I heard about this place a while ago and finally was able to try it today. I ordered the Pork Belly Bahn Mi and the Kalbi Beef Bao. The Pork Belly overall was good. I wouldn’t call it great but it was good. I found the meat a bit too salty. The Kalbi Beef Bao was also good. I wasn’t a fan of the Kimchi-Beef combination but the meat itself was great.

Google
A word of warning, you'll miss the door to this place even if you're looking for it! But once you find it, you'll be happy you found a cheap, high-quality sandwich shop in the heart of tourist-ville Toronto. Steps from Yonge Dundas Square (or whatever it's called this week), the ingredients are high quality, sub was soft, meats were juicy and tasty, and the veg was crunchy and fresh. I had the cabbage salad and the original Banh Mi, and I couldn't fault it. The only thing I could even consider that was less than perfect was it was quiet when I visited. Some may say that's a bonus, but I think the place would be a fun place to eat when it's busy. Psst: secret note for anyone who's read all the way down this review, there's an amazing cookie shop built in so you can get your savory and sweet in this one-stop shop!

Google
Not so sure as well what the hype is about. The ratings are very high and I was pretty disappointed with the taste and prep of this classic sandwich. Bread is too dry and flakey. Close to stale I'm sorry. I’m just being honest. Carrots were not pickled enough, prep is wrong. It's overly sweet for some reason. On the positive note, the dill and cilantro are fresh. Would we come back. No... However, service is positive and restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly.

I visited this location last Saturday and had a great experience. The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service was really good—friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant was also clean and quiet. Would definitely recommend and visit again!

Google
I’ve eaten here since they first opened years ago. I think right now the pricing is fair given inflation etc but the sandwiches have definitely shrunk. They do taste pretty good but they need to be less stingy on the non protein ingredients. Traditional banh mi for $5 in Chinatown has more carrots and cilantro etc. wouldn’t cost much. I shouldn’t have to open the bread to see there’s actually fillings inside, and this is a VERY small thin bread they use to cut down. Overall they compete on pricing over quality imo. Can see why this place is so popular among the students down the street.

Enjoyed the food a lot. Good flavour and portion sizes. Prices were not terribly at all for the food you’re getting. Enjoyed the experience. Will be back to try more!

Google
Haven't been in awhile and happy to report Banh Mi Boys (or as I call it, Bao Mi Boys because I prefer their baos to banh mi) is still good. Stopped by for lunch and got the bao combo which was 2 baos, fries and a drink. For the baos, I got the fried chicken and pork belly. Fried chicken was nicely crisped and juicy, pork belly was a bit too fatty and not meaty enough for me. The bao itself was as good as I remembered: fluffy yet dense, sweet yet bready, though got a bit mushy with the sauce. This location is on the second floor and has ample seating space. Automated order and payment at the counter. The kitchen is pretty quick with the service. Overall, an affordable tasty meal or snack.

Google
easily 1 of my goto takeout spots for a yummy and filling bite!! 😋 i love how they use fresh ingredients, have creative takes on banh mi with fusion ingredients, and are so reasonably priced!!

Yelp
I love coming here for the bao sandwiches. I usually go for the fried chicken, beef or the pork belly. My personal favourite is the fried chicken. The meats are all seasoned well and the veggies add a fresh flavour in the sandwiches. The bao itself is nice and soft as well. This time I tried the bao combo which starts at $14.25 and came with two baos of choice (some are extra price), a side of choice, and a drink. Also tried the club bao which is a secret menu item that includes the pork belly added to the fried chicken bao - it was however extra price. Its was a little heavy but had good flavours. I used their new self serve kiosk to order and it was very easy to use and order. They also take orders themselves at the cash though. It's a little dark in the restaurant but there are a good amount of tables to sit at. Usually I take them to go however it's great to eat there because you can eat the food when it's still hot and fresh.

Yelp
It's hard to find a Vietnamese place which has vegan Banh Mi and this place offers one vegan and a vegetarian option and they get a star for providing that option. The individuals on the counter are quite helpful and knowledgeable for the options and were quick to tell us what is vegan and what is not. Good job. The order came in quickly. The upstairs in quite clean and neat. The place is not accessible as one has to climb up a floor. The entry to the place is quite small and almost discreet. We missed it in our way and had to turn back. The sandwich is good for vegans. The bread and tofu are the star and wish the tofu had still a lot more flavour to it. The family loved the Bao buns. The fries were really good as well. I assumed the sandwich would be reasonably priced but this is like a meal and not filling for me.

