Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse

I spent a full day in meetings at the Marriott Bangkok, and the experience was excellent. The service exceeded expectations, and despite the hotel being busy, it remained quiet and comfortable. The lounge area in the lobby was particularly impressive, offering a clean and well-maintained space. Enjoying coffee in the lobby’s seating area was a pleasant and relaxing experience.

We stayed here over night on our way back from Phuket one night while waiting for our flight back home. This was the perfect hotel for us. An awesome property to relax by the pool or use the spa after a long S.E Asia trip. There is a lot of food in walking distance of the property. The staff was exceptional and the property was beautiful. The rooms and bathrooms our nicely done. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Marriott for an awesome Stay.

I love this Marriott! The hotel itself is so beautiful. The rooms are well designed and spacious compared to other Marriotts. The rooftop bar and pool area are gorgeous. All the staff are kind, hospitable and exceptionally professional. Highly recommend for your stay in Bangkok :)

beautiful hotel and with such an amazing staff, i loved my stay here. the hotel gives luxury vibes, packed full of everything you need from restaurants to fit any palette, a spa, beautiful infinity pool, to a gorgeous and exclusive rooftop bar to take in all the sights of the buildings. i will absolutely be staying here on my next trip to Bangkok. Dream, Sky and Max were amazing and so friendly and welcoming.

The hotel is in a good location. There is a shuttle service from the hotel to the metro line free of charge every 30 minutes. The rooms are well appointed, with all necessary amenities. They are also well insulated - or at least we never heard any noise whatsoever coming from anywhere (and I am very noise sensitive). I wish I had the same shower pressure at home :) … There is a wonderful infinity pool with great views. It is attended and well cared for by the staff! Unfortunately there is no sauna or jacuzzi which would have made it even more perfect, especially the jacuzzi next to the infinity pool would be great. I had a massage at the spa. It was very professional and well done, a bit more expensive than outside, but the service is also much better and no nonsense! The hotel has a good and well-appointed gym. Again a sauna or steam room would be a great addition. The best part of the hotel is probably the staff. They are considerate, helpful and friendly! They are a great asset and try to make guests feel welcome and well attended to. Any issues are immediately resolved. One cannot praise the staff highly enough who really endeavour to make one feel good and are willing to go the extra mile!

Beautiful hotel, the pool is amazing! They have a shuttle to the nearest BTS station but it’s also only a 20 min walk which is nice. You can explore the local area really well that way. Staff were friendly and helpful. The smoothies are delicious. Would stay here again.

Really good hotel near the river. The room was very spacious and clean, the view was nice. It is near the river, so it is easy to go to Iconsiam. We had breakfast at the lounge and it was pretty good. We also watched the fireworks from the lounge. The swimming pool has a nice view.

This hotel is a perfect choice for accommodation! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, elegantly decorated, making you feel at home. The staff is warm and attentive, with a diverse and delicious dining selection. Its convenient location makes exploring nearby attractions a breeze. Highly recommended!
