We opted for the half-day session, since our stay in Chiang Mai was limited to just a few days. Nevertheless, it was an amazing experience. We began with warm-up stretches, followed by running laps and engaging in a fun football match. Subsequently, our trainer taught us the correct stance and how to incorporate the basic movements (punches, elbows, knees and kicks). We each had some turns to spar while the trainer provided real-time corrections to our techniques. I think the sparring session lasted around an hour, though it's hard to say exactly given the intensity and my lack of prior experience. It was very exhausting and as i monitored my heart rate, I saw it peaked at 90% of my maximum rate. All things considered, I'd definitely recommend this.