Yelp
Haven't been to Banh Mi Boys since pre-covid and completely missed this spot. I had walked over to their old location and didn't realize they had moved to Yonge and Dundas. This location is above the Five Guys and is on the second floor. Not accessible as you need to walk up the flight of stairs. It was not busy for a Saturday afternoon and we placed our order on the self checkout screen. We tried the kimchi fries and substituted with sweet potato fries for an additional charge. Some seats were dirty with crumbs of food. We managed to find a clean table though. Unfortunately have to leave one star off for cleanliness... As for the kimchi fries, it was loaded with kimchi, meat and sauce along with a generous portion of crispy sweet potato fries. It was as good as I remembered! Would I make my way to this spot just for the kimchi fries, probably not as there have been similar fries and banh mi nearby in Scarborough. However if I am in the downtown area already, this is a convenient spot for a fix.

Yelp
A fusion banh mi spot, definitely not the authentic Vietnamese restaurant. Very fast service, sandwich is made to order. They gave me too much sauce and it overpowered everything else in the sandwich, I prefer a more traditional cold cut banh mi. The tables needed to be cleaned more frequently.

Yelp
Kimchi fries were great, I thought the value was good. The quality of the ingredients are really good and they do give you a good portion of meat and sauce. I do think they need to reevaluate how they package their food. I ordered takeout and it was a 10 minute walk from where I was. By the time I picked it up the banh mi was soggy, which is the most important part of the meal. The bread has to be crispy. Also minus a star for not updating your address on multiple platforms and minus a star for not being accessible friendly.

Yelp
Food quality: The food at Banh Mi Boys are really good. I like Pulled Pork Bao especially, why? The shredded carrots and cucumber are fresh, and the sauces are rich and savory. Plus, the option to choose from three spicy levels--mild,medium or hot. I can handle medium even I am not hot chiliphile ! Service: There is only one self order machine and just like others take away fast food shop. Ambiance: It's cozy and you can watch the Dundas St view. The toilet is also very clean.

Yelp
The bahn mi pork belly bao sandwich is still a good value for the money. It doesn't disappoint. Every time I visit this city I make sure to drop in for lunch. There are a few small tables for dining in. You really can't go wrong. Service was good.

Yelp
Decided to give Banh Mi Boys a try. Ordered up a pork belly Banh Mi and a drink. The pork belly was pretty scant on the sandwich and didn't have much flavor. Thought the pork belly would be like a bbq pork belly with some crispy skin but no such luck. Salad on the sandwich carrots and cucumber didn't have much of a pickled flavor either. The bread for the sandwich wasn't the best either, not really crispy.

Yelp
An order of kimchi sweet potato fries is honestly like a meal on it's own even though it's listed as a side. It's packed with goodies and sauces and every bite is so scrumptious. The veggies inside the banh mi are quite good. The meat quality can vary however. Sometimes you get meat that's super tender and cooked just right inside your baguette. Other times, you'll get a meat that is way overcooked or underdone and you end up having to spit out some gnarly pieces cuz they aren't chewable. The tacos are definitely not worth it. The tortillas dnt have the right texture and they're a lil stingy on the filling for each one. I'd say save your money for a banh mi or kimchi fries. I've also heard that you can have a different food experience depending on which location you go to (apparently there's high schoolers or uni students cooking your food at one of the locations?). I believe it's actual store owner relatives that work at this location.

Yelp
Quality had gone way down since my last visit many years ago when Bahmi Boys were the hottest place in town for a Bahmi sandwich but not any more. Pickled carrots ratio to bread/chicken was too much. More like a pickled carrots sandwich than a grilled chicken sandwich. Supposedly my grilled chicken sandwich was not freshly grilled. Grilled flavor was non existent with chicken only slathered in salty sauce. Bread was not as fresh crispy as it should have been. Althought their side order of sweet potato fries were very good Nothing fancy, basic seating, They lost a customer, never going back. Many other bahmi sandwich places doing it right. This review should be 1 star

Yelp
I was excited to try Banh Mi Boys after seeing all the four star reviews but I didn't find that it lived up to the hype. I got a Kalbi (Korean beef) banh mi and Kimchi Fries to go. The portions are a good size -- I was very full after eating the fries alone. I know kalbi is obviously not a traditional banh mi ingredient, but being Korean I thought it was fun that they included it as a fusion flavor. It didn't taste like Korean kalbi at all, though, and I thought the sandwich just fell flat. I've had a few banh mi at other places that had more flavor and just seemed fresher. The Kimchi Fries were good fries but if you are looking for a good kimchi flavor, you won't get it. There was barely any kimchi and the few pieces were watered down and not spicy at all. It had scallions, pulled pork, and mayo as well. A yummy "loaded" fries, but not really kimchi or Korean flavored. The food was good, just wasn't outstanding as I was expecting it to be. I'd be willing to come back to try other banh mi options, though.

