BANK Café and Bar

I had breakfast at Bank Café & Bar, located in the lobby of the Westin Napa, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The service was very poor, with an almost one-hour wait just for breakfast, which is unacceptable—especially for hotel guests. I gave clear and repeated special instructions for my omelette, confirmed them multiple times with the server, and the order was still prepared incorrectly. The restaurant is highly overpriced for the quality and service provided. There is very little flexibility to accommodate special requests, and the menu options are quite limited. To make matters worse, coffee is not included with breakfast, which feels unreasonable given the already high prices. This restaurant is not kid-friendly, offers slow service, and lacks basic hospitality. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and I would strongly recommend skipping this spot and exploring other breakfast options in Napa instead

Love this place. The bartenders for this cafe and the same bartenders that service “La Torque” (a Michelin star restaurant located at the hotel). The bartenders are super friendly and nice. The drinks are delicious (alcoholic & non-alcoholic). The breakfast brunch food was delicious. They also had a special Easter brunch.

The food was fantastic and delicious. Uriel is an exceptional server. He's kind, attentive and a detailed communicator.

Hey talk about yum and #nom#nom! Delicious food for a cafe. A bit pricey but very delicious. Good flavor on the avalado toast. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The prime rib was good but missing the au jus sauce. Followed up with mud pie. Fun night and the service was outstanding!

Our young server was a bit awkward and needed a bit more refinement and maturity. She wasn’t confident with taking our orders, providing any insight on the menu, or checking back with us during the meal. Just meh. People skills are IMPORTANT if a place wants patrons to return. Back to my order. I usually rave about Model Bakery muffins, which when eaten simply with butter and jam are just lovely. But they were a complete grease bomb on a plate mixed in with ham that’s been compressed with melted cheddar, avocado, arugula, aioli, eggs and oh let’s pile on more greasy potatoes. It was overwhelming and impossible to hold without making a mess everywhere, so I had to resort to eating a sandwich with a fork and knife. The single peperoncini did nothing to cut the amount of richness and heaviness in the sandwich. It would’ve been great with a tomato or something bright or pickled. Sadly this item was a fail. 2 bites and I was over it.

Kind of overpriced especially for breakfast. Pastries are tasty. Loved their coffee. Burrito and chilaquiles were ok, nothing to be excited about. Fresh berries were sweet and delicious. Staff is friendly, service is a bit slow and not very efficient as they brought all the dishes to our table at the same time. Venue is not too cozy or nice. Just a restaurant in a hotel.

American brunch fare with a Mexican twist. Pretty good but you have much more interesting options nearby.. take the walk to oxbow market!

Today’s lunch at the Bank Café + Bar at the Westin Verasa was extraordinary. The food, the service, the attention to detail, the courteousness of each employee we encountered was truly the best. The manager Jeremy Tibbs was a breath of fresh air. He exudes warm, gracious hospitality and Jeremy genuinely cares for his guests. The brunch menu was fantastic. We both had the breakfast sandwich on the legendary Model bakery English muffin, and it was excellent. The scrambled eggs were soft and fluffy and perfectly cooked. Each and every ingredient on the plate was prepared with precision and skill. Breakfast can be one of the most difficult meals for a restaurant to perfect. Clearly not so at the Bank Café. The poolside ambience is lovely and very pet friendly. We cannot wait to return. As a local resident and small business owner in Napa Valley, I greatly appreciate the superb service Jeremy and his team showed us today. Thank you all for making us feel so cared for and for making our visit so special. We appreciate you all working on this Labor Day holiday weekend and doing it with a big smile and doing it flawlessly.

