfortable and thanks to the AC we could sleep comfortably in a summer night in Madrid. They even left us a bag with water and sweets on the door in the morning, which was a pleasant surprise. We would highly recommend the hotel, not only for it's location or quality-price ratio — which are the reasons we chose it in the first place — but because the staff there was wonderful and made the experience worthwhile.

My husband and I stayed two nights at Hotel BB. We loved our little (not so little, actually) balcony overlooking the city. The Hotel was spotless throughout and the staff and management friendly and attentive. For a hotel right in the center of the city, it felt tucked away and quiet. They have a little coffee room that's always open and stocked with fresh fruits. I'm not a pastry eater but my husband enjoyed the treats left at our door both mornings. We particularly appreciated the helpful attentiveness of the staff and front desk. particularly attentive

Great hotel in a great location. Had everything we needed. No breakfast available but little bag with water and a muffin/ doughnut hung on doorknob in the morning and the coffee corner. Perfect place for us. Although there is a lift, there are stairs, so be careful if mobility limited or lots of heavy bags. Fine for us with weekend luggage. Staff so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This hotel has friendly, very helpful staff and we liked the clean and modern room right beside the Plaza Mayor. A few stairs to climb to the elevator, which I mention only because the rriend I travelked with has mobility issues. Really appreciated the Coffee Corner, a lounge in the basement that had coffee, cookies, juice, fruit, and water available all day every day for free—it became our daily stop after sightseeing for hours. Just beware that there are many stairs to get to it.

Lovely little hotel. ||We had a premier / deluxe room and it was great. Shuttered windows allowed for good sleep. Comfy bed. Fridge in room. Good storage. Very clean. ||Has a nice hostel vibe to it. Aided by community coffee lounge with complimentary drinks and fruit / biscuits available 24 hours. ||Loved the surprise bags delivered every morning ( water and pastry’s ). Friendly helpful staff.

What a lovely hotel. My wife and I have just returned from a three night stay at this hotel. We booked a superior room on the fourth floor. Not the biggest hotel room we have stayed in, but big for Madrid. We were literally a minutes walk away from Plaza Mayor. What an absolute amazing location. Each morning we were left a bag of waters, two small cakes and either donuts or croissants. What a lovely gesture. On the basement there is a room with two coffee machines, a fruit juice dispenser, fruit and jars of cookies and biscuits. The only small down side was the air con in the room could have been better. It’s sufficient, but I think we might have struggled in July or August (we stayed June 2025).