Yelp
Stopped at Banh Mi Boys for lunch while touristing around the city. The banh mi was fresh, and delicious. Topped with thick slices of cucumber and carrots, this is a very light yet satisfying meal. The staff were friendly, and they were turning out orders for walk ins and deliveries very quickly, much like a fast food chain. Very well organized. They accept card.

Yelp
Kimchi fries is legendary. It also goes well with the pork sandwich. Ideal for takeaway.

Yelp
Banh Mi Boys was a regular part of my diet throughout University and I still thoroughly enjoy eating here. I always get the classics: Kimchi Fries and Fried Chicken Steamed Bao's. The Kimchi Fries ($9.50) include mayo, spicy Asian BBQ pulled pork (not too much kick), green onions, and, of course, kimchi. I love the hot fries with the cold mayo on top and the pulled pork tastes amazing. It's a great dish that hits the spot, but sometimes I grab some Fried Chicken Steamed Bao's for the side. The Fried Chicken Steamed Bao's ($5.50) are juicy and crunchy. The sauce, fried chicken, bun, and vegetables all taste great - it's such a satisfying snack. The bun is a tad plastic-y at Banh Mi Boys in relation to something like Momofuku in which their outer is just soft and doughy. Extremely minor nitpick though. I've had the actual Banh Mi sandwiches before as well, but they're not my go-to. I used to grab the Bao's for under $3.50 and the Kimchi Fries for around $6.50 or $7, so it breaks my heart a bit that there have been consistent price increases here, but it's just a sign of the times. What used to cost $12 is now approaching $20, so the ratio of food portion size to price is getting wider. The locations are simple and fast. Seating on the side at the front and the kitchen in the back. Good place to takeaway or grab a quick seat and scarf it down. Always clean and staff are friendly and efficient.

Yelp
There's a noticeable downhill in the quality over the years. The baguette is more stale/chewy than before, and there's less pork belly in the bahn mi. Otherwise, I do commend that its price hasn't changed all that much throughout the years and the service remains promptly. However, I don't think I would go back on a regular basis anymore given that it's evolved into generic fast food quality.

Yelp
My go-to dish when I go to Banh Mi Boys is their Kimchi Fries. I do like their Banh Mi and the steam bao was also very good it is a little too salty for me, however. Despite that, the food here is a very affordable and convenient location that is close to my school.

Yelp
Growing up I probably had banh mi sandwiches every week. This chain is a modern take on the Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches and it's amazing! great prices and even better sandwiches. My favourite is the grilled pork banh mi paired with the kimchi fries (definitely recommend sharing the kimchi fries). Only negatives I can give is the location is pretty small so there can be a lot of people waiting for their orders to be fulfilled. The line is also right next to the row of tables so not the most enjoyable dine in experience. If you're doing take out, i would recommend ordering aheadto avoid the lines.

Yelp
This place is a Vietnamese fusion to go banh mi joint. I got the pork and my husband got the chicken (both extra spicy which means sriracha and fresh jalapeños...the jalapeños were actually spicy!). Service is fast and the sandwiches are large. They have a great selection of drinks. I got the Mr. coffee and my hubby got a san Pellegrino. I thought the banh mis were fine and got the job done for a quick lunch. We did get a octopus taco, which was not good or fresh. So, I would stick to meats if you go here. To be fair, I don't love fusion food and it looked like other customers got the baos (so maybe those are better?).

Yelp
Amazing banh mi!! I was starving but also, I think I can probably live on this everyday Little shop at the intersection. Close to college park where you can eat. Indoor dining area isn't big -- maybe 3-4 tables? Would recommend if you want some reasonably healthy but still juicy and good lunch options ~

Jr B.

Yelp
Great menu with fantastic food. Sadly NOTHING (except for the mayonnaise) is gluten-free. I had to drink a diet cola while my friends enjoyed their meal.

