Great restaurant for breakfast. The food is delicious, especially the egg dishes, which are fantastic. The service is excellent, very friendly and attentive. I didn't have a reservation but was given a nice table without any problems. Overall, highly recommended.

A very pleasant alfresco experience under the shade of beautiful foliage. Marco has got the best service! He was sensitive to our needs and made a great service recovery with a bowl of crispy French fries 😋

FABULOUS dinner! Fun vibe, great music and the FOOD! Creative, super fresh. 10/10!! Ask for Marci as your server. Kind, charming and welcoming. He guided us through the menu with delicious choices. Can’t wait to come back.

My husband and i has been here multiple times during lunch and dinner and the food never disappoint us. The service could be improved but the food and the restaurants environment are nice. Recommended 👍🏼👍🏼

BANK is one of those places in Zurich that seems to promise the perfect brunch or dinner experience. The interior is undeniably cool—modern industrial meets cozy chic. High ceilings, warm lighting, and a buzzing crowd give the space a trendy, urban energy that immediately makes you feel like you’re in the right place. That said, while the vibe is great, the overall experience didn’t quite match the expectations. I came here on a Sunday for brunch with friends. The restaurant was packed, which is usually a good sign. We had a reservation and were seated on time, but from there, the service started to fall apart. It took nearly 20 minutes before anyone came to take our order, and then another 40 minutes for our food to arrive. No check-ins in between, no water offered, no apologies for the delay. To be clear, the staff weren’t rude—just overwhelmed and clearly under-coordinated. A few looked new or under-trained. For a place this busy and with this kind of reputation, that’s surprising and disappointing.

My first visit during dinner time was amazing but unfortunately the second visit last Saturday was extremely disappointing. The scrambled egg was way too overcooked, like cooked by secondary school students. Babu‘s scrambled egg is way better. The shakshuka is quite a disaster too. Boiled tomato sauce with cooked egg. The only positive thing is the friendly service.

Very nice place to meet friends and have breakfast or brunch together. Delicious food and big choice of options. Highly recommended

10.- for a thin slice of Banana bread, not being able to switch the ingredients, although they do have it and taking forever to take our order, while chit chatting comfortably with another customer... Not really worth the money for what you get. Birchermüesli had weird texture and spices, which we didn't finish it. (And it wasn't only us, since we've seen another table with an half finished one) It was also way too loud to communicate anything with each other, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable :(
