A clean and great pool to swim. Friendly helpful and cheerful staff. Comfortable bed and pillow. Clean room. Water heater can heat up water quickly. Have some water to hydrate and some coffee. However reception area not very clean and have to climb up flights of stairs. Breakfast is delectable but have only 3 options. Within walking distance to angkor national museum and royal residence.

We arrived around 22h at night, and the staff was kind. The first room he gave us had one double bed and one simple. It also had a broken A/C, so he changed us to a room with two simple beds (we were 3). We had to payat the check out, but I asked him for a discount considering that we had to sleep two in one single bed. He did not speak english or cambodian so he used his phone to tell me we checked ou late so we had to pay the full price. It was a long debate, but finaly the receptionist called someone who told me we gave me a 8$ discount. Even if the owner did not agree I gabe the money to the girl and left. What a j*rk!

Good location, close to everything. Booked our Angkor tours through them. Rooms are what you would expect for the price. Clean pool. Staff were always polite and happy.

Very friendly staff that say good morning when you come down the stairs For breakfast . Pool by the entrance beside the bar. Security deposit box available as well as computers (both for free). Laundry service at the reception too, $2 per kg.

Nice, clean rooms and place especially breakfast is included. Not so far from the city center. Staff are nice and helpful. I'd recommend you to try this if you visit Siem Reap.

They changed their name to Mekong Hostel. We booked a room through Qunar, but they couldn’t find it in their system. The owner kindly offered his room instead

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Hygienic room. The tuk-tuk driver are friendly and knowledgeable. The tourist plan around Siem Reap are reasonably priced.

Nice place to stay during visit is Siam Reap , it's clean and have a perfect position, very nice and polite personals and good facilities.
