B&B Sorrento Relais

Staff is amazing. They really try to do their best to accommodate you. Very attentive and kind. I had a huge issue with one of my bags getting swapped and lost in the train, it was shipped to the B&B and the staff helped me throughly and attentively during the process. Breakfast was very nice, location is good and quiet. I 100% recommend staying there!

Staff are amazing! Good value and close to the Main Street but nice and quiet. There’s free scooter parking right out the front. Lots of variety for the buffet breakfast. They have everything available, iron, kettle, local map etc.

the hotel is close to the train station and bus terminal (also flix bus), but it would take 15-20 minutes to walk to the ferry to Capri.our bus ran late and it was so good that the staff was waiting for us at the door. she explained to us all about the hotel, showed us the room, and then a bit about Sorrento, where to eat, what to see, where is the best spot to see the sunset, how to get to the ferry, and etc. very friendly and helpful. breakfast is great. oh, the drinks from the front desk are cheaper than those you get from the supermarkets and shops!

Perfect place for staying in Sorrento! We were worried since it is located in the basement but for no reason. The AC was on and we didn't feel any humidity. Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and had many options. Our hosts were amazing! So hospitable, professional, yet welcomed us so warmly that we felt sad we didn't stay longer. Great location, that's also important to mention.

Location was perfect, near the train station and also near the center of the town. Short walk to the port. Rooms are basic but clean, and yes walls are thin, and you hear people walking and talking outside, but that did not bother us that much.

room is a quiet, clean, spacious, and calming place. It is very near the train station and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the room. The whole place made us feel at ease. Ilaria was very nice, easy to talk to, and very friendly when she welcomed us and she is very helpful n friendly. I would definitely come again!

We stayed at the Sorrento Relais for 5 nights in May. It is a family operated Bed and Breakfast.|The location was good. For example, it was close enough to walk to the train station. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the variety of choices available for breakfast and the pleasant service we received. Pasquale was helpful with suggestions for activities and I wish we had contacted him before we came.|We were looking for a place at a reasonable price and Sorrento Relais worked well.

Hello. I would like to report an unfair behavior of the owner of the Sorrento Relais Basement accommodation, when contacting via WhatsApp to reserve a room. I asked about the accommodation rate, and I was told another price - 50 euros a night, a rate higher than the one displayed on the website - 43 euros. When I kindly asked to clarify this aspect, I was informed that in fact the rate displayed on the website did not have a cancellation option and is valid only with payment at the time of booking. Since I wanted to pay at the time of booking, I informed the owner that I wanted to book at the lower price shown on the propriety's website, and I was advised to make the reservation directly on the website, but right at that next moment the room rate changed to 55 euros, and the owner stopped all replies on WhatsApp. I considered this situation as scamming so I did not proceed with the booking. A few days later I sent a message just to let the owner know that his attitude is not correct and that he has just lost a client, as well as the fact that he does not present any kind of trust and security for tourists wishing to book a stay at his location.
