B&B La Casa BXL

We booked a stay here for May 2020 and due to Covid-19 our trip was canceled. All of our other hotels and the airlines were accommodating and gave us a full refund, while this hotel offered to so kindly give us a voucher that expires in December of 2020. We live in the US and unfortunately are not considering traveling with the state of things and possible future cancellations. The customer service was terrible and acted like they were doing us a favor by extending the voucher. Do right by guests and offer full refunds if you would like to see people stay here in the future.

Super friendly staff, and perfect location in Brussels. 5 minutes walk from 'downtown', but the area around is also worth exploring. I would love to stay here again!

Tolle, zentrale und saubere Unterkunft in Brüssel. Wir haben dort ein verlängertes Wochenende verbracht und uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Direkt in der Straße der Unterkunft befinden sich zahlreiche Hotels. Trotzdem ist es recht ruhig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Fenstern zur Straße raus und konnten abends das Fenster gekippt lassen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und der Service sehr sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Treppe zum Hotelzimmer ist ein kleines Erlebnis ;) - steil und kleine Stufen - aber gut zu bewältigen - jedenfalls mit kleinem Koffer :) Würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und auf jeden Fall empfehlen! 😊
