Nice hotel with a tranquil feel, but aging and needs some attention in certain areas, especially the floor boards around the restaurant area and the decking around the pool. Location is good as directly opposite beach and has 7-Eleven next door. Breakfast was nice but limited options for vegetarian. Recommend for short stay. Pros Nice pool, kept very clean with plenty of deck chairs and umbrellas. Nice tree and garden setting surrounding the villa’s and rooms We stayed in a villa and it was spacious with easy access to pool Staff are very friendly and helpful Cons In the rooms there was no hair conditioner or facial tissues provided No place to hang wet towels or wet bathers No hand towels provided in bathroom Bath towels are aging and need updating Bad lighting in bathroom over vanity and in dressing room Ceiling and walls need painting No pool towels provided so needed to use bath towel which is too small to use on deck chairs No music or ambience around pool No in room information provided in regards to room service and telephone extension numbers and other facilities like laundry service, pool hours and breakfast hours etc Buffet breakfast not well signed so difficult to check for dietary requirements Orange juice not fresh, it was a powder mix No cappuccino or late options

Honestly I don’t usually give 5 stars, but it was difficult not to. The rooms were european standard, only meaning that they makes us Europeans feel very comfortable. I know people make a fuss about the drainage in other hotels, but if you have ever left your home you’d know that’s normal. The staff I have not a single critique, they are very friendly, seems educated, and neither overdo it or under do it, it was just perfect. They help you where they can, and if they cannot they refer you to the proper place. The pool area was clean, we didn’t see a single cockroach in the whole resort. And finally the location, just cross the street and you’re at a beautiful beach, where other people set up chairs, umbrellas and tables for you to rent for 30-50 baht, not sure. We stayed one night, extended it by 3 because we loved it. If I have to critique one thing it’s the family aspect. They have one proper baby chair, there was another baby there as well so it was first come first serve. And also, if they had a couple of tots at the pool for the baby, then that’s a cherry on top. I stayed one night in this Resort. Room: The room was spacious. Nice comfortable bed. Bathroom needs to be renovated, despite the fact that it looked new. There was a leak from the toilet which led to bad urine air in the bathroom. Roomservice: I used Roomservice twice which functioned well. The phone number for Roomservice is extension 19, reception 02. These numbers are nowhere mentioned in the room-folders. As a consequence I ordered my first Roomservice at the reception. Reception: the lady behind the counter was very kind and helpful. I had to ask for some copy work which was supplied without costs. Taxi-service from the Hotel: The reception lady had to help me to get a taxi to Hua Hin. Grab taxis were not available. The same applies to taxis ordered by the hotel. The receptionist could organize a taxi in no time but..... The taxi driver demanded 600 Bath, one way to Hua Hin; 1200 Baht return. I thought I did not hear right. This was a real rip off-experience. I was disappointed that the Hotel supports this kind of fares for their guests. If you need a taxi from Cha-am, order Bolt Taxi! Download the Bolt-App. They are reliable and prices are reasonable and fair.

A decent hotel with a room of an okay size, and with a large bathroom with a separate toilet and shower. A large swimming pool with beach chairs and umbrellas was available, over a fairly large area. Breakfast was served in a separate building right by the road past the site. Parking was available in the hotel's own area right outside where the room complex was. The beach is across the road right outside the hotel.

Probably the nicest resort hotel I have stayed in Thailand. Can't fault anything really. Lovely comfy rooms, friendly staff, nice big swimming pool and a location that cannot be beaten. Loved our two night stay here and will be back !!!

Lots of space. Nice view. Street venders can be a little annoying, but the seats are about ฿ 50 each and the food is pretty good.

During our trip, we decided to stay overnight at this hotel. We really liked the interior, with lots of greenery and flowers, a calm and relaxing atmosphere, and clean, cozy rooms. The rooms have air conditioning, hot water, and shower essentials. The pool isn't deep but it's really pretty, great for a bit of swimming and relaxing. The hotel is right in front of the sea, which is super convenient. Plus, all the essential shops and a food market are within walking distance. There's also a private parking lot for cars at the hotel. Glad we chose this place.

Nice resort with large rooms everything is clean and well kept up, staff is friendly and pretty good breakfast. It's directly on the beach and for what I paid for it I think a very good value