I wrote a 2 star review for the actual Westin Napa hotel, but an unexpected glimmer of joy at this property for me is the Bank Bar & Cafe. (and sorry a bit delayed) We consumed dinner, breakfast and drinks during the duration of our stay at Bank. Breakfast was probably the only let down not only because of the chaos of the breakfast crowd, but my husband and I waited exactly 6 minutes at the "welcome please wait to be seated" sign in front before a single employee made eye contact or said they would be with us in a few minute And even though I think their fabric finishes and table style could be different to punch up the ambiance that seems to be lacking something, it still seems classy. The stand alone short chairs are not exceptionally comfortable and even a touch awkward. The wine forward bar/lobby area and dim lighting surrounding mainly casual and simple tables and chairs is generally welcoming. This space doubles as the breakfast location as well. The server Uriel is who redeems my Yelp review to a 4. He is exceptional. Articulate, calming, professional and knowledgable. We come from global big time hospitality backgrounds and recognize how lucky that Bank is to have Uriel on staff. His demeanor and personality are spot on and create a WOW moment to our dining experience. I enjoyed the snapper and my husband enjoyed the Burger of the Month: "Oklahoma Onion Burger." Both were really tasty and great quality dinner items. The hand shaken Arnold Palmer in a martini shaker for my husband we see being made by the bartender is a nice touch. This detail is not lost on us. Uriel very clearly explains the 18% gratuity already included in the bill for staff and kitchen. Often on a bill you don't know or see if an establishment is already including a gratuity and it was a nice marketing move for Uriel to make sure that we understood this part to our bill before we even asked. Made us what to tip more. Meal was that delicious to warrant as well. Stephanie who was our server when we met up with some friends at the Bank before dinner at La Toque deserves a shout out as well. She was equally friendly and attentive, Although the space is not large to accommodate giant crowds, people could spill out into the lobby and deck area I suppose. Designed more as a spot for people staying at the hotel, I would not hesitate to tell someone from outside to stop in and have a meal with Uriel.

I was a guest at the Westin Verasa Napa. We decided to grab breakfast at the hotel instead of venturing out during one of the days. When I arrived at the host/hostess podium, I was asked to wait. The wait was a bit long considering there were employees standing around. We elected to sit outside due to the nice weather. First, it took quite a bit of time for a sever to take the order. When the food arrived, it was good. No gripes on the quality or flavor. My gripe centered around asking for condiments - which never came. And follow up / refills which never occurred because the server never came back until enough time passed where the only recourse was to bring the bill. The kicker...there was an 18% service charge. It seemed that since the service charge was already bundled, there was no incentive to provide good service. The service for such a nice property was very disheartening. I did not return again.

Update 10/24. I ordered the smoked salmon flatbread for breakfast this time and was definitely a much better choice than the breakfast sandwich. I loved EVERYTHING about this item. Smoked salmon, capers, sun dried tomatoes, red onions, lemon, fresh dill. Every bite was great and I almost finished the entire flatbread! So now that I know what works for me on their breakfast menu, I'm bumping up to 4 stars. Service could still be a bit better and more attentive. But overall an improvement.

Used to come here a lot in 2022 but it's been a while so decided to stop in the other day for some bar bites and drinks. Was surprised to see that not only did the price of appetizers and drinks increase but now they add an 18% "service charge" to each bill. Also they don't tell you about this new charge until AFTER your bill comes. How insane is that. The food is "ok" definitely not 18% service charge fee worthy. Cocktails are now $17. They give you 2 sliders now instead of 3 and the price of the sliders went up. It makes no sense. I know inflation has made everything increase but my goodness $86 for sliders, fries, and 2 drinks??! Might as well have gone to eat in downtown Napa. Won't be stopping here anymore. If you want high priced mediocre food and drinks then this is for you. If not, go elsewhere

Service is always amazing but unfortunately the food quality, portion size and pricing have all gone down hill over the last few years. This most recent time, we ordered the pesto flat bread which turned out to be a mini personal size pizza that cost $28...not only was it tiny but it was not good! We also ordered a kids spaghetti which the pasta noodles were almost like it was staled, and the portion size was a teeny tiny bowl. Unfortunately there aren't many places that stay open past 9pm in the area so you're stuck eating at the hotel. Just be prepared and plan for food ahead of time when you stay here.

I am so happy I finally got to visit Bank at the Westin! With Covid, we sat outside by the pool with heaters and it was really enjoyable! The food is by far the highlight, as it should. I chose the lobster omelette with a side of potatoes and my two friends had the chorizo Benedict. The lobster omelette was amazing! They definitely gave a good portion of lobster and the potatoes were cooked perfectly. Our sever was great too. You will be sure to have a great time here!