G G.

Yelp
If you like mayonnaise, you will like this place. Food was ok. Banh mi french baguette tasted stale. Fried chicken bao tasted a bit frozen. Tons of mayo on everything. Dinibg area need to be cleaned. Would bit go back.

Yelp
Goodass, simple, affordable sandos. Quick service. Good location. Tons of seating. Just eat here would ya?

Yelp
Was in the ryerson area and wanted to try bahn mi boys again. It's been months (years?) since I've eaten at this chain. When they first opened I had found memories of well seasoned and tender pork with crunchy veg between a fluffy bao. Wow how times have changed. The bao had that doughy texture, the pork was bland (tasted reheated) and the veg was non existent. Very disappointing. Sure we're all hurting from Covid lockdowns but unless this chain starts to up their game to the high standard I know they are capable of then their survival may be at risk. A real shame.
google avatar

Yelp
A pretty staple Vietnamese sandwich spot - plenty of great selections, but the kalbi beef is definitely my favourite. It's topped with cucumber, carrot, cilantro, classic Asian BBQ sauce, and kimchi. Add some sriracha for a perfect kick!

Yelp
We ordered the 5 spice pork belly banh mi, pulled pork steam bao and kimchi fries! The 5 spice pork belly banh mi was very delicious! The bread tasted fresh and it had a perfect crunch while contrasting with all the sauce, fresh veggies and meat! The steam bao was meh~ I wished there was some kind of sauce that comes with it. At one point, it was hard to swallow because it was way too dry. The kimchi fries were really scrumptious! The flavours really complement each other. The fries were piping hot when it was served to us. The kimchi on top of the fries wasn't too spicy. I enjoyed the hint of spice which gave this dish a depth of flavour! The truth is I don't even like fries and I really LOVE this dish! This mean a lot for somebody who doesn't even like fries! The place was tiny! We were lucky to find a spot to sit and the tables were really close to each other. I felt squished in this compacted space. At one point, I had to move our table a few times so other customers can go through. We barely talked during our meal because all I can hear were other people's conversation beside us. We left right after we finished our meal. We end up going somewhere else with more comfortable seating to enjoy the rest of the night. There's no way a large group of people can fit in this dining area. You will have better luck ordering takeout and go somewhere else to sit and enjoy your food. Also, the price for the food was pretty reasonable. For all that food it only cost us around $20! I would totally recommend their kimchi fries! It is a MUST try item!

Yelp
First time trying first time trying this location. It's as good as the Queen street and Spadina location. Had the grilled pork banh mi and it did not disappoint. Ordered it spicy (with jalapeño) and found that it could have been more spicy but still tasty nonetheless. Ordered regular fries and it was enough to share for two people. Would definitely be back again.
google avatar

Lolin L.

Yelp
This isn't the most traditional Vietnamese sandwich spot, but they do a pretty good job of putting a twist on it and making it good. We tried the bbq pork sandwich, grilled chicken sandwich, tofu taco and kimchi fries. The bread here isn't super toasted and crispy where it'll scrape the roof of your mouth which is an experience I usually have with a lot of Vietnamese sandwiches. Both sandwiches were pretty flavorful, they're pretty generous with the fillings as well. I really enjoyed the kimchi fries, this is poutine styled and also includes pulled pork. The kimchi wasn't too sour or too spicy just as I like it. The taco was interesting, they use a roti style pancake as the taco shell. The prices were fair. I shared this meal with two other people and we were pretty full.

Yelp
Food. Service. Ambiance. All were great. The Five Spice Pork Bao is positively addictive.

Palak V.

Yelp
This spot is in the middle of everything yet hard to find maybe due to it's black colored board. We ordered 4 Fried Chicken steamed baos 2 Hot- Jalapeños which tasted sweet and 2 Medium hot - sriracha sauce was ok but a little more sauce would have been perfect. If you like hot and spicy stuff like south asian people my recommendation is to go with medium hot - sriracha sauce and ask them to double the sauce and violà... Can't complaint about the chicken as it was so tender and crispy to perfection. Best thing about Bahn Mi Boys Baos are they all come with some sort of veggies which gives them a healthy touch.
google avatar

Rachel N.

