B&B Smeralda

BB Smerelda exceeded all our expectations! It's beautiful, clean and Luciana's Hospitality is out of this world! Her home-made breakfast spread is incredible - different pie every day, cakes, bread and eggs on offer - all in front of a fabulous view. Luciana is the most charming, generous and knowledgable hostess - offering everything from maps to home-made liquor! The pool and garden are gorgeous too. You definitely need a hire car to get round the area and nothing is walkable, but restaurants and beaches within 5-10 mins drive.

Beautiful house! And has an amazing pool where you can chill and drink wine, eat, listen to music. It was the best place the first day. The second day the host that said we can use the kitchen and everything. Starting saying no. That we couldn’t use it anymore, that it was her kitchen. We were feeling super uncomfortable. The way she said things was not the correct one. Parcking spot yes Air conditioner yes The rooms were super spacious

Molto bene! <3||We had an awesome time staying at Lucianas House. It's the perfect get-away. Near to several beautiful beaches and restaurants at the north-east cost. Room has being cleaned up every day. Breakfast was homemade and excellent. Very quiet. Amazing view. We can recommend B&B Smeralda to the fullest.

This lovely B&B is in the perfect location to explore the Emerald Coast with nearby towns and gorgeous beaches just minutes away. My room was clean with tasteful decor and nice touches; beach towels, portable cooler, sewing kit, etc. Beautiful tiled bathroom had plenty of hot water. Breakfasts were delicious with cooked to order eggs, cereals, yogurt, juices, fresh fruit, and sweet and savory baked goods from Luciana's kitchen. Luciana is the hip Italian grandmother you always wanted; sweet, generous and lots of fun. She is well connected and can hook you up with sailboat adventures and other activities. Wish I could have stayed longer.||To find the B&B: Once you're on the Faras road, keep right at the first V and go up, stay left at the 2nd V and go down and up again. You'll see a parking area on your left and the B&B on your right.

Wonderful stay for a week up in the hills above Porto Cuervo. Luciana was so helpful booking agriturismo and giving us lots of information. Great breakfasts with Sardinian recipes. Lots of books available. Stunning little pool. We loved it all.

Luciana is just the perfect host: easy going, funny, helpful. She gave us so many nice tips!||the room was very cozy, wonderfully decorated and perfectly clean.||the breakfast is a simple BLAST! we used to sit there the entire morning - the nice food and the beautiful view (as well as another really nice couple) did the trick.||highly recommended!||grazie mille Luciana!

We stayed here for 4 days at the start of October. It is not a typical B and B [ if there is such a thing] The accommodation is accessed by a staircase and the outdoor garden is up a further level. The views from the garden and the sitting area are superb. The bedroom was clean and comfortable, although we could hear what was going on in the next door room!||Luciana's hospitality was terrific with super breakfasts, all with home cooked pastries etc.||The location was great for exploring the north east of the island helped by the super weather.

We absolutely loved staying at this friendly B&B. All the positive comments by other reviewers are absolutely true. Luciana is the perfect hostess, she made us immediately feel welcome in her beautiful house and has so many helpful tips and suggestions. The breakfasts are outstanding. Grazie mille!