I would definitely not come here if you were not a hotel guest, but I have to say I was somewhat impressed with the food here, given that it's just a hotel restaurant. The Westin hotel gave us vouchers for breakfast, as we are Titanium Elite. It wasn't redeemable for an entire breakfast, but rather $16 worth. Good enough! I ordered the Bank Breakfast Sandwich (Ham, Tilamook Cheddar, Avocado, Arugula, local eggs on Model Bakery English Muffin). WOW. I was not sure what to expect here, but WOW. The whole combination of the eggs, ham, on this famous Model English Muffin was quite a combo. It also came with some potatoes on the side, which were also great supporting actors. It sounds simple, but was executed so well....wow. I will say mine was a bit greasy, but it was also perfect - perfect for a hangover should you have one, or perfect for bulking up for the day's upcoming wine tastings! My husband got the granola with yogurt and fresh fruits. This was definitely the more boring/healthy dish to choose from, but the fruits were great, and the dish overall was very nicely presented. What I did find frustrating about this place was the fact that they didn't open on a Saturday until 8:30am. That seemed kind of ridiculous, given more crowds on the weekend, and also probably others who want to get their day started, like ourselves? Lol. There was a large crowd waiting for the restaurant to open at 8:30am. The service was also pretty slow and not personable, not very attentive either, but I don't really expect much from a hotel restaurant anyway. If you are a Westin hotel guest, and have the free breakfast voucher option, this is a surprisingly great place to fuel up for your heavy day of wine drinking!

Wonderful meal and drinks. Had the Panzanello salad , delicious. A good balance of flavors basil balsamic and buratta cheese yum! Also has the Guava Love for my beverage. Cruz my bartender customized it for Me since I didn't want it too sweet !! Another yum with an Ahhh addded. Stephanie was also ver y attentive food and service an A+. Don't listen to the other reviews.

Yesterday, I was thinking I was going to be in Vacaville or Suisun City at Noon today. It's Monday, it's a workday and start of the week. I got my morn coffee, made some phone calls in between early in the day, and ran some errands at 4 PM. Then here I am, in Napa this evening. I have some time today. I've been meaning to do this for a long time. This takes the phrase meet me at the Bank to a whole new meaning. It looks intimate and classy in here. I actually wanted something different on the menu, but that happen to get changed two days ago. I got this instead, a Grilled Chicken Sandwhich with Pistachio Pesto, Pepperjack Cheese, Pickled Peppers, and Seeded Whole Wheat Roll. A Sandwhich should be idiot proof. I don't think I ever had Pistachio in a Pesto before. A Seeded Whole Wheat Roll sounds like an artisan bread. The Chicken was juicy and flavorful. The Pesto was out of this world. The Pickled Peppers reminds me of Giardiniera, and it felt like it was made in house. The Bread is fresh. I appreciate how they drizzled what appears to be some Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar on it, it added a good touch. I didn't think this Sandwhich was going to be this good, but it's a dam good Sandwhich. This is also an Alemeda Craft Cola. This is a good meal before I go back to the South Bay Area tomorrow. This could be a 4.4 stars on a good day, but I give this 4.3 stars.

I came here with my kid and we both had a great experience. Food and service were excellent and we loved the ambiance. Daniel the manager took excellent care of us!!! Thank you!!!

We didn't stay at the hotel but I thought it had a cool ski resort type vibe. The outdoor seating was pretty spacious. I ordered the prime rib which was not on the website. I cleaned off the plate. The meat was rare the way I liked it. Asparagus was grilled and still had some bite to it. Potatoes were pretty buttery. I wish there au jus but the meal was still super solid. I don't remember how service was but no complaints. Our group was too busy chatting away.

Who doesn't have chairs available for a reservation and completely ignore guests waiting at hostess stand? Food was good but nothing outstanding about this place for the prices that they charged. Do not recommend

