My first impression was unfortunately very negative: the first room was extremely small, the air conditioning didn’t work, it was dirty, and the drain was problematic. The hallways and elevator looked old and uninviting.||After I complained, I was upgraded to a better room. The air conditioning worked there, but it was still over 30°C in the room. I also noticed small blood stains on the bed, which was quite unpleasant.||The staff was generally polite and tried to be helpful, especially during check-out. After the upgrade, I didn’t seek any further contact, as I just wanted to settle in and relax.||Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn't deserve more than 2 stars.

Great modern hotel in a very convenient location. Good facilities but the toilet only being separated from the room by a glass partition will not be for everyone. ||Noisy building works in the square outside weren’t ideal given they start at 7am daily. but look like they will conclude soon. ||Staff were very professional and helpful.

Amazing location. Cool hotel. Room was very small and noisy outside early in the morning which woke me up when I’d have loved a sleep in. Staff are friendly. But would stay again!

Really friendly and relaxing hotel. Close to the centre. Comfortable room with comfy beds. Aperitifs from 4.3 until 8 which was fantastic. Johan on reception was so helpful and was always on hand to help or assist you. Will definitely visit again.

We were in Tomorrowland and stayed in this hotel, for the price it’s worth it. Super friendly staff members! Thanks to the asian woman in reception, he allowed us to check in a bit earlier. In general, highly recommend it, the rooms, service are on top!

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Antwerp and close to an underground parking lot. The rooms have everything you need and are clean. They even serve some free snacks and drinks in the afternoon, which was a nice extra. I also forgot my e-reader in the room which they sent to the Netherlands without any hassle. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is in a good quiet location but the bedrooms are small and configured slightly oddly with poor lighting for reading or working.|| I realised after I left that I had left a card holder in my room with my freedom card in it. I messaged the hotel asking whether they had found it and heard nothing for a month when they finally replied and said that they had. They didnt apologise for the delay and asked me to pay the postage to return it and when I suggested that they might actually just return it to me free of charge as a goodwill gesture given the long delay they refused. Not good enough for a relatively expensive hotel?

Cosy hotel with a welcoming happy hour event. It's ideal for short stays as there is no wardrobe in the bedroom (at least not in standard rooms). It's nice to stay in this hotel if visiting the city centre in the evening as it's a short walking trip and they're good restaurants in the surrounding area.
