B&B HOTEL Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol

Our stay was fine. We had a spacious room, hot water with good water pressure, curtains kept it dark, location is good for tourists and the elevator functioned without issue (we had a wheelchair). We stayed on the third floor and had no noise issues except for a morning where some kind of machinery was being used outside by the city. The bed comforter had a very obvious stain that was actually cigarette ash melted into the fabric. I asked reception for new sheets because of the stain and to be flexible I said they could just set the sheets in the room and I would swap them out. It's on me, because this is exactly what they did. I was surprised when they didn't take the initiative to swap the sheets themselves, it just seems like the hospitable thing to do for a guest. To add to that, there was a stain on the sheets they provided. Everything else in the room was clean but the sheets gave me the ick every time I got in bed. Aside from that, they could use more hooks especially near the door to conveniently hang our coats and bags to easily access as we come in/out.

The hotel was perfect for our 3-night stay. Clean, modern, great bed and pillows. The rain shower was large and plenty of hot water. We loved the in-room Nespresso machine, and having a 24-hour “pantry” was the bomb- we had late-night snacks, fruit and cappuccino’s!! You are on the middle of EVERYTHING- shops, bars ( checkout the rooftop restaurant- excellent sangria), tapas… and the police station is 3 doors down, so absolutely a safe area. The front desk was ALWAYS so helpful- they’ll call a cab and the driver will come in to get you ( it’s a pedestrian-only are so they have to park at the closest road). You are right off Puerto del Sol square. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

This hotel is perfectly situated steps away from Puerta del Sol. Our room, directly above the street, was very comfortable, well-equipped, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The common breakfast room provides coffee, juice and fresh fruit. The roof houses a restaurant for evening views. Look for the B&B lime green logo on the right side of the street (coming from Puerta del Sol), about mid-block, you will be pleasantly pleased.

I had an excellent stay at B&B HOTEL Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Madrid, making it easy to walk everywhere and enjoy the city’s main attractions. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable.|The room was spacious, well-maintained, and quiet, which made for a very relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. I also appreciated the little details and the overall stylish design.|The staff were outstanding – very friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made the experience even better.|Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s excellent value for money, with the perfect combination of comfort, service, and unbeatable location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid and will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Amazing ” Super center location with everything you need nearby. Shopping , restaurants, supermarket, bars. Very nice friendly staff. Room is big and clean. Look new as well not like some dated hotel. Also, there is a very popular roof top restaurant just at the same building. They offer 24hr coffee / drinks / snacks is very good value of the money. Room come with simple breakfast send to your room. I will 100% going back again and again. Just book it you won't regret.

Excellent location right in the heart of Madrid. The room features a lovely balcony offering stunning views of the city's rooftops. Additionally, free fruit and coffee are available in the lobby, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

This is a great hotel! Perfect location, service, big rooms. They have fruits, biscuits, coffee, drinkable water and a great common area for the guests. Good wifi and they even give you some pastries at your door every morning. The service is absolutely great. For similar prices, this was our best hotel in Europe so far

The hotel most appealing point is its location. In the heart of Madrid, we could easily and often take breaks in between attractions or experiences, for a shower and refreshments, just before moving away again for our walking tours. Considering the heat wave of those days, it fitted just perfect for us. Cozy and comfortable accommodation. Despite being nestled in a busy area, our room was very quiet. Thumbs up! Keep it up! ;)

Stayed here one night and quite enjoyed the Central location to the Puerto Del Sol Area...the hotel is clean, well appointed, with free wifi, water, and snacks. I liked the bed linens, the scent of the soap, and the access to the main road where I had a balcony view. It can be a bit loud depending on what time you go to sleep, and wake up, but it's a city, so what do you expect. I'd definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved everything about this little boutique hotel!! Location: Right in the heart of Puerto Del Sol so perfect for a Madrid first-timer like myself. Never walked more than 15 minutes in any direction to get to the must-see sights. Tons of store and food options all around. You cannot take a taxi directly up to the door because it is in a pedestrian only area, however it is less than a 5 minute walk from the street drop off. The paths around it do get packed with people every night because it's such a hot tourist spot though, so if looking for something quite/lowkey this area may not be for you. As for the hotel itself the rooms are very clean, and modern. You would never know it from the lobby area which is very minimal and the hallways are pretty dark but I believe it is more of an aesthetic thing. I stayed in their Premium single room for 6 nights which had a comfy queen bed, great lighting, huge shower area, and the room itself was pretty spacious. The TV is huge and always you to chrome cast from your phone so you can keep bingeing your fav Netflix show during your downtime. My only issue with the room (and my friends in two other rooms had the same) was that the windows face inward to each other and the building is pretty high so it's tough to get natural lighting especially on the lower floors. There is also no view unless you book one of the rooms with a terrace I assume. Also have to add that the staff was fantastic from start to finish. They answered all of our questions well and with enthusiasm even though we did not speak the language. On our first day they informed us of free tours we could take, there are three they offer and we did one of them which was great for learning the lay of the land. They also offer coffee, tea, juice, and fruit 24/7 in a lounge at the basement of the hotel. On top of that they left a bag with a couple mini pastries and box water every morning. Even when we were checking out at 3am the desk person was running around making sure we got our bag before we left. Overall amazing hotel and would book again in a second especially for the price. I've stayed at big name "fancier" hotels and have to say I wasn't half as impressed as I was with my stay here. Highly recommend.