Celebrated a belated high school graduation for my niece a couple of Saturdays ago. My sister picked Bank Café & Bar as it was close to our mom's place. I had no idea what kind of restaurant it was, but guessed it was probably American bistro (or something like that) due to the name. Turned out it was. When our small family gets together, it is always an exercise in patience. From the time we sit--and this takes much longer than what one would expect--to the eventual changing of seats, the restaurant should play Send in the Clowns over its PA system. The ordering of the food, which usually involves trying to order off of the menu, and also means that server has check with the kitchen. I mention this in the beginning because I know that the server will be eanring their tip. On to the food: I had a burger & fries and it was quite good. This café was in a nice hotel, so my expectations were a bit higher than a fast-food joint. The beef was high-quality and cooked just the way like it--medium well done. The shoestring fries were also good, as my carb-avoiding sister kept snaking them off of my plate. My sister had the Classic Breakfast Burrito and it smelled wonderful. I didn't try it, but it looked really, really good as well. She also ordered the Seasonal Fruit Salad and Fresh Berries for the table. I didn't think we'd finish that, but our party of 8 did. The service was good and our server Issac was very patient and accommodating with all our questions and special order requests. He was attentive and kept checking in with us throughout our ling and leisurely meal. Kudos to the young man who definitely earned his tip that day. All in all, I'd definitely go back. The hotel looks like a great place to stay when in Napa.

Lemon milkshake! Wow! The hamburgers are Fantastic. We went on a Wednesday night and it was buy one get one hamburger free which is a great deal. Each Wednesday from 530 to 730 there is a different Napa Valley winery. We will be back!

Incredible food. Horrendous service. We waited a while before anyone came over to take a drink order. Server asked if we wanted to order food at the same time, we said we needed a few minutes with the menus. She came back a few minutes later and took our food order. We waited about 35 minutes for our food, come to find out that the server didn't write our order down and sent the manager to ask what the 4th persons meal was. Food came out. Everything was delicious. Highly recommend the lobster omelette and the Chilaquiles. Server never once came back to ask how the food was. The next time she came back to the table was to drop the hill, when we were about halfway through our food. We always try to take all the factors into account, but they were not busy, maybe 3-4 tables sat during our time there.

This is a hidden gem. For Napa, the prices are fair. Our burgers were $25 each, breakfast sandwich was $20. The drinks are a bit expensive - espresso martini was 20 but it was good & strong so fair pricing. We went for Mothers Day and they were not busy - I assume being in a hotel means that don't get crazy busy. The food was amazing. Mom said breakfast sandwich was one of the best she's ever had. Fresh, quality ingredients. Definitely would come back here!

BANK is located in the Westin Verasa Napa Hotel. BANK is like the all around breakfast, lunch, and bar spot. My party of 3 went here for breakfast last Sunday and was unimpressed. For the 3 of us we had 2 orders of the Huevos Benedictos and 1 order of the Foragers Omelet, and 2 Hot Teas. The food was good but small portions left us less than full. The lack of attention to your hotel guest while dining in is also a stickler for me and left me unimpressed. Only get 3 Stars !!

While our stay at the Westin Verasa Napa was a wonderful one, the one negative experience we had unfortunately took place at Bank. Bank Cafe and Bar is located right off the lobby making it a convenient and inviting area to sit and enjoy a few cocktails before or after dinner although they do offer a full menu as well. However, it took 25 minutes for us just to receive our Lobster Butter Popcorn, leaving us feeling annoyed and rushed in order to get to our 6 o'clock reservation in downtown Napa. The bartenders in general during our particular visit didn't seem on top of their game. The Lobster Butter Popcorn itself was great actually but there was no reason for it to have taken as long as it did, especially since it's just popcorn. The bartender also did not need to seem annoyed that we asked about its progress since we were on the verge of canceling the order just to make our reservations on time. My overall rating then of a three was a generous one that can be thanked by delicious lobster butter drizzled on top of freshly popped popcorn.

Food was actually ok, dessert was pretty impressive tbh. service was pretty terrible, not sure if they just understaffed or don't care, everyone was just running around and busy with something and people just line up waiting before empty tables. Price was so unreasonable, 2 full course cost $170, and they charge a 18% service fee on TAKE OUT order, what's the reasoning here? Saved us during thanks giving where nowhere else was open, but really don't recommend anyone else other than the ones staying at Westin to dine here.

This restaurant is the worst. I waited for 5 minutes with servers walking by and finally had to seat myself. Sat for over 10 minutes. Still no service. Only 5 tables with people and numerous to go orders. The manager isn't managing and they are grossly under staffed. Server came over with menus. Thank God we knew what we wanted. Unfortunately, this is the only restaurant in the hotel and it's sub par at best. Breakfast starts at 8:30 and they only offer a continental, 2 breakfast sandwiches wiand a smoked salmon bagel. No eggs to order. And everything is expensive. Since it's the only restaurant around I had drinks here one night. Service was ok but sparkling wine wasn't cold and I had to ask for ice. Again, over it. Plan ahead and dine somewhere else.

