Casa di Adelina, located in a small hill town in Tuscany is owned by Francesco and his family. It has been in the family for some 400 years and is a very charming and warm and friendly BnB. Clean, GREAT breakfast cooked and served by Francesco himself always has several guests each of the 3 times we have visited Francesco. Our granddaughter went on a Europe adventure a couple of years ago and we set her up at Casa di Adelina when she was in Tuscany. She loved it!!! |We love the 2 close towns, Montepulciano and Pienza. You will enjoy!

We can’t say enough about La Casa di Adelina. We had a very wonderful experience. Francesco is a great host. He made us feel very welcomed, he recommended several fun activities in the area, and he made a delicious breakfast every morning! Monticchiello is a charming little town. The sunsets are amazing that overlook the Val d’Orcia. We really hope to visit again. We will certainly tell our forends about it!

|I absolutely adore La Casa Adelina. |Simple clean and charming. A lovely breakfast with interesting guest sitting at one long table. |Monticchiello reminded me of Tuscany of my youth. Quiet and undiscovered a fabulous community spirit with in the village and a lest five interesting restaurants. Francesco was a wonderful host alway available but never invasive. A perfect place to make your base and do day trips from. I found piece of mind here. A slice of heaven. We will be back for much much longer next time.|

Loved our stay at B&B La Casa Di Adelina. The town of Monticchiello is quiet and very walkable. Francesco greets you when you arrive and is very friendly. He can give advice on where to eat, hiking trails and wineries near by. He makes your breakfast every morning and his soft scrambled eggs on cheesy bread is delicious! I highly recommend staying here.

The town of Monticchiello is a very quaint Tuscan town. There is no parking within the walls overnight. There is parking, but know that it is uphill all the way to La Casa di Adelina. Also, there is no lift, so it is up about 3 small flights of stairs. The lodging is beautiful. There is a common area that is quite large and cozy. My sisters, my husband and I were the only people staying there. The rooms were good size, the bathrooms as well. Showers were European size (a tad tight) but good water pressure and towels! Breakfast was great! Fresh fruit, good size lattes, eggs on toast, assorted breads. We all enjoyed our stay. Francesco was very good at communicating and his wife was really great when she greeted us and got us settled. All 4 of us would highly recommend this hotel. We didn’t do much in town, but we did dine at Daria’s. Great dinner!

La Casa Diadelina is a beautiful extremely well equipped sanctuary of a stopover after a long day in the saddle (Cycling) Francesco literally left his dinner table to rescue us at the beautiful arch to this wonderful hamlet. He led us to the apartment with his daughter under his arm in the rain to the most magnificent space. It was all and more than we could ask for, so comfortable with every amenity possible, beautifully equipped kitchen, wifi, luxurious lounge area and sumptuous beds to lay our weary heads. In the morning Francesco returned to provide a hearty breakfast which gave us the fortitude needed to get back on the road for our next adventure. Truly a Prince among men. Thank you Francesco for your awesome hospitality!!

Booked through Booking.com. The location is in the heart of the town of Monticchiello. Easy to get up and walk around this town to explore the shops, restaurants and the history of the town. This B & B is well appointed and the easy access to the kitchen allows you to bring in food for when you don't want to eat out. Breakfast was very good with a selection of cut fruit, egg sandwiches and meats, along with coffee. I will stay here again when in the area. Credit cards not accepted.|Parking is outside the walls of Monticchiello but it seems to be safe.
