Bannisters Pavilion

This place is amazing. The Rooftop Bar and Restaurant is the best I've had the pleasure of visiting. The ambience is warm and intimate. Not noisy at all. The service was 5 star and the food was mind blowing. The pork in sticky sauce dish is on another planet. This place is a must.

Had a lovely two night stay. Both dinner & breakfasts were delicious & plentiful. Has a great pool for those wanting to take a dip. Ample parking is provided for guests. Suitable those with children & the aged as they have a lift taking you to all levels. Staff were very pleasant & helpful.

What an absolute pleasure staying here. From booking on the phone, to checking in, nothing was a bother. Staff were friendly and helpful and everything was prepared for our celebration. The views, coffee cart, pool, bar, restaurant, ambience as a whole felt wonderful. Highly recommend staying here, no regrets 😊

Our visit to Bannisters was brilliant. From the moment I booked the on the web, I had a call from a friendly staff member outlining the hotels pet policy (we were bringing our dog). They were so easy going about everything and nothing was a problem. When we arrived our EV was running low and conveniently Bannisters have 3 EV chargers for use by guests. So that sorted the car charging. No trying to find a charger. Just check in, charge and relax by the pool (it was a hot day). We enjoyed a lovely dinner and breakfast at Bannisters during our stay too. We will definitely be back.

Cannot recommend this place enough! It was such a lovely experience. We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and were greeted by a voucher to free glass of bubbles and an additional bottle of bubbles in our room. We had antipasto by the pool and also ordered room service. Food was a bit average but could not complain as service was great. Cocktails were delicious. Pool was very clean however did not have enough sun loungers so get in quick! Room was spacious and very clean. Some ants got in as to be expected from the area but the room came with bug spray. We also opted for the hotel breakfast option which included a selection from the brekkie menu and a buffet of fruit, yoghurt and cereal. Would definitely recommend!

Staff polite and helpful. Food menu may seem a bit limited but most would go there for the fish. Food excellent. Room comfortable and clean.

We paid $450 per night. Staff were nice and so was the rooftop bar. The room was small, dark and run down. The toilet seat was not secured - even after they fixed it. There was no wardrobe, just a rail beside the door to hand clothes. The TV was small and there was an iron but no ironing board. When we got up in the morning the cleaners had all their buckets of cleaning tools and their vacuum against the wall down the entire corridor. A waste of money, I couldn't wait to leave and I would never stay there again.

I saw some negative reviews and was a bit worried but we had a wonderful time at Bannisters Pavillion this week on a 3 night package deal. Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and had ample amenities....all we could ask for really. It had a very comfortable king bed...yes a small, quiet carpark right under window but the tree view was lovely and all we really looked at. We thought the breakfast was excellent and the staff in the restaurant were outstandingly and everywhere were very helpful, professional and friendly. Although midwinter I used the pool twice as it is heated so just a nice temperature for a pool swim and not freezing. I loved the bar lounge area to sit and relax and the downstairs lounge with fire place was very cosy. They had lots of board games there for young and old. We would definitely return.

The setting is really nice, super modern and chic with beautiful furnitures and a rooftop pool. The service is suuuuuper long - seriously 20 min to get water, 45min to get served with our food that was only cold ... loses 1 star The food was good but portion sizes are tiny and it is over priced.
