What a wonderful place!! There is really nothing we can think of to complain about. This resort is beautiful and the staff is exceptionally attentive and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Jayda and Toey who helped make us feel comfortable and happy during our stay. There is a national park within walking distance of the resort that offers challenging hikes with spectacular views. Some onsite restaurant reservations were hard to get so it is best to do it ahead of time or as soon as possible. The Naga dining room is always available without a reservation and is very nice. Our room had its own pool and outside queen size lounge bed with umbrella. We could watch the beautiful sunsets from there or from the nice beach area below. We would return here without hesitation if back in Thailand.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mus-ab and Ally deserve special mention for their outstanding attitude, professionalism, and genuine kindness. In fact, the entire team was amazing — their respectful and warm treatment made the hotel feel even better than the facilities and the view themselves. They made us feel more like family than guests, and this level of hospitality is something that should truly be taught and admired. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so special. Excellent 5star hotel. Exceptional service.Upgraded my room from beachfront villa to a 2bed room beachfront. Swimming pool was huge and a whole garden beach front for privacy. Breakfast was well thought out, international and thai cuisine. Resort is fairly large and have buggy cart to pick you up from room if require. Valet service (your own personal vehicle) is also available and hassle free.We have the option for dinner at naga kitchen(couple dining) called destination dining, which was excellent and very romantic. Food was 9/10 service 9/10 atmosphere 10/10 :) Would love to visit again, and very ideal resort for special occasion.

Banyan tree krabi will be a place that I will miss and be back to someday. I have been to multiple resorts and luxury hotels, but banyan tree krabi stands out truly in terms of hospitality. The views from this resort are mesmerizing and what really made me happy was that i didn't face any hassle at all from check-in upto the checkout. As soon as I entered the property I was mesmerized by the lobby area setup and the warm welcome. I checked into the partial ocean view room and the overall stay was flawless and the hospitality service was remarkable. I still remember the names of the people who truly understood what hospitality is all about. We had wonderful interactions with Phoon, summer and prae who were fantastic at what they did. These guys did make my stay wonderful and i would definitely visit again hoping to get the same experience.

As we leave Banyan Tree Krabi today, we just wanted to express our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful team. The resort is beautiful, but it is the people who truly make it special. Even when a couple of unexpected hiccups arose, everything was handled with calm efficiency and genuine kindness, and we always felt very well looked after. A very special thank you to Fah, who was exceptional — warm, attentive and genuinely dedicated to ensuring we had the best experience. Banyan Tree Krabi is a true five-star resort, and easily one of the best hotel experiences I have had. From the start, the staff stood out as the friendliest and most accommodating I have encountered anywhere. Service was consistently thoughtful, proactive, and made the stay feel effortless. The rooms are beautifully designed, each with a private pool that adds a real sense of privacy. The showers and bathrooms are excellent, and the overall layout feels both comfortable and refined. The food across the resort was very strong, with several memorable meals. One highlight was the restaurant reached by cable car, which is a fun experience and offers incredible views. The New Year’s Eve celebration was particularly well done, with a great atmosphere and a fireworks countdown that made the night feel special. Banyan Tree Krabi delivers an exceptional balance of service, setting, and experience, and is a place I would return to without hesitation.

Wow! Such a memorable experience! As a woman solo traveling through Thailand i have to say the service and staff in this hotel is outstanding! It really felt like home❤️ Special shutout to beautiful Kety in the front desk, such a caring and kind soul! Also Ally the Butler so nice and attentive.