Yelp
Banh Mi Boys is one of my fav places to grab a quick bite with friends, they even have some awesome vegetarian options. I have probably visited this location over a dozen times, and they never disappoint. The staff here are always great, and they are fast even when the place is packed! There is maybe about 8 tables to sit-down at, so be prepared to grab take-out if there isn't any seats. I've tried their Banh Mi sandwiches, Baos and Tacos and they are all so delectable! The Duck Confit Banh Mi sandwich is probably my favourite, with the 5 Spice Pork Belly Bao following shortly behind. And I would recommend ALWAYS order the Kimchi Fries! They are probably the best side you could ever ask for. So if you're ever in the area and want a good quick bite that you won't hate yourself for, skip the McDonald's and walk down to Banh Mi Boys!
google avatar

Tina T.

Yelp
Dropped in for a quick dinner. I ordered the grilled pork Banh mi. It was delicious! Service was quick (no line up), and price was reasonable(6.50$ plus tax)
google avatar

Meagan N.

Yelp
Would not recommend. The pork belly was basically all fat and they forgot to add the peppers that we requested. The place was also not super clean (see pic). The banh mi also seemed to lack the spreads/sauces that are traditional to banh mi's, which made it fairly dry. Save your time and money!
google avatar

Susan L.

Yelp
That 5 spice pork meat and the fried chicken meat are BOMB!! They have a variety of other meats I wish I got the chance to try- all range from $7 or so for the banh mis, which is pricier but worth the taste. Mayo adds to hold both the banh mi and the bao together. I think the meat is really what makes it no matter what you get. Got it to go because they close at 10pm, went there around 9:37pm and they were closing up. See pics for menu.
google avatar

M G.

Yelp
I recommend the pulled pork bao! The boas are soft and spongey. They are a great size! Many bao places have small palm size baos, but one bao is pretty filling. I ordered the squid taco as well, but the tortilla shell was not very crunch instead more oily. It was also a bit dry since the squid was calamari style. I wish they added more sauce in the taco. Between the two, I would get the pulled pork one again, but not the squid taco. The restaurant is always busy, but its because the food is great! Definitley worth it!!
google avatar

Carmen H.

Yelp
My friend and I always come here for a quick bite. We love how they have options for vegetarians! My friend will always get the lemongrass tofu banh mi & this time I got the kalbi beef banh mi. We also shared the tofu fries. All were good as always! Very consistent with their food
google avatar

Hannah M.

Yelp
I went here with my friend about 30 minutes before they closed because we were in the area and looking for a snack-type of meal. I had previously heard of great things about Bahn Mi Boys, and thought that it was the perfect opportunity to try it out for myself. The place itself is on the smaller side, with a few places to sit down and eat your food. The workers there were really friendly even though we came before closing, which was really nice because I know how annoying it is when customers come in before close. Also, the food is EXTREMELY cheap, which is great for students like me. We both ordered the fried chicken bao. It was so delicious and filling, literally the perfect snack. Will definitely be coming back to try different things on the menu.

Yelp
A nice stroll at the heart of yonge dundas one will see this amazing restaurant. It's a very nice, quiet, and serene place. Would love to come again

Yelp
Banh Mi Boys ... That's what she said! First time here. My friend recommended this place. I asked the cashier if they serve anything vegan and she recommended a tofu sandwich and she notified the kitchen staff. Its always appreciated when restaurants do that. Service was quick and friendly. The sandwich was filling, fresh, and delicious. Comfy seats if you like to dine in. Prices are reasonable. Overall this is a tasty vietnamese fast food joint. Worth checking out.

Yelp
Grilled chicken banh mi: 8/10 I came here with my friend for a quick lunch and loved it. I just had the grilled chicken banh mi. It had just enough sauce to balance the tasty chicken and veggies. I heard great things about this place from friends and am excited to come again.
google avatar

Lynn E.

Yelp
Super nice and friendly. I ordered the vegetarian kimchi fries, received the pulled pork one in error. I mentioned to the guy who took my order - he was very apologetic and they had my second order brought to me within a few minutes while I was eating and waiting. So nice of them.
google avatar

Colanie B.

