B&B Michelangeli

WOW!! What a fabulous way to immerse ourselves into an Italian atmosphere!!! We had an apartment and what a dream! B&B Michelangeli was our favourite accommodations in Italy out of fourteen different cities/towns in 43 days. A little tricky to find at first but off in a quiet area for a good rest at night after a full day sight-seeing. We are so thankful to have gotten to stay in this gem which made our stay in Orvieto absolutely top notch! Thank you, Francesca!

Very pleasant and comfortable accommodation, nicely decorated. Location was perfect for all that we wanted to see.Rooms were clean and had all that we needed. Location was perfect. |Francesca the owner was really kind in welcoming us and showing us the super apartment that hosted us for 2 days.

One of the most lovely places I have ever stayed!! My family and I had one unit and our friends had another one bedroom apartment. The apartments were spotlessly clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and we were cool at night, which was a big plus in the heat of June! |But best of all, Francesca was the best host EVER!! She gave us great tips for walks and places to see, reserved restaurants for us, helped us with every request like where to rent a wheelchair, etc. |We can’t wait to go back and stay at B and B Michelangeli!! It was a fabulous experience!

We had such a good night at Francesca's b&b. The room is so lovely, well located in the historical center, well furnished. The couple of owners was really really nice with us. In a trip of a week in Italia, it was definitely our best night here. Thank you so much for everything.

We really loved our stay here! They apartment was beautiful and well-appointed, in a very quiet neighborhood. Francesca could not have been more gracious and helpful and made sure we everything we needed to make our visit to Orvieto the best. And Orvieto is amazing!

Would stay again! Owner Francesca is wonderful! Her rental was authentic, tucked away from the main drag, but once you find your way in this hilltop town, you realize you're not far from anything here! We had 1 large bedroom and another room with small kitchenette, day bed, and kitchen table. + Private bath. All very clean. Francesca herself was wonderful and added to our stay! We consider her a friend (almost from the moment we met!) and she helped us in so many ways starting with meeting up to walk to her place. She was so kind and genuine to us (even helping with plans for our next city!) Would gladly return! Orvieto itself felt safe and there was a lot to explore (and eat!)--could easily stay 4+ days.

I want to start by sharing the best compliments for Apartment Owner - Francesca. Francesca is the best host, helpful (she helped us with car placing at the garage close to the place and driving in old city isn't easy), very nice, funny, flexible. Apartment where we stayed in was really nice, "boutique" style. Breakfast waits in the kitchen (there is everything what you need to have Italian morning meal). Location - the best if you want to feel Orvieto. I can recommend 2 nights stay as Orvieto has a lot to offer. Thank you Francesca for such nice experience during our trip in Umbria and Toscany!

Francesca has two lovely apartments. On this visit we stayed in one and our travel companions stayed in the other. The apartments are very clean and comfortable and located on a quiet little street that is a convenient walk to the rest of Orvieto. Francesca is very friendly and can help with recommendations for eating and things to see. Strongly endorsed!
