I recently stayed at Bannisters by the Sea in Mollymook, NSW, for two nights with my boyfriend and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel beautifully blends luxury and comfort, featuring modern rooms with stunning ocean views that instantly made us feel relaxed. The staff provided exceptional service, always friendly and ready to assist. We enjoyed the beautiful swimming pool and the on-site restaurant, which offered fresh seafood and a diverse menu. Overall, Bannisters by the Sea is a perfect getaway for couples, families, or friends, and I highly recommend it for a memorable vacation.

My wife & I had a 4 night stay here, whilst the location is great we were disappointed with the room quality, you would expect more with the price you're paying and the we had to call the cleaning crew back nearly every day. Towels were not replaced, tissue box left empty, cutlery used not cleaned and returned, the hot tub which is the highlight of the room not cleaned from day to day which its meant to be. We didn't have the best weather so we leveraged the room unfortunately were very disappointed. The food and food service is good. Be aware you'll be charged 15% surcharge for any services leveraged on Sundays not just public holidays. Overall great location but the accommodation not worth the price.

We stayed at Bannisters 4 nights and had a disappointing experience. We requested a cot that was kindly put in the room. Unfortunately we were next to the cleaners and had bangs and crashes that woke our bub up regularly during the day. We had knocks at out door at 8:30pm for room service (wrong room) that woke our baby up. And NYE had a band set up outside our room that blasted music until 2am. Definitely not kid friendly as advertised. We contacted Bannisters post stay on the experience and was never contacted.

Unfortunately, I must have got the one bad shellfish! Nevermind, I'm sure it was a one-off. My friend was fine. Wish I could give Bannisters more stars. But a very disappointing experience after looking forward to our stay and dinner. The staff are really nice, and the location is superb.

The Bannister Hotels seem to be my new favourite place to stay. From the warm welcoming staff to the crisp comfortable beds, everything seems to be just perfect at a Bannisters hotel. Will definitely be retuning again soon.

A magnificent venue that my wife and I started visiting just before the pandemic to cross it off her bucket list. It's now an annual event over four days for her June birthday and our wedding anniversary, and always in the same room (7). The location is brilliant with seals and dolphins almost right off your balcony. It's not inexpensive, especially in summer, but the staff are all super friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean, fresh and very well-presented. . The reception team of Kim (x2), Kellie, Pam and Terri are delightful, and nothing is ever too much trouble. Glen in maintenance went out of his way to help my wife with her mobility issues, and Tabitha in housekeeping has a sense of humour that made my mornings. The grounds and facilities are so impressive that we book for the following year before we've even completed our stay.

Spa, Bar by the Pool, Staff were 5 out of 5 The room we got was one with a terrace and didnt have much of a view. It did have a big space and a nice bathroom. I had accidentally booked this room although I wanted to get the one with spa / balcony (my fault). However for almost 1200 per night, I think it is fair to have a very high expectation, and unfortunately the room itself wasnt quite up there. The terrace was also a bit dirty, had water on the couch (it did rain slightly earlier that day; but I guess for $1200, you could expect it to still be ready if its not raining?) So I guess, be careful when booking to select the right room. I got to see one of the rooms that I actually wanted and it was everything I was looking for, so will probably be back next time! The dinner at Rick’s wasnt very special either. We got the fish curry, and the sause was quite bland.
