B&B HOTEL Wrocław Centrum

The rooms were clean, the breakfast was good. The young lady doing the breakfasts (single handedly) went above and beyond to cater for my Gluten free needs. She was so busy being the only one doing breakfast in a busy hotel yet EVERYTHING was perfect. The breakfast buffet was kept well stocked, the plates cleared promptly and she did everything with a smile, nothing was too much trouble. She is extremely hard working. I wish I knew her name, she deserves a medal (young slim girl, dark hair). The cleaning staff were also very helpful and very friendly. Only down side was the air conditioning, it was more a cool fan, the rooms were very hot.

Visited Wroclaw for 5 days. Last time, we used a B&B hotel in Poznan, and it was an awesome experience. Unfortunately, not this time. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Room with 2 beds very small. Two narrow single beds with uncomfortable mattresses, old uncomfortable pillows, only two large towels, no first aid on-site. Prices go up extremely for the weekends, especially while there is an event. The room was quiet when the windows closed.

Had a mostly great stay here. The nightly prices are really good and it's got everything you'd need from a basic hotel. The bed was comfortable, bathroom had amazing water pressure and temperature, and no problems with the WiFi. The location is excellent and I enjoyed the breakfast as well. They even let you store luggage after checkout if you need. Unfortunately, the AC didn't seem to work in my room. It was set to 10°C, max fan speed, and would barely produce any cool air, sometimes even warm air. The window doesn't open much either, so it was easy for the room to get stuffy. This is my only complaint for my entire stay.

Excellent service. Cleaned daily, good quality rooms, reception were very polite / helpful. Really pleasant stay||Advise if you come in from the airport via bus is have google maps on and just jump off when it gets to half a mile. Did so at 11pm and its quite safe and much easier than the instructions on the website||Easy walk to old town, up and across the intersection and then straight in.

Great hotel just on the outskirts of the old town so a good location. Rooms are a good size. Service very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Would stay here again.

The hotel is in a great and convenient location. The room was more spacious than I expected. I stayed for two nights, and it was easy to access both the shopping mall and the old town area. Overall, a great stay at a good price!

Hotel was at an excellent location in this wonderful dwarf town 😃 The only thing was that my friend asked to change the french bed into two separate ones before we came there . They had confirmed they'd do . But after all the room was with a french bed and they couldn't complete the confirmation cuz the rooms with single beds were busy already . It was some kind of misunderstanding between Booking team and Hotel team . Regards

Check-in was fast and smooth, room is clean, location is within walking distance from the train station, shopping and attractions. Loved it!

B & B Wroclaw Centrum is a great location. It's within walking distance from the main train station or if it's too far of a walk for you - hop on a tram. The hotel is very close to the stop at Galeria Dominikanska which also makes it a great location for getting around the city. As regular here in Wrocalw, I really prefer this area slightly farther from the main square. It is a bit quieter, and it has a more local feel to it. The service here is top-notch. The staff were all nice and helpful. Most seemed to speak a good level of English, and they were tolerant of me muddling through my poor Polish language skills. Breakfast costs 25PLN which is ok, but the fare is standard. It's not the best breakfast in town, but it isn't the worst. When you're in town on a holiday weekend, you might prefer to just eat at the hotel instead of worrying about what will be open or not. I typically like to buy something small to eat from a shop, and this probably would have been possible, but I enjoyed my breafast. The room itself was clean and orderly if not small. I didn't love the design of the shower. It seemed like I was spraying water all over the place. But there was hot water - always a plus! In my opinion this is a perfect place if you're coming to Wroclaw for business or just need a place to sleep while you're out exploring all day.
