B&B Koto

Our family had a wonderful stay at Koto Bed and Breakfast in Belgium. We stayed for 7 days, and it truly became one of the highlights of our trip. Tamara was incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment we arrived. She adored my kids, and my kids absolutely loved her too—it felt like we were visiting a friend rather than staying at a guesthouse. The room we stayed in, the Africa Room, was clean and beautifully decorated, with so much attention to detail. Every morning the breakfast was delicious, with fresh bakeries and homemade dishes, especially the homemade coddled eggs which were absolutely amazing. Everything felt fresh and thoughtfully prepared. My kids were also thrilled with the tree house, which quickly became their favorite place to play. A very special thank you to Tamara for her kindness when one of my kids got sick—she even took us to the hospital and made sure we were okay. That level of care meant so much to our family. Staying here truly made our Belgium tour complete and memorable. By the end of the trip, it felt like we had made a friend in Belgium. We would definitely recommend Koto Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place with a pristine and relaxing vibe.

This is an amazing B&B, designed and renovated by Tamara and family. It has four apartments and social spaces, all very stylish, cosy and clean. It also has a heated outdoor swimming pool which we found really refreshing. Great place from which to explore the whole of Antwerp. Tamara is so welcoming and we very much enjoyed our breakfast of coddled eggs!

I have been meaning to write a review for Koto and it took a year since I keep having such fond memories staying here during the first weekend of Tomorrowland 2024. Tamara and her sister were such genuine and kind hosts during the time we stayed there. We had a conflict with our hired driver to and from the Tomorrowland venue and Tamara jumped right in to try and help with our situation. She helped us find a replacement driver and really eased our stress. The rooms themselves were beautiful, spacious and very comfortable to stay in. She also provided such delicious breakfasts every morning and shared such inspiring stories about the community in Antwerp. Her dogs are also so lovely. I highly recommend staying at the Koto B&B. I hope to see you again soon Tamara :)

I needed a room on a last minute stay in Antwerp. I was delighted to be welcomed by a lovely host who opened for me after 10pm and showed me to my room. The room was well prepared and very very comfortable. Breakfast at 7am was requested and served exactly on time and very fresh. I will definitely stay again if I am in town. We had the best time ever. Koto is beautiful and Tamara is an amazing host. Everything is very looked after, luxurious and completely fits the theme. The bed is very comfortable. We stayed in Africa and even slept a night in the treehouse which was incredible. It wasn’t the hottest day but since the pool is heated we took a plunge anyway. It was so relaxing…|I can only recommend people to stay here as well. You won’t regret it!

Our group stayed at Koto for Tomorrowland for 4 days. Without a doubt this was one of the best places I've ever stayed at. The rooms are all huge and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail is second to none. Tamara and her sister were incredible hosts! Each morning they served us a delicious breakfast (eggs, bacon, fruit, yogurt, fresh bread and more)! I also have dietary restrictions, which they were more than happy to accommodate. Without us even asking, Tamara also helped us with some issues that saved us from a lot stress. She truly cares about her guests and wants you to feel safe and right at home. The location is also very central. It's only a 5 min drive from the Antwerp train station. Please do yourself a favour and book your stay in Antwerp here - you definitely will not regret it!

Why book a Bed and Breakfast rather than a hotel when traveling? Koto is truly an encapsulation of why. During our trip to Antwerp to attend Tomorrowland eight of us stayed at B&B Koto. Our hosts went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and somehow achieved the perfect balance of being attentive while still giving us privacy. Breakfast was delicious farm fresh eggs, fruit, juice, bacon, and yogurt with a variety of rotating juices and other sides each morning. Our hosts were even gracious enough to make modifications based on a pork dietary restriction. Each night felt like coming “home”- there is evident attention to detail with each suite theme and waking up to beaming sunlight into the backyard/pool area was refreshing and invigorating. The entire property has a personality that immerses you into the feeling of Antwerp. These hosts truly invite you to be part of their family and I am changed for the better from having met them and stayed here.
