Banded Peak Base Camp is known for its BBQ and easy access from the gondola, Glacier Express, and Juniper Express chairlifts, making it an easy choice for a midday rendezvous. "In the spring (sometimes as early as February), the Banded Peak Base Camp patio is my favourite place to enjoy the sun while watching people cruising down the mountain," Hamilton said. Absolutely blew our belly’s, the food was excellent the turkey sandwich and brisket burger were to die for and the portions of them… WOW yum. Ross W was our service host and he was knowledgeable and entertaining (we had our one year old) all around awesome a must if you are at Lake Louise ski fields

The most flavourful and filling salad on earth. Comes with a drizzle of honey over the quinoa. So flavourful I couldn't stop eating it. Glory bowls are the best thing to happen to dining. Move over boring salads.

Great to sit and have lunch here with the mountains surrounding you. They also serve alcoholic beverages. Which was quite tasty. There was indoor and outdoor seating with umbrellas and heater for the winter time.

An excellent place to stop in for a beer after a hike. The views are amazing and they have happy hour from 2-5pm when we were there and live music some days. The beer is excellent. We were going to ride the Gondola up and have a drink but staff in the lodge said this was a better option and turned out it was!

Staff were awesome and they make a delicious pulled pork! I'll have to try the Cubano next time. The chips were a little overseasoned though, but still pretty tasty.

Came here for the Peak to Pint in a group ride from Banff and filled up the patio. The brisket sandwich was super awesome. The swag given out was cool too.

We had a tasty albeit expensive lunch. Not much for a vegetarian who doesn't like fake meat but meat lovers should enjoy. Turkey Cuban was very good. Generous portion of meat. Brisket sandwich had very good smoky flavor and spicy. Pulled pork was very good sweet bbq flavor with plenty of meat. The vegetarian had grilled corn and it was tasty if not filling. (Note: it is on the cob) Would recommend.

It is no wonder this restaurant is relatively empty given the vast numbers of tourists flowing through. The food here is wretched and over priced. I had a plate of ribs. The ribs were half fat and tasted and looked as though they were picked up off some carcass found in the hot prairie sun. Along with that was a half plate of over-spiced croutons with a few greens. My friend ordered a "Beyond Burger" for $19 which was completely misleading because it was just a 4" burger and nothing else. Somebody there needs to come in and step it up a notch. Just because you'll probably never see these people again is no reason to rip them off.
