Very good place. Tasteful decoration. Have indoor area and few tables outside. Thai Food was very close to how it tastes in Thailand … but dim sum this time was too salty… friendly employees and fast service.. will go again. Recommend to try if happen near by.

A wonderful surprise. Very closed to taste of actually being Thailand. Some dishes were truly exceptional. Mots dishes very authentic. High quality produce and free setting with seating outside square.

Our new favorite spot 😍 I love that I can eat delicious Thai food while my kids play on the playground. Perfect spot for a delicious summer dinner…as a date or as a family.

This restaurant is a little hidden gem as you wouldn’t expect such a clean and ambient restaurant in that area. The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. The menu looked delicious from the get go and I was hoping that the taste would be up to par as well. We weren’t disappointed, the food was absolutely delicious. The dish that stood out for me was the beef salad, it was absolute perfection so tangy and fresh. The potatoes were also lovely, I sprinkled some lime juice on it and then they became just perfect. Overall, I would definitely come back here whenever I am craving Thai food.

Very good Thai plates and very reasonable prices! And they can actually do proper spicy, which is something some places lack. The portion sizes are good and you get a decent meal for your money, of which you’ll be spending between 8€ to about 13€ a plate, depending on the meat or seafood option you pick. Starters are up to 6€ and the salad and light plate selection ranges up to around 10€. Drinks were reasonable enough, with wine around 3€ a glass, and beer ranging up to 3€, the selection included Thai beers. Spirit options were also available in the 5-15€ range from what I saw. Friendly and helpful staff, some of whom speak English if your Spanish isn’t so good. Takeaway services available, and you can have leftovers from restaurant meals to-go. Bookings available through The Fork, which is worth doing even during the week due to the popularity or the venue.

The noodles are good but only half the container was full! I have ordered this dish several times and never seen it like this!

Best Thai I've tried in Barcelona so far. Tried their beef salad and their pad Thai. Having just returned from Thailand this was great. Spiced well. Will try their ka prow next

Yelp
I've been here probably 5-10 times, always for a menu del día (lunch set menu). Its always been a hit or miss depending on what I ordered. Everything has always been flavorful but, as is the case with most Asian places in Europe, never lives up to Thai places I love back in the US (DC area, Tampa area). Positives: Great value and portions for lunch. Located in a nice bustling square with pleasant terrace seating year round. Interior is nicely decorated. Lunch offerings are constantly changing. One of the few Thai places in Barcelona that offer papaya salad. Personally, I loved their Tod Man Muu (crispy pork fritters), Tohm Kha (coconut milk soup), Nemcuon (fresh summer rolls), and their Panang curry. Keep in mind that honestly nothing is spicy, but you can always request extra chili to add on the side. Negatives: Have had dishes come out cold/lukewarm a few times. They don't seem to understand timing of dishes. Dishes have often come out one by one with even 10 minutes in between. This is very awkward when you're in a group. Yes their kitchen is small, but seriously for a restaurant as successful as Banna this should not be happening. Nothing is spicy- but you can always add spice yourself. Ah overall I enjoy my meals here. Sometimes my food is amazing, sometimes it's disappointing. It's a very popular pick for the locals.

Yelp
To start with, you need to make a reservation in order to get a table at this place. Nevertheless, the food is great. A friend of mine brought me there once, after that I kept coming back. The dishes are not the biggest I've experienced, but it's fair enough. The great taste compensate for the smaller portions. I can definitely recommend you to visit Banna. The restaurant is located in the cozy neighborhood of Gracia.

Yelp
We arrived when it opened but people who came after were being served beforehand. I was appalled when I saw that the rice was not fresh. We were seated near the kitchen and saw the cook warming the rice for our dishes in the microwave! Who knows how long ago that rice was made. The curry that I ordered was also not fresh, the vegetables were definitely over cooked including the cucumbers and carrots. I definitely will stick to authentic Spanish food while in Spain.

Yelp
Really enjoyed our first meal in Barcelona in this petite Thai restaurant! Richard was very hospitable and we literally ate all of our foods!

Yelp
Absolutely love Banna! Staff is very friendly and this is the best pad Thai I've ever had! Also love their starters such as spring rolls and soups. Can't go wrong with anything on the menu. I go here about once a week, and I can't get enough. I recommend the nem coun, nem ran, pad thai, and especially the pho. Great service, location, food. All around the best, definitely try it out!
