Salina became my go-to necklace for any occasion. I wear it with sweatpants for a grocery run, with a shirt in formal settings, under a turtleneck sweater like a secret... It lifts up my mood on bad days, it makes me feel pretty and powerful, and I love how the gems and pearls catch the light. I can see myself still wearing it when I'll be 80 years old. It was delivered to me in Berlin in a very cute package, so international shipping seems to work pretty well! I also got a weird word necklace that is a very good conversation starter.

They sell at a premium price point, but their customer service is awful. Last time it took 2 months and lots of emails from me to get a refund they promised ( item shipped back never worn). And now i asked for an extension for a necklace the way they instructed( by sending an email just after placing the order) and they tell me they sent it rightaway. They don’t make the experience worth the price point, even if you like their designs.

J’ai pris le temps avant de poster cet avis, pour m’assurer de la qualité du bijou. Le résultat : une catastrophe totale. J’ai pris grand soin de mon collier « lettres » eu pour Noël. Rangé dans un pochon, à l’abri des autres bijoux, non porté dans l’eau évidemment…etc. Le résultat ? Le collier rouille tout simplement. 260 euros pour un collier qui est dans le même état qu’un bijou de chez « Claire ‘s » acheté quelques euros. J’ai pourtant demandé à la créatrice si c’était de bonne qualité, et elle m’avait assuré que oui (me prenant tout de même de haut). À 260 euros on peut s’offrir un bijou de bonne qualité chez Tiffany ou chez Hermes. C’est vraiment du gâchis.
