Banff Park Lodge Resort Hotel & Conference Centre

Came here for a week with my husband for vacation and sightseeing. The rooms are extremely clean and well maintained. We had a Jacuzzi Deluxe room and really enjoyed it. We had no issues, staff were very friendly and eager to give suggestions. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place for a decent price.

I stayed there recently for 10 nights. The location is perfect: a short walk to the shops, just across the street from the ski shuttles stop. The room (in a renovated wing) was spacious, clean and equipped with recent amenities. Pool, hot pool and steam room were great additions. I had a wonderful stay, thanks!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone but especially for anyone with small kids. It’s away from the craziness of Banff Ave, and other noisy areas of town but super close (5 min or less walk with kids) to the amazing restaurants and shops on Lynx and Cariboo St.|Some areas of the hotel were under construction when we were there but we hardly noticed- it was still very clean and quiet. The staff and atmosphere of the place were wonderful. Crave restaurant was VERY good for breakfast and we really appreciated the pool area. There were two hotter soaking pools, and a bigger cool pool that the kids could actually jump and splash around in.|The rooms were modern, quiet and clean. Ours had two Queen beds which were quite comfortable. The kids loved exploring the long hallways of this hotel and it was nice to be able to do that without going outside when they needed to burn off some steam.||All in all it was a great place to stay and the value was great too!

I have now replaced my 2 star review, renovations are complete and everything is on point. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, hotel staff are very pleasant, the concierge service is also spot on. Highly recommend staying here, the ski bus stops right out front. We had an excellent trip

I was staying here for a conference / ski clinic for 5 nights and the room was perfect. I had a king bed room that fit everything I needed, was very up to date and well kept with an insane view. For the conference the staff put up signs and made it super easy to find where to go. Speaking of service, while I was skiing each day I would come back to a neatly made bed, new face clothes and towels making it really nice to relax after a day of training. The pool was also in great shape and was an amazing amenity to rest and recharge. In terms of location it’s great, super close to parks and trails as well as down town. But the highlight for me was the bus stop going to Lake Louise and Sunshine Ski Resort each morning and how easy it was to get to the mountains. Really made my day easy. Totally recommend to anyone coming out looking for a nice place to stay while skiing, for me it did the job perfectly.

Rooms were great. Pool was great. It was quiet during the night. Super close to main street. If you are trying to get room service make sure you order early, I tried to order at 10:15am but I wasn’t able to because they closed at 11:00am which was strange to me. Most of the reception were awesome but we had to do a cash deposit and the receptionist said we could go on a 5 minute walk to find the ATM, which we did and all was fine, a night later we noticed there was an ATM in the hotel just beside the reception desk. My partner told the receptionist very kindly that for the future guests there is a ATM in the hotel, the receptionist just giggled at us and said cool. Additionally the thermostat did not work properly, causing our room to be extremely hot. I did call the front desk about it but it did not help.

The Banff park lodge is a perfect choice for your family, couples, or solo mountain getaway. Get ready to be welcomed by extremely warm and attentive staff and enjoy every possible amenity at your feet (e.g., concierge, ski/board storage, parking, restaurants, 2 hot tubs, pool, weight rack, steam room, laundry, etc). You will be taken care of with care and a smile while enjoying clean a clean room each day. You will not be disappointed by the location either- being right across from the bus shuttle (ski/board) makes for easy morning access to the mountains + you are two blocks from Banff ave for an evening stroll through town (dinner/shopping). I have stayed here for several years and would recommend to anyone looking for a complete mountain chalet experience.

Great location with the town malls just across and other attractions are walking distance. The room was spacious with two King beds and a balcony. The only thing was that the carpet has a stain and the coffee took so long to make (more than 20 minutes). The staff were helpful. The pool and steam room were not hot enough for me to beat the snowy weather outside. Parking is available at the basement for a fee. Park early because when we arrived around 2am it was full (that was on a Thanksgiving weekend). Small gym with free shuttle to the Gondola.
