Bangkok Saran Poshtel

This place is really great for the price. I was in a private single room with shared bathroom and it was 20$ a night. Breakfast included. In a quite corner. But after a 10min walk you will find yourself at the busy / noisy side of the area. Kaosan road is about a 15 min walk.

Bangkok Saran Poshtel is great value for money. I usually avoid places with shared bathrooms, but here it was clean, well-maintained, and never an issue. The single room was comfortable and private, and the staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The only drawback is that it’s a bit far from the subway, but it’s in a quiet, charming neighborhood that makes up for the distance. Stayed here two times, recent stay was for 11 days waiting for my work visa to process!

The best place where to stay in Bangkok. I was in a single room with shared bathroom. Both room and bathroom were very clean. I like the location as well and I live Samsen! Staff super kind and nice. See you in two weeks!

Very nice hotel, the staff is helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is very good especially the vegetable spring rolls. There is a lift, the room was super clean, well equipped and luminous. There is no subway around but it not far from the different places by taxi.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Amazing and friendly staff. Great breakfast with many options. Quiet neighborhood close to Khao San Road and water taxi. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed 4 nights in Bangkok Saran Poshtel ，room is clean and comfortable ，staff very friendly ，breakfast is teasy ，free bottle water in hot weather very nice. appreciate for everything.

This has been an good hotel for my 4 nights here. The room was basic but comfortable at a great price located in a good location close to the river and Khao San Road. The staff are very friendly and I like that breakfast is included as well as unlimited tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled chilled water as well as cheap soft drinks from the fridge as well as beer. The hotel is modern and A/C in the room worked great. I would happily stay here again. Things to note however are that the walls are thin so you can hear a lot at night and the free breakfast could be expanded perhaps to include cereals for example. The shower cubicle in the double rooms are integrated so this results in the toilet getting wet but this could be improved with a physical door or curtain covering the full length.

A great hostel/hotel with super friendly staff, clean rooms, and a nice free breakfast. The staff is always upbeat and smiling, and they have a big lobby area downstairs with plenty of seats. The single rooms are small (reflected in the budget price), but comfortable nonetheless. Bathrooms are spotless. It's located in a quiet area, but still at a walking distance to Khao San street and a few small night market streets.
