Banyan Farm is our new favourite holiday park! We’ve stayed at the Daly before, but Banyan truly stands out. The pool and facilities are excellent, the lush green grounds are beautiful, and the amenities and camp kitchens are always spotless. Kerry is an outstanding host — friendly, welcoming, and full of local knowledge. Highly recommend Banyan to anyone visiting the area or just after a peaceful weekend escape. Thanks for having us — we’ll definitely be back! P.S. On Saturday nights they do a roast buffet. We didn’t get to try it (we packed way too much food!), but the bistro was buzzing — it’s definitely on our list for next time!

If you’re flying in to fish from somewhere else… beware. Facilities are average at best . Kitchen facilities are very poor. It’s really a place for caravaners with all their gear. Bring lots of insect repellent as there’s nowhere to get out of the outside after dark except in your cramped donger. Insects found their way into my room even though I was very vigilant closing the door at all times . Drinking water from a Jerry can with no tap. No microwave. No cooktop except bbq( which disappeared for a few days) and antiquated electric frypan which we had to clean out wasp nests to work. Power went out once and I lost water in the morning. At least I had a personal fridge. Couldn’t possibly sleep with the air con on if I didn’t have good ear plugs. At 80 bucks a night almost worth it…

Great place to have a restaurant. Smorgasbord was plentiful with a great selection of vegetables. Choice of meals was limited. Big share tables and byo.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Banyan Farm Tourist Park, and it was an exceptional experience. Nestled on the serene banks of the Daly River, this park offers a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure. The private concrete boat ramp and mooring pontoons made accessing the river incredibly convenient, especially for fishing enthusiasts like myself. The opportunity to catch the iconic barramundi right from the park's doorstep is unparalleled. Accommodation options are diverse, catering to various preferences. I stayed in a self-contained cabin that was both comfortable and well-equipped. The large, shady, and grassy sites are perfect for those who prefer camping or caravanning. The Banyan Farm Bistro, open seasonally from April to August, served delightful meals six days a week. The chef's famous parmies and roast buffet were particular highlights. After a day on the river, unwinding by the large swimming pool was a treat. For nature lovers, the walking trails around the billabongs offer a chance to observe a variety of flora and fauna. The park's relaxed and friendly atmosphere, combined with amenities like clean facilities, a camp kitchen, and reliable phone service, made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention to the hosts, Kerri and Wally, whose warm hospitality made the experience truly memorable. Their dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay is evident in every aspect of the park. Whether you're an avid angler or simply seeking a peaceful retreat in nature, Banyan Farm Tourist Park is the place to be. I look forward to my next visit!

Quiet and friendly place to camp. If you have your own boat and like camping, that's a bonus
