B&B Le Stanze di Orazio & Guest House

We adored this B&B! The rooms are very clean and surprisingly large and spacious. The shower was the coolest shower we have ever used. Sheryl was extremely kind and helpful. The breakfast was great! She picks up croissants and pastries from a bakery just down the street each morning and they were fabulous, along with other breakfast items. It's located on a very nice shopping street and walkable distance to central Rome. If going further, the metro is only about 5 min walk. It was quiet at night and the rooms are quite sound proof. Very reasonable pricing and so much more cozy, quaint, and personal than a big hotel chain. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We adored this B&B! Our room was bigger than expected and very clean. The shower was super cool and nice. The neighborhood is a really nice luxury shopping district and felt very safe and quiet at night. Sheryl, the host, was extremely kind and we loved the breakfast croissants she picked up each morning. It is abour 5-7 min from a metro stop and about 10-20 min walk to the vatican or central rome. Very cozy and better than a hotel in our opinion!

Fantastic boutique hotel/B&B located within a residential area, approx halfway between the Vatican Museum & Piazza De Popolo and within walking distance of both and the Piazza Navona and about 4 blocks from Leoanto Metro station. Sheryl, the host, was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were quipped and comfortable. The surrounding area has a good choice of shops as well as very good culinas, pizzarias and restaurants. Check-in and access was very easy. If you want a hotel with bars and lounges, this is not for you, but if you want a welcoming place to sleep, we can not recommend it highly enough.

My wife and I reserved this accommodation for 4 nights. We had a wonderful time. The host, Sheryl, was very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and clean. We had room cleaning every day. The breakfast was good and satisfying (yellow cheese, prosciutto, ham, eggs, croissants, orange juice, coffee, yoghurt, fruits and sweets).||The location was great, 5 min walk away from Castle St Angelo and 15 min walk away from the Vatican.

We stayed here in May 2023 for 4 nights. Sheryl gave us a very warm welcome and was really friendly, nothing was too much trouble.|The room was spacious and had air con and a mini fridge which was handy. Only 15 mins walk from Vatican City and easy to get to other sites via the metro or walking (which we did a lot of). Good choice for breakfast too. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Rome and would highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation ideally situated for the Vatican and Sistine Chapel. Our host Sheryl was very friendly and helpful and the continental breakfast set us up for the day. The room was cleaned daily, and had a mini fridge, safe and excellent bathroom facilities. Great value and would definitely recommend.

This place was awesome. It was great for walking to lots of historic attractions including the Vatican and was clean, friendly and comfortable. It is in a quiet area. The rooms were lovely and the bathroom was gorgeous. It was a bit tricky to find initially only because we had just arrived to Rome and had forgotten that first floor in European terms means something different than in the US. Yes, it is one floor up from the street. We would stay there again, for sure!

I stayed here during August and it was a great experience. The staff were really friendly and really helpful before we booked in and during our stay. The rooms were a nice size and up to date. The bathrooms were really nice. Everyday our rooms were cleaned which was really nice. We were given vouchers for breakfast and we were able to go around the corner to a nice place to get a simple Italian Breakfast. They weren't doing breakfast in the B and B at that time but that was fine. It's in an excellent location which means it's really easy to access everything either by walking or by metro or bus. On our last day we were able to leave our bags to collect later which was really handy as we had a late flight. I would definitely recommend staying here and next time I'm in Rome I'll stay here again.