A small modern bar/restaurant located inside the Napa Hilton, this place is great for a small bite or drinks. Originally, my dad picked out this olace for our short family vacation because their breakfast menu had eggs benedict, my favorite thing in the world. However, by the time we arrived at 11, I was disappointed to find out that they no longer served the breakfast menu. Instead, we ordered off of their small lunch menu. Though there aren't too many choices, we opted for the fried coconut shrimp to start, as well as the chickpea fries. The coconut shrimp visually looked like toothpicked chicken nuggets, but were actually crispy and delicious. The chickpea fries were pretty intriguing. They were fat fries made of ground chickpeas and seasoned with curry. They came aesthetically in a jenga tower shape and had a great curry dipping sauce as well. The only thing I wished was that they could be made crispier. For my lunch, I got the Salmon BLT. It was an open-faced sandwich with tomatoes, pan seared salmon, and bacon strips on top with some greens. Though I loved all the ingredients, I did find it hard to eat. I ended up deconstructing my sandwich to eat each component on it's own, which were pretty good. For Thanksgiving, service was very good from our waiter. It was harder to wave him down closer to the end of our meal, as it was around noon and people rolled in. Overall, I thought this place was decent. Maybe I would come back for their interesting literary-inspired cocktails, but I thought the food was a bit pricey for what you were getting. It definitely does the job if you're looking for a quick and nice bite in the hotel but not a place I would actively come back to get food relative to price.

Food was good, service was poor. With a reservation they did not seat us for a while. The hostess kept walking away, offered outside seating which was uncovered and it was very hot. It was also Mothers Day and didn't want my 65yo mom sitting in the sun. When we got back to the host stand I said it's too hot for outside, and we have a reservation for four AT this time.. she said "we don't have enough chairs.. guests have leaned back/rocked in them and they have broken, so there are no chairs available" - Then why take reservations if there are no chairs for them to sit in... Not to mention already adding 18% tip on a meal we waited far too long on, at a table we were not able to sit at for some time

Had my 1st taste of lobster flavored popcorn, enjoyed it. We also tried the hamburger which my husband and I thought was a winner. And we also enjoyed their chicken strips (hot & seasoned well). The bar is small but there is an open eating area so there were numerous groups huddled together, enjoying each other. Nice atmosphere, warm and inviting. The drinks were worth the $$. This bar has NO TVs!!

I ate here a few times while staying at the Westin, and it was just a typical hotel restaurant; nothing spectacular, but did the job in feeding me first thing in the morning. This morning, I ordered the token breakfast - 2 eggs any style with choice of meat, potatoes and toast. I asked for egg whites, and the server asked how I wanted them cooked. I said fried, or over hard, however they refer to it. My plate was delivered with two over easy eggs. When I tried to explain what I had initially asked for, the server had no idea, and asked if I wanted the eggs scrambled. It was frustrating; I ultimately ended up with two eggs over hard (not egg whites). If the manager of this restaurant reads this, please, educate your servers and cooks on the different ways to make eggs. The breakfast itself was tasty and did its job. The service overall is friendly albeit a bit slow. I was one of two tables initially and it was difficult to find my server if I needed a refill or the check.

This place was recommended by a couple of locals I met during the day. The locals also mentioned that Bank Cafe and Bar shares the same kitchen/chefs as the upscale La Toque, but half the price. After contemplation, why not check it out?! My friends and I arrived around 8:30pm on a Friday night, it wasn't crowded at all. We were greeted and seated promptly. We ordered ahi tuna, salmon and soba noodles, and pork chop cutlet type dish. They all came nicely presented and tasted fabulous! The ahi tuna was really fresh and literally melts in your mouth. The salmon and soba noodles were light in seasoning so I could really taste the flavors. The porkchop was tasty as well.. We mentioned who referred us and they threw in a complimentary appetizer, shrimp something, which was a nice gesture. The staff wasn't pushy, came to check on us from time to time. The ambiance was great, I'd totally come back here again. Plenty of parking, restaurant location is easy in and easy out, on the left side when you walk into the hotel lobby.

