I used to go to the downtown location all the time and haven't been in years so I was really excited to try a different location! My go-to is always the Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi but I decided to give the Crispy Squid Banh Mi a try and it was good but I still prefer the Lemongrass Tofu one! My partner really enjoyed the Grilled Chicken Banh Mi and Chicken Bao. The prices are still pretty good and the portions are great. The service is very quick too, which is great for a quick lunch break. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend trying the Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi!

Banh Mi Boys is such a great spot for Vietnamese food. It was actually where I tried a banh mi for the first time, and it completely changed how I think about Vietnamese flavors. The fillings are fresh, intense, and full of flavor while still feeling simple and balanced. It’s the kind of food that surprises you with how perfectly everything comes together, with the crunchy bread, fresh herbs, and that mix of savory and tangy that just works. The place itself is small and casual. You order at the counter and find a seat, so it’s more of a quick bite kind of place. The staff is always kind, helpful, and happy to explain the options. The service is quick, and everything feels well prepared and fresh. The prices are very fair, especially considering how good the food is. It’s the kind of spot that leaves you satisfied every time. I really love Banh Mi Boys and always look forward to going back.

Love their grilled chicken Bahmi! Their bread is way better than what you get at Subway. Service is quick and the graffiti on the ceiling sets the mood for a good time.

Placed a to go order in person during the lunch rush. I got the lemongrass tofu sandwich within 5 minutes of ordering. It was tasty and filling, staff were efficient and kind.

Went here for the first time based on people recommending it and I was very satisfied. Prices are fair for the portion sizes you get, quick service and overall good fresh food. We got the Pork & Beef sandwiches with the kimchi fries. The fries took me by surprise, was not expecting them that good but I enjoyed it a lot. Would definitely come back to try other options on the menu!

Five spice pork belly banh mi is delish. Atmosphere is a bit dark & dungeony.

I had the Fried Chicken Steamed Bao and Five Spice Pork Belly Steamed Bao. Both had amazing flavour, and the toppings were piled on which was great. The Pork Belly was a touch dry, but very tasty. I do wish the piece of Fried Chicken was bigger, but only because it was so delicious! I also ordered the Sweet Potato Fries, which were perfection. Flavourful and crispy with the right amount of salt, and a great portion size for a small. The food is a tad pricey, but everything tasted great overall. I will likely try one of their other downtown locations!

The chef creates unique food through good flavor and seasoning. They make a nice standard bao bun with a unique cook and also uniquely delightful slight sweet bread taste. The five spice pork belly has great flavor and the fried chicken is yummy with their good sauce. I appreciate both small sandwiches are filled with vegetable. I wish for two fried chicken bao buns, a different nice and healthy side option not fried like a cucumber seasoned salad, and a healthy drink option. Also, I wish to find more fresh bao buns and other wonderful five spice option. 🐥 🥕 🥒 🌿
