I absolutely do not recommend this place. Do not book here! I booked two nights at this hotel through Booking.com and my reservation was confirmed. When I arrived at the hotel, the staff told me that the hotel was closed and my reservation could not be honored. The least they could have done was to inform me in advance — there were three days between my booking and my arrival. I received no message or warning at all. They offered no alternative solution and simply told me to find another hotel on my own. To get a refund, I have to go through Booking.com — no immediate refund was possible on site.

I booked this hotel directly through their website for 9–13 September 2025 and paid in advance. When I arrived with my elderly mother on 9 September, I was shocked to find the hotel completely closed since 8 September. I never received any communication, warning, or cancellation notice. The hotel still accepted my booking and payment knowing they were shutting down. Looks This is outright fraud. To make things worse, the staff at the door was extremely rude and unhelpful, showing no concern for the fact that I was stranded with my mother. I was forced to urgently find another hotel at additional cost and stress. Zero accountability. there is no information about refund and other compensations . Terrible staffs and management . This hotel cheated me, treated me badly, and caused huge inconvenience after 6 hours of travel . What if I don’t have enough money to book new hotel or no place to stay !! If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — stay away from this place! Booking number : 4905098

DO NIT BOOK THIS PLACE! I didn't really want to rate this place 1 star. Unfortunately, it was like a situation that I wish no one would experience. We arrived on September 15th around midnight - 1am) and are hoping to check in (check-in counter is open 24 hrs. as per the reservation details) and are very excited about this place plus I was extremely exhausted from a 23 hrs. long flight. In front of the hotel was so dark and didn't have any light and no signs..We thought we went to the wrong place. I spotted 2 people who I assumed to be security guards sitting in the dark in front of the door.. I showed them my booking for 4 days 3 nights with a prepaid amount.. One of them said..ohh! this place is not open for anyone to stay in, it is temporarily closed and under renovation..l was shocked and asked when the renovation happened.. They said a week ago, I booked this place a month before my arrival date and there was no one ever contacted me to let me know about this situation or to prepare me to book a new place to stay, I was so disappointed, exhausted, and at that time almost 2 am. it was very difficult to find a new place to stay for 4 of us. I was actually luckier than most travelers who booked this place since I am a Thai citizen traveling back home, I felt bad for those who can’t communicate well in Thai and had to find a place to stay at late night with many luggages and small kids.. The management of this property needs to make up on those who faced this terrible situation.

As others have said before me . I showed up at the hotel at 1pm only to find it closed . Just a guy standing by the front door saying it was closed for renovations and no refund. I booked 2 -3 months in advance there is no excuse not to notify your customers ahead of time I was able to get a refund through Agoda. But I had to sit in a restaurant and try to find a hotel close by .

I don’t usually make reviews but this hotel service is so bad that I had to. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Made a reservation at this hotel through Agoda which was pre-paid and when arriving to the hotel to check in, the front desk says their hotel is closing down because of bankruptcy, even though they were existing guests at the hotel and were allowing others to check in. We asked why is the hotel accepting bookings if they are closing down and the front desk refused to give us a straight answer and the front desk receptionist also replied to us rudely and clearly needs an attitude readjustment. So we contacted Agoda and Agoda contacted to the hotel to which the hotel said they could not allow us to check in because their hotel is fully booked. So not only did they discriminate and not allow us to check in but they lied to us about the reason for not letting us to check in. Not to mention they came up with the craziest lie and take no accountability for their actions. Long story short - save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE. Very rude staff who came up with the craziest lies to not allow us to check in and take no responsibility or accountability. Kept us waiting at the hotel without giving us a straight answer too. The staff really need to retake their hospitality courses. The hotel also has a lingering rotting drainage smell which could be due to a sewage problem. Won’t be surprised if they actually did close down due to their terrible service.

When I checked in, the two ladies at the reception noticed that I was sweating profusely and offered me lychee juice very considerately. I drank two glasses, both free of charge. The location of the hotel is very good. Although the internal facilities are a bit old, it does not affect my desire to stay here next time.

Well, i booked this hotel last month to stay on Sep 16-17. And yet surprisingly found out that hotel is temporarily closed down. No information in-advance at all and no email as well. And the worst part are we arrived early morning (5am) to get ready for seminar near by hotel. It was raining when we arrived... Have to go through call center of Booking.com, since hotel staff dont pick up the phone at that time. 😒 Terrible experience of all time. Booking.com help us out, but we still have to find new hotel to stay on that day. The price of hotel around this area are phenomenal increasing!!!! Anyway, worst solution from hotel ever! P.s. 6 days ago (which should be Sep 15th) hotel sent me message via email!!! Notice infront of hotel attached on Sep 8th onward. Poor communication everrrrrr, not sure I can get compesate either.