Awful, Terrible, horrid service. From the moment we arrived it was bad. They do not acknowledge guests. We waited 10 minutes while staff cleaned menus and stood around. After we were seated we waited another 10 minutes for anyone to take a drink order. The food took another 20 minutes to arrive. Both orders were incorrect and the potatoes were cold. It took them another 20 minutes to fix the order by then we had to leave.

Good food, okay service. Beware of your bill. Every meal has a mandatory 18% service fee on food, beverage AND tax. Yes, you are required to tip on the tax amount also.

Review only on the chocolate dessert: They have awesome awesome chocolate dessert here. I say yes, give it a go!

Dear God, where do I begin? Food is average (at best), chicken was raw, dear lord-the service was beyond sub-par. I don't have adequate words to explain how poor this experience was and only one person (not even our waiter) asked how everything was. It's unbelievable that this place even has customers...I suppose it should be expected since they were the only place with open tables on a Saturday night. Awful. Awful. Awful.

Breakfast was amazing! The smoked salmon with whole wheat toast went perfectly with my pre-day-of-wine-tasting MIMOSA! The bowl of berries was full of ripe black berries! Yum! The waffles were tasty and the southwestern eggs Benedict (with corn muffins) was absolutely divine!

Greasy. Way way way too greasy. Flavorful but totally overwhelmed by grease. Definitely won't be back. P.S. The lobster popcorn is good. And the service was excellent. Just work on the grease!

Late dessert was amazing / I mean olive cake with fresh peaches, house made strawberry ice cream - how can such amazing dessert be only 3 stars .... well, it's the service. It took 20 minutes to bring hot water .... place was empty and well, maybe a glitch! Quality of dessert excellent, service - mneh!

Understaffed for breakfast. I'm sorry this is the only restaurant for Westin. Also a mandatory service fee of 18% is outrageous. I travel a lot and maybe the hotel quality has gone down? Edit: I made the stars from 1 to 3 just because of the late crew on the bar. Great service. Don't get me wrong on the morning service, people were good but just not enough, which ended up in ridiculous waiting. Manager, please fix this, this is not an issue with waiters which are all good, it's an issue with you on how many you have.

My first time to be in this place. I thought it would be in an actual restaurant building but it's actually located in a hotel lobby. I'm a little disappointed. Ambiance is pretty casual. This reminds me of one of those continental breakfast motel/hotel/inn lobby area but upgraded and nicer. I cannot complain about the food. Presentation of the food was good as well as the flavor was excellent. There was no dessert offered. What do you expect...it's a cafe bar. Service was good at least. I don't think I want to come back to this place unless I just want to hit the bar. There's also a good area outside the patio but not sure if they serve food out the patio. Maybe I can try it next time and see.

****************************** REVIEW 852 ******************************* Bank Cafe And Bar is located inside the Westin Hotel in Napa. We stayed for spring break so we ate here twice. It's a casual bar and restaurant. The wine list as expected, pack with Napa local wines. They also offer a nice list of Scoth, Cognac, Nourbon, and Tequila that you don't find around here - a 1965 Single Grain Scotch, a 1965 Darroze Armagnac, Hennessy Richard Cognac, J. M Rhums, Pappy Van Winkle 23 year old Bourbon and Chinaco Negro Tequila. Seating is available both in the lobby Bar and outdoors on the patio facing the nature preserve and the Napa River, and the pool. The menu for lunch was reasonable, however surprisingly they automatically added the 15% tips to the check. I thought that was odd for this finer property. We came in around noon on a week day, and no one was greeting us. We sat ourselves down, and later someone came by. With only 1 more table near us, at lunch time, the food took quite a while to get out. Our server was very nice and tried his best to make u have a good time. After he saw us sat ourselves down. - Steak salad, generous portion, good. - Clams with bacon, beans, herbs, and broth, it was hearty good but a bit salty for my taste. - Crab, shrimp, tobiko daikon salad was nice, refreshing, but was also overly salted for my friend. I wish it was lighter, it would be a perfect dish. On the previous day, at the bar, was busy during the happy hour, we also waited a while before we got our service at the bar. So there's definitely room for improvement on the service here. Note that we were here the day after Easter Sunday.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. Came here to celebrate a good friends birthday and we were only welcomed by the cold and a long wait. After waiting 45 minutes we finally got out first round of drinks and food. After being ignored for another 45 minutes he finally came back to the table to ask if we needed anything. We then ordered another round of drinks, after waiting another 45 minutes we cancelled the order after spending 2 and a half hours to be to be acknowledged twice. We were then charged an outrageous service fee which is clearly why he felt he didn't have to give a good experience. Don't come here if you'd like to enjoy your night and have drinks in a timely manner.

