Banyan Tree Chongqing Beibei

Our room here was amazing, with a very soft bed. The hot spring on the balcony was huge and very relaxing. We enjoyed the cocktails from the cafe. All the staff were very friendly, despite the language barrier. Leo was very helpful in giving us lots of information and organising a late checkout for us.

We arrived at the hotel and received a wonderfully warm welcome from Mr. Allen Fung. He even added me on WeChat for easy communication, which was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, when I entered the room, the light tube flickered in an unsettling way. Mr. Fung immediately sought out a technician to resolve the issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to fix it. In a gesture of genuine concern, he upgraded our room, which we truly appreciated.What stood out to me even more was how Mr. Fung personally helped us move our luggage to the new room. He consistently checked in on us throughout our stay until we checked out, making sure we were comfortable. This level of attentiveness and care made our experience memorable, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel services I've encountered during my travels. Thank you, Mr. Fung, for your exceptional hospitality!

Great place to stay for rest and relax. Great thanks to Allen for the hospitality and recommendation around the area. Allen also extended his service even after we have checked out. Overall will recommend anyone who is heading to Chongqing for leisure.

Stayed 3 nights at this resort. The in-room hotspring bath at the balcony is very good, we love it! Great view of the green mountains from our room, peaceful and well-kept resort ground, the food at their restaurants are top-notched too. Not forgetting, their spa services are excellent. There is a mini pet zoo within the resort ground, it is very well maintained. The staff at this resort are all very helpful and kind. Highly recommend this place if u wish to "recharge" yourself.

Fantastic stay outside the bustle of urban Chongqing. Very comfortable rooms with private hot springs, I’d also recommend trying out the bathroom’s steam room. Got upgraded to a villa which further amplified all the perks of staying at a resort like this, great privacy while still being within a few mins of the lobby. Clover was a great point of contact during my stay, helping me book and pay for stuff at the hotel, Eric also took the time to help me book a Didi ride. As a foreigner visiting Chongqing I was glad to have their help. Very beautiful hotel grounds, and within 30 minutes of the aesthetic downtown Beibei district of Chongqing. About an hour’s taxi ride to the city center and Chongqing West station. Would recommend for any first time visitors to Chongqing!

Our stay at Banyan Tree exceeded our expectations! With multiple activities to choose from, a private hot spring as well as an array of public hot springs with different health benefits. Nestled perfectly in the mountains, our room had a stunning view of the greenery. The host, Clover, was very attentive and took excellent care of us! We would definitely return.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and checked in quickly with a woman named Clover, she was very helpful and kind and got us to our room quickly. The villa we stayed in was an amazing experience. It has all the things you would need like a hot spa pool, very large bed which was very comfortable. There was also two tvs and plenty of room in the villa. It was very clean and we were served dinner and breakfast and the quality of the food was great. While in the hotel, we only managed to go to the archery range but there are plenty of activities to do for most people. Overall it was a fantastic experience and it was a perfect way to spend with romantic night with my partner. Highly recommend to anyone!

We had the most wonderful time here. The facilities and service was exceptional. To our amazement the staff we able to accomodate our vegan dietary requirements and produce and incredibly indulgent hotpot experience for us. This has been difficult to find in chongqing. It really made it an experience we will never forget. The manager Tom was particularly helpful. We look forward to our next visit here. 🙏☺️
