Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel & Conference Centre

Great hotel, with friendly, helpful staff. To be totally honest the rooms are a little "tired", however they are huge & very clean, one of the reasons we returned & requested the same room. Special mention to some of the concierge team, Main man Robin, ably assisted by Joey (from Leicester) and Duncan, good friendly & helpful lads. Robin always has time for a smile & a chat. A big thank you to the lady who tided our room, but we missed her on the last day, & didn't get her name, but she was from Ukraine!! Buffet Breakfast in Crave was very nice, with an awesome choice, & always staff on hand to top up your coffee!!. The hot tub & pool experience at the end of each day, was refreshing, & helped stave off the muscle aches after a hard days skiing.||Great central location in Banff, easy access to all Banff has to offer. We will return again!!

4 of us stayed at the Banff Park Lodge on a weekend ski trip. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. With 4 people having extra ski gear and apparel, we were able to stow our stuff away and still have plenty of room to move around. The staff are friendly and helpful in all areas of the hotel.||The pool is a good size (you can't do laps of course but enough to have fun with the kids) and well maintained with a separate hot tub and separate Jacuzzi. The food is very good in the restaurant as well. ||We very much enjoyed our weekend there.

The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It had everything we needed. The location to downtown couldn't have been better. We used the lounge and the pool area and they were both great. Our room had newly been decorated, the decor was very nice. The lobby bar was a relaxing place to have a drink when we got back to the hotel. Breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold foods. All in all, we will be staying at this hotel on our next visit to Banff.

I cannot say enough about this hotel, and I haven't even stayed there yet! Their level of customer service and care is so evident even in the booking process. I stay in hotels regularly and this far exceeded my expectations. They are courteous and prompt in their replies and made my booking for a teaching conference a breeze for myself and colleagues. I look forward to staying here, and have heard incredible reviews from others I know who have stayed here and keep coming back every year. We had a great time,||Really enjoyed our room with the jacuzzi tub. We had a really nice view. The staff was really great. One of the staff came exactly at check out to get us out of the room, which was odd (I work at a hotel as well and we usually have a grace period of a couple minutes so people have time to come down). One of our towels was dirty, but the rest of the room was very clean. The bartenders were super great as well.

Stayed here for one night during the first week of January. Enjoyed the nice and welcoming Christmas décor in the lobby and all throughout the lodge. Paid extra for underground parking and it was worth it as it was very cold the night we were there. Booked the deluxe Jacuzzi room and the room was clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi was also clean and worked without any issues. The 2-person walk-in shower and double vanity was very convenient. Pool and sauna was also at this lodge and was very well maintained. Workout/fitness room was a bit small but we spent most of our time in the pool & sauna anyways. Breakfast was not included but a breakfast buffet was available for a fee conveniently upstairs on the second floor of the lodge at the Crave Mountain Grill.

The hotel is excellent with good facilities and proximity to the town center. The ski bus stop located next to the hotel is very convenient, and everything is nicely organized. The staff are incredibly helpful, and the swimming pool, especially the super hot jacuzzi, is very pleasant after a day of skiing.

This hotel is very well located, but people making reservations should be aware that the hotel is extremely kid friendly. It’s very possible that during your stay a group with dozens of children (in my case a school sports team or club with 30 children) will check in and effectively take over the amenities spaces, including the hot tub, until they check out. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities have no rules restricting how many children can be present, how loud they may be, or their conduct. There are no amenity quiet hours.
