"Banks is an elegant art hotel located less than 3 minutes’ walk from the Market Square. It features design rooms with luxury bedding and free drinks and tapas in the Lazy Lounge and Daytime Café. This hotel offers modern rooms with a flat-screen TV and seating area. Each morning a healthy breakfast is served including bread, boiled eggs, fresh fruit and yoghurt. The lounge offers a casual setting for a drink in front of the open fire. Given that there is no minibar in the rooms, from Monday to Saturday, guests of the Banks Hotel can enjoy a selection of free drinks and tapas in the lounge from 16:00 until 20:00. Breakfast was delicious. Location was good. But the beds were unacceptable! Extremely bad mattress quality, very uncomfortable bed and pillows. For 200 per night not worth it !

My first impression was unfortunately very negative: the first room was extremely small, the air conditioning didn’t work, it was dirty, and the drain was problematic. The hallways and elevator looked old and uninviting.||After I complained, I was upgraded to a better room. The air conditioning worked there, but it was still over 30°C in the room. I also noticed small blood stains on the bed, which was quite unpleasant.||The staff was generally polite and tried to be helpful, especially during check-out. After the upgrade, I didn’t seek any further contact, as I just wanted to settle in and relax.||Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. It doesn't deserve more than 2 stars.

Amazing location. Cool hotel. Room was very small and noisy outside early in the morning which woke me up when I’d have loved a sleep in. Staff are friendly. But would stay again!

Really friendly and relaxing hotel. Close to the centre. Comfortable room with comfy beds. Aperitifs from 4.3 until 8 which was fantastic. Johan on reception was so helpful and was always on hand to help or assist you. Will definitely visit again.

Rooms were clean and spacious , but very modern decor ( concrete) , which may not suit all.|Breakfast was good , with a selection of breads, pastries.|Complimentary drinks in the early evening were a great and very welcome touch.|Staff were all friendly.|Good central location

We were in Tomorrowland and stayed in this hotel, for the price it’s worth it. Super friendly staff members! Thanks to the asian woman in reception, he allowed us to check in a bit earlier. In general, highly recommend it, the rooms, service are on top!

Excellent service from start to finish. |Combined a holiday with a 3 day rare soul weekender in the hotel||Antwerp is a beautiful city with lots of lovely bars and restaurants ||Try the ribs in Amadeus. All you can eat for €25 or the lovely mixed grill in El Toro

The worst experience! Cheap decorated room and no Wifi! I went to ask to get wifi and I got told that nothing can be done. They changed my room but still no wifi! This is unacceptable. The location and breakfast are ok. But the rest is not good at all. Small safe not big enough for a computer, towels smelled like vinegar and the bed sheets are visibly really cheap.
