B&B Sorrento Relais

We had a great stay at this B&B in Sorrento! The location was excellent, very close to both the train station and the port, which made getting around super easy. Breakfast was amazing every morning, with lots of variety, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We stayed for 5 nights and felt comfortable throughout. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit slow and lost connection at times, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!

2 weeks ago I spent here 4 nights. The biggest advantage is great location. Room was clean and breakfast was well prepared. However, I experienced an uncomfortable situation. My silver necklace (which I had left next to the TV in a hurry) "disappeared" while I was out. The staff that was cleaning claimed they did not see it. But the fact is I remember exactly where I placed it, and after cleaning it was gone.

We spent four days at this hotel and all it was a good experience. The room was clean and comfortable and within easy walking to the train station and other activities. The one downside was we were placed in a room where we couldn't open the blinds and although the manager promised at check in that he would have the matter rectified by latest the following morning, it was never fixed. The hotel provided breakfast for an additional charge and although there was quite a variety, the items were mainly cold, not a good thing with scrambled/fried eggs.

Clean hotel that is walking distance to the metro station, ferry port, and nearby restaurants. Can walk a short distance to see the ocean and watch the sunset. On a relatively quiet street. Breakfast was included as well, and there were good options to choose from as well as different types of coffee that you could order from the staff.

We stayed in this homely B&B accommodation in Sorrento for 5 nights recently...Its location was perfect, in a calm and quite area, close to everything with a 10 to 15 minutes walk...Room and twin beds were perfect...Didn't find any big problem with the attached bathroom...AC and WIFI were working perfectly...The greatest plus point of this accommodation is its breakfast, it's rather rare with other B&Bs in Italy, we stayed during our recent visits...Services were excellent, particularly from Ilaria and her mother...They were really very helpful in all matters...Strongly recommended... We will again stay here if we visit Sorrento in future...

We stayed here for two nights and we were very satisfied with eveeything, especially the location and the breakfasts. We were kindly welcomed by the manager, Pasquale, and the lady who was in charge of breakfast and cleaning was always super nice and smily. The room is not perfect but for what you pay, it totally worths it.

Staff is amazing. They really try to do their best to accommodate you. Very attentive and kind. I had a huge issue with one of my bags getting swapped and lost in the train, it was shipped to the B&B and the staff helped me throughly and attentively during the process. Breakfast was very nice, location is good and quiet. I 100% recommend staying there!

Would highly recommend, great hotel for the price. Friendly staff. Terrific location. Breakfast was tasty, rooms are clean. Can't complain!
