B&B Terrazze di Montelusa

The location of the BnB is nestled in a quiet area of the older part of Agrigento. Views overlook the city and you can see to the Valley of the Temples from the terraces. Beautiful proprietor. Francesco is so generous of spirit and charming. This BnB is eloquently decorated - a tribute really to his mother and grandmother. Truly a gifted host. There are many stairs as many other reviews state however with a light bag it is not an issue. Breakfast is a delightful variety - even the pickiest of eater will find something lovely to experience. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Francesco’s warm welcome, assistance with parking, taxi to Valley of the Temples, restaurant reservations, elevated our experience. Our hosts passion for the palazzo and collections were generously shared. Francesco helped make our stay at the beautifully appointed B&B Terrazze di Montelusa one of our best in Sicily!

We booked the junior suite and the room was big and very comfortable. The bathroom had a good size too and the AC worked as a dream! |Moreover the owner Francesco is a very helpful fabulous and friendly person that you can only look forward to meet! This is a family house run by Francesco Foti who is charm itself and thinks of every detail. The apartment with the B&B rooms is full of fascinating, original paintings and antiques, which gives it a rarefied and luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and extremely well furnished, with great bathrooms. My room was very quiet. Breakfast is on one of the terraces, surrounded by gorgeous plants, and looking out over the valley of the temples and the sea beyond. The breakfast buffet was enormous and they also went to the trouble of making scrambled eggs for a friend who doesn’t eat sweet pastries. I was sad to leave after one night and felt I could have stayed for a very long time. Thank you for a special stay Francesco!

We were thrilled with everything during our stay, from the comfort, the furnishings, the views from the breakfast terrace, and particularly the attention and friendliness of our host, Francesco. He made us feel special.

Simply the best b&b i found in my life. Outstanding decor, very central position and the owner is super helpful and nice. The room was nice, big, and very clean, with all amenities. The rooftop terrace with view on the Greek temples alone justifies the trip to Agrigento. The buffet breakfast with local products was the cherry in the cake.

BEST PLACE IN SICILY!!! ONCE IN A LIFETIME TRADITIONAL BED&BREAKFAST EXPERIENCE. Gorgeous beyond words….. step inside a historical time capsule where owner Francesco, who excels at hospitality and class, has collected artwork and pieces over generations. This PERFECTLY located and incredibly comfortable (beds are perfect and it’s dead silent at nighttime so you can sleep with open windows) is just so special. I stayed for two nights with my mother and cannot wait to return and recommend this very special and unique, historic palazzo to friends. The THREE sunny terraces with lounge chairs, shade and beautiful plants are reason enough to stay here. I look forward to coming back. Lovely breakfast. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. This might be the best B&B I've ever stayed at - Francesco is an incredibly kind and attentive host who truly cares for his guests. If you want to visit Agrigento, this is your place to be

If every B&B was like this I'd never stay in a hotel again. The owner Francesco is very welcoming and provides lots of knowledge about the area. Breakfast is fresh and lots to choose from, cappuccino was delicious! The rooms are very beautiful and clean, fresh towels etc provided. I really don't have a bad thing to say about this B&B and I'm not that easily impressed! Will stay here again the next time I visit Agrigento
