What is there not to like about this Bantayan gem? Simply amazing. Let’s start with the food. Probably the best meal I’ve had in all of my journeys in the Philippines. It comes down to fresh ingredients and care in preparation. I’m astounded their team can make this level of food in the size of the kitchen they have but my fried chicken tacos and the brisket chimichanga were out of this world. Thanks to the owner for the recommendations. The beer was ice cold, complimentary chips and salsa (thanks again to the owner) and the service was prompt and friendly. The owner is a great guy. If you see him hanging on the patio, strike up a conversation. I hope this place never closes, I’ll be back again and again. Cheers from this Canadian to Bantayan Burrito Company. I must say holy cow, the pig chimichanga beef chimichanga Carne nachos. Half rack Ribs was the bomb very very good. Definitely coming back to this place the portions are humongous as well. Definitely over ordered very very good food MASARAP!

This is located next to a bar in the MJ food square. Good friendly efficient service. We had the vodka (grilled) chicken quesadilla, Burger, Cuban sandwich and San Miguel apple beer. Our favourite was the burger !

Such a Satisfying Burger! This might be the most legit burger I’ve ever had. It totally reminded me of my time in Australia, maybe even better than what I had over there. The beef was super tender and juicy, with so much flavor in every bite. It just melted in my mouth. And with a cold beer? Perfect combo! Honestly, I never thought I’d be eating a burger on a little island like this. It’s a pretty fun choice for me. Even after living in Australia for five years, their description still made me wanna try it, and I’m so glad I did!

Very cool restaurant located within the main food square of Santa Fe. The vibe at the restaurant is super cool and it is a very popular place to eat and rightfully so. The service is very friendly and the food is prepared very quickly. The tacos are served in a soft tortilla and a very tasty sauce. The best thing though was the P.I.G.!! Crunchy outside and juicy and flavorful inside. I could’ve eaten another one it was so good! I’ll definitely be going back during my stay in Bantayan Island.

Worthy of its popularity! You won't go wrong with their Notorious P. I. G. burrito and chicken carnitas! Served hot and huge! Perfect with their house hot sauce. They accommodated us right away. The food was served fast. The owner was so hands-on he served us our meal himself and the tip was highly appreciated and the house was well informed.

Well above average Mexican food in The Philippines in a very cool little niche. Tucked half-way back a mid-block food ally this little Mexicali eatery is decked out in Dia de los Muertos skulls and a touch of Anthony Bourdain. The food is above average and atmosphere is quite a kick. But the hottest thing they have going are some of their own hot sauces that are amazingly good. Several bottles of Reaper Madness in particular are going home with us.

They were one of the few stalls open in MJ Square when we went at around 2:30 PM. We ordered The Notorious PIG chimichanga, and it was delicious, thanks to the very tender pulled pork. We also got the beef birria tacos. It was very tasty, but the tortilla shells could have been crispier/toastier, and there could have been more birria sauce for dipping. This place gets full during peak hours, so time your visit well. Great thing to note is that they accept GCash as a mode of payment!

Great place to eat when visiting Bantayan Island. The BBQ sauce on the chimichanga was amazing. The nachos were so light and crispy. So good we ate there twice during our 2 night stay.

Found this joint because it was Trip Advisor's #1 Restaurant in Sta. Fe Batayan Cebu for 2016. Definitely a must try! They make their own chili sauce and it was delicious. Jamie the owner is very hands on, and his cook Apple is very well trained by him. We ordered the Mexican Chorizo Tacos and Breakfast Burrito. I requested the rice to be removed from my Burrito due to dietary concerns, but I say I sure miss the rice because it would have made the Burrito much more complete. Yummy!!!

Great food as promised!! We were hoping for lunch at a floating restaurant but found out it was destroyed by a storm. Checking Yelp we found the Bantayan Burrito Company. The service was great and the food better. We had the notorious pig, quesadillas, and burgers. We also enjoyed the margaritas and mango shakes. If you are on the island get your Tex-mex fix here!

We hunted this place out since it oddly stood out as the #1 place on the island from TripAdvisor and after feasting on the chorizo smothered quesadilla, I wholeheartedly agree on its quality and authenticity and give it a 5-star rating! It's situated at a really nice food and drinking outdoor marketplace in Santa Fe. Wish we could have seen it at night - it must be bustling and tons of fun at high season. No doubt this place should take up more real estate in the future since I can't imagine the four tables is sufficient when the food market is full. My only suggestion is that they expand the menu to include one or two fish options for pescatarians.
