This place is an absolute joke. We paid $200, and although the safari did not take place due to a government ban (not the hotel’s fault), this was never properly explained or handled. The rooms are old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Instead of fixing the bathroom faucets, they literally put buckets under them to “save water” — that’s not eco-friendly, it’s ridiculous and embarrassing.
On top of that, the listing advertised a hair dryer, which of course was nowhere to be found, and a TV that obviously did not exist either. We had lunch already paid for, which we never even ate, yet they still had the audacity to charge us for bottled water instead.
Completely shameless. This hotel should be avoided at all costs. Do not stay here. I do NOT recommend it.