I'm specifically adding Yelp review because of the Duck and Foie Gras burger that they offer here! There's actually a nice-sized piece of seared foie gras, perfectly cooked, on top of the ground duck burger (not mixed in like others I've seen). It's great as-is, but if you're a foie lover like I am, you'll do as I do and order it with double foie gras! It'll be the most expensive burger you've probably ever had, but worth every penny. The rest of the menu is well thought out and expertly executed, as well. And as far as wine lists go they've got one of the best in the Napa Valley. Another review made reference to the high prices, but Bank is located in the Westin hotel in Napa and I found the prices to be consistent with other hotels of the same caliber.

If you come here at the right time, you get the place to yourself. Had a few glasses of wine and a couple of snacks, while waiting to go to dinner. Nice bar area, and an outside patio. Great way to lounge pre or post dinner.

Duck burger with foie gras was amazing! Steak tartare was pretty good too. Bonus - Dogs friendly

I'm reviewing the bar mainly mainly for the great service. We went thru at least three bartenders while we were at the bar. While waiting for 10 pm NYE party to start. That tells you we had quite a few Vino and Beer. All three bartenders were very polite, professional and not snobbish when a fellow party goer requested for a beer (being we're in a Napa the Wine County). We chose one kind of beer here. It's called Coopers. They roll the beer bottle on the counter before opening it and serving it to you. Not bad for a beer. It's got that spicy bite to it that I love in beers. Reminds me of a beer I had in Pt. Reyes. I also had the Chopin Vodka sans the Vermouth. Loved it! Then I went for the house cab. That did it for me! NYE pretty much started right then :). All this time the bartender magically appears without being intrusive. They also have an outside area for people to enjoy. We didn't go out that way because there wasn't any heated lamp at all. It was pretty cold!

We walked in around 10:20 am to have breakfast and no one was around. When we finally got help, we ordered the turkey wrap (turkey, scrambled eggs, cheese and avocado - $13) and the free range egg plate (scrambled eggs, potatoes, toast and ham - $12) The wrap was a bit cold (turkey) but the scrambled eggs were warm. The toast, scrambled eggs and ham were good but nothing special. We wanted butter for our toast but didn't bother the waitress to bring it to us since she already brought out jam, but the fresh OJ was tasty. ($6) Also, the tip was already added to our bill so we didn't have to do the math. Overall the food was decent.

After a small glitch at the start of our seating. The whole staff came together and really made our day. This place knows the true meaning of hospitality. We look forward too seeing you soon!

Ya two stars is what this page is worth! And then bringing you the check service included for to people is awkward.

This past Saturday I hosted my dear sister in law's Baby Sprinkle (2nd child baby shower) at Bank on the patio for brunch. The entire experience was absolutely fantastic! The manager, Cornelia helped me through the entire planning stages and menu planning. She was so detailed and helpful! She even helped me come up with two specialty cocktails that my guests raved about! The day of staff was amazing, being very attentive to myself and my guests and constantly checking on my timing for food service, games and opening presents etc. I was also given plenty of time to set up and when I arrived, the table was ready for me to decorate, which I very much appreciated (thanks Daniel). My guests loved the food! The most popular items they ordered were the chilaquiles and the omelette, a few also loved the burger. For dessert we offered a fruit crisp with ice cream and a cream brûlée. Both were fantastic! They were very kind to accommodate a few of my gluten free guests as well. I also loved that my guests could valet park, that made it very stress free. My one criticism would be it was a sunny day and I'd wished we had access to more umbrellas, a few guests had to do a little musical chairs while the guest of honor opened her presents to avoid the sun. But I am very happy it was not raining! A big thank you to everyone at Bank! I can not recommend this restaurant enough!
