The food is awesome, super tasty and the quantity is very good. The Vermicelli with chicken and vegetarian spring roll is delicious... Obviously the Pho variety is really good and yummy. I love it!

Authentic Vietnamese cuisine at this family-run business. This is my neighbourhood go-to for take-out and it never disappoints. The broth is rich and delicious.

Authentic Vietnamese Restaurant!! The quality of food is good & the price is affordable. I love the “Bánh cuốn “ fresh make daily and have more choices of meat or veggies inside 👍! The menu is showing plenty of choices. We ordered different types of dishes and they turned out to be very good overall. I believed it is family run business. The staff is very nice & friendly!! Give yourself a try if you’re Asian food lover 😆❤️!

My family and I used to go here all the time, they have new owners now but they’ve kept the delicious flavours and authenticity alive. The Banh Cuon Dac Biet with the fried shrimp cupcake is so good, made so fresh. The Bun Mang Viet (bamboo and duck soup) is incredible. The sauce it comes with to dip the duck is full of flavour. One of my fave viet spots in Toronto.

A hidden gem!!! First restaurant that I’ve found in Toronto that specialized in banh cuon! Such a pleasant surprise when I also saw they had freshly pressed sugar cane juice too!! Their food is absolutely delicious, I loved the banh cuon, I wish I had ordered multiple plates but instead we opted for a bowl of bun mam and bun bo hue. I think this place specializes in Hue region food! The bun bo hue was amazing but I’d skip on the bun mam. Honestly I would come back just for the sugar cane juice! Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for Vietnamese noms!

Ordering catering for party on New Year’s, the owner made a huge portion of Vietnamese fried chicken with fish sauce for me. With an excellent experience when trying the fried chicken, I loved the bold flavour of the sauce and the meat it blends. On top of that, garlic flakes which combined and brought the dish to another level. I also had a chance to order a tray of ‘Banh cuon’ which freshly made in less than an hour before the time I picked up, got tastes amazingly with fish sauce and side dishes included. Highly recommended for anyone who want to try this hidden gem surrounding the Junxtion area

I really wanted to like this place after the new ownership, but my favourite dish (duck bamboo noodle soup) fell rather flat. The duck was a bit tough, but the noodles were unacceptable. One order had really undercooked noodles and another had overcooked mushy noodles. The broth itself is still pretty good. Edit: I wasn't going to update to address their lies, but this popped up again from Google and I noticed that the owner thinks they're so clever by clapping back at negative reviews. It comes off as extremely petty and childish. They need to learn how proper businesses deal with negative reviews. As for my experience, we definitely did NOT eat everything, not even close. We ordered more than we could eat in order to try different things. Are you going to "check your CCTV" and double down on your lie? I have hundreds of reviews, with the vast majority being positive and gain nothing from lying.

Came here for the banh cuon. It was good. Portions are definitely smaller than what I expected but you get a little bit of everything which is nice. I have to try the pho here next time! Sugar cane juice was pretty good too.

Yelp
Banh Cuon To Thanh is a mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant located on St Clair. As you walk in, there's a bunch of chairs and tables set up where you can seat yourself. The menu is quite expansive, you can find everything you'd expect at the typical Vietnamese restaurant. We got the Banh Cuon dac Biet, Bun Bo Hue, Pho Dac Biet and the condensed milk coffee. The Banh Cuon was good however wasn't as good as the ones in Vietnam. The fish sauce was kinda mid and I thought it needed to be a little stronger. The Pho and Bun Bo Hue you can skip as it's not anything special. The service is pretty relaxed, and it was nice being able to see into the kitchen. If you're craving Banh Cuon definitely give this place a try. 2.6/5

Yelp
I'm finding it harder and harder to find authentic Vietnamese Banh Cuon/Uot in the city, so I am very grateful this place still stands. Their dishes are very flavourful and is a great value for $10. The service is very fast and friendly. The atmosphere definitely gives you that nostalgic feeling when you enter. I've heard their catering is also incredible and will consider in the future!

Yelp
Fresh banh cuon. Portion size could be a bit larger but overall tasty. Family restaurant and love to support them!

Yelp
Decor is austere. No music. Food is just ok. Slightly over priced. Pho soup is different from other places. More lemongrass I think ? Could not put my finger on it. Probably won't be back.

Yelp
Nice find on St Clair West for authentic Vietnamese cuisine! Came looking for banh cuon and there are a few that comes up in this area. Glad we tried this place. Take out only during covid. Restaurant is open concept and you can see into the large kitchen in the back. Clean and tidy interior. We called ahead and order was ready on arrival 20 minutes later. Tried the Banh Cuon Dac Biet, spring roll, salad roll, spicy beef pho and rice platter with grilled chicken, pork chop, shredded pork, egg cake and egg. Didn't try the pho but the spicy beef noodle soup was flavourful and spicy broth was just right. It is packed well for takeout. Salad roll was nicely done. Spring roll all filling no filler. Banh cuon was the star of the show. They are wrapped on a roll not flat and filled with pork and wood ear. Nice accompaniments with Vietnamese ham, and fermented sausage. Delicious and spot on! Rice platter was a good size, grilled chicken and pork flavourful. Good place on this area if you're craving Banh Cuon and authentic dishes.

Yelp
GREAT...authentic, perfectly prepared. Bánh cuồn, very tasty!, Bún bố Huề, wonderful, hot, with all of the expected flavours, and trimmings. Bravo...well done. If you like REAL Vietnamese food, prepared by Viet people....check out this place. Oh...service friendly, fast, EXCELLENT. PH
