Stucked at Basement B2 car park for over 3:10 hours on Saturday.
During the first hour, drivers had to help each other just to get out of the car park.
When the management team arrived, for the first 30 minutes there seemed to be no clear understanding of the issue or proper coordination to manage the traffic flow and ensure cars could exit smoothly.
To be fair, one of the lady managers tried very hard to assist and help resolve the situation.
However, as the mall has been operating for more than a year, this type of situation should have been anticipated and managed much better. Proper planning, clearer procedures, and faster coordination would have helped prevent such a long delay and inconvenience to visitors. I will avoid parking here on weekends moving forward, as the situation caused significant frustration and wasted time. I hope improvements can be made to prevent similar incidents in the future.