Yelp
I love the prices here because that means I can try a number of items all at once. Ordered a 5 Spice Pork Belly in Steamed Bao, a Grilled Pork Banh Mi both medium spice level and also a side of Kimchi fries. 5/5 - 5 Spice Pork Belly in Steamed Bao was delicious. The bun was fluffy and soft. The pork was seasoned just right and was tender with crisp edges and a tiny bit of char. 4/5 - Grilled Pork Banh Mi was good. The baguette was crusty outside, soft on the inside and had a satisfying chew to it. The ratio of filling to bread was good. It didn't have pate nor jalapeno pepper. 2/5 Kimchi Fries - the kimchi was mild in spice level compared to most I've tried. It had shredded pork under the kimchi (nice surprise) I would rather eat the toppings with rice. Better to order to go because they're not good at cleaning up their tables, hence minus a star; loved their murals though. Gotta come back and try their secret menu item: Club Bao with fried chicken and pork belly stuffed into one of there fluffy steamed baos.

Yelp
Flavorful // Quick Eats Casual // Filling Wandered in here after reading some of the reviews definitely a notable spot worth visiting if you're in the mood for Asian and something quick. Enjoyed the dishes that we tried here. Pork and beef were tasty and the kimchee fries. The papaya salad was fairly large and we over ordered. We were supposed to be restaurant hopping but this place put us into food coma so a walk was needed after! The Scene: Hip, Asian, Modern Destination Rating: 8 Date Rating: 8 Hob Nob Potential: N/A Strong Suggestion: Buns are excellent, lots of shopping nearby.

Yelp
One of my favourite places for a quick, good value, and delicious bite! The baos (steamed fold-over bun with fillings, almost like an Asian taco) and the kimchi fries are both MUST-TRY'S. FOOD // I've ordered the Pork Belly Bao, Fried Chicken Bao, and Kimchi Fries. I absolutely love the Fried Chicken Bao and Kimchi Fries! The Fried Chicken Bao is super crisp, tender, and juicy, which is also paired nicely with the pickled veggies also in the bao. The Kimchi Fries are so yummy and flavourful! They are also a good portion and value - they put lots of meat and kimchi. The time I ordered the Pork Belly Bao, I wish I liked it more than I did, especially from all the reviews. It wasn't as juicy or flavourful as the Fried Chicken Bao and I found the meat a little on the drier side. SERVICE // The service is always super friendly! They are always willing to give recommendations and the wait is never really long. ATMOSPHERE // It gives off a quick service restaurant vibe, nothing too much to expect of the interior. There isn't a lot of seating available - probably about 4-5 tables (this is based on memory, I could be wrong) and about 15-16 people. It's also not the cleanest joint to eat at, especially since it's more of a takeout restaurant. Tip: For two people, I recommend getting a bao each and sharing a portion of kimchi fries. If you're STARVING, get two baos each and share the fries!
google avatar

Bonnie W.

Yelp
They have unique fusion flavours! An easy grab and go meal. Don't forget to get their kimchi fries to add to your meal as a side
google avatar

Mohsen M.

Yelp
Good fusion style food. Go with steam Bao or Taco. The kalby beef tasted so good. Braised beef was also well cooked. The kimchi fries is a must try. Would have given them 5 if the bugs were not flying around us.

Yelp
This place loses a star for uncleanness. Walked in for the first time ever yesterday and the place was filthy. Remnants of food were scattered on the floor, tables were not wiped clean, and the hygienic practices from staff were questionable. The cook (a white guy) went from cooking raw beef to sweeping the floor and back again to toasting sandwiches without washing his hands. I was so disturbed by that sight, I prayed he wouldn't touch my order. Despite the cashier being friendly and assisting with my order (kimchi beef fries that were delicious), I'm likely not to return. A resturant with a high turnover rate really needs to maintain its standards. I'm still contemplating reporting to public health for lack of cleanliness. It's unacceptable.

Yelp
Was excited to try this place out, but was a bit disappointed. I tried the kalbi beef banh mi. The bread wasn't crusty on the outside and just didn't have that crunch I was looking for. The beef didn't have that strong of a flavour either. The pickled veggies were a nice way to add some crunch and freshness to the sandwich though. For the price, it is a pretty decent portion. However, I just left feeling unsatisfied with the banh mi. I heard that their kimchi fries are supposed to be really good. So maybe if I visit Toronto again, I'll give those a try.

Yelp
Excellent meal. Fresh veggies and soft buns. The squid tacos were to die for. Next Time I would double the meat in my banh Mis but otherwise excellent flavours.

Yelp
TRY THEIR FRIED CHICKEN BAO! Hands down, the best item on their menu! I recently discovered it and wish it had been known to me earlier. This is now my go to item whenever I go to banh mi boys, which recently embarrassing for me to admit, has been a lot of times.
